I had an appointment with an old gentlemen that did a terrible job on my hair. Totally uneven with a large patch that was at least 1in longer than the rest of my hair. I found it out later after a shower, and then my wife said I got a really bad haircut (very easy to spot the uneven/longer patches). To my surprise, the person didnt clean the chair and used the same cover from the previous person on me. I couldnt believe that I was charged $44 for a bad haircut! I have been a Supercuts customer for the last 6 years and this past experience got me really upset. Do you a favor and avoid this person and place!Followup: I went there again today and Mimi did an amazing job fixing my bad haircut. My confidence is back again. Thank you Mimi

Called ahead and got an appointment. Under covid, they only have max 2 haircutters there even though their store is huge and theres plenty of space. Was great that the weekend has a 20% discount, but I just passed the savings to the hair cutter in a tip. Fast haircut and I was on my way!

Sarah is great! I have curly hair and she really listens and does a great job. I have been to much more elite and expensive salons with results that I didnt much care for. I now only go to Sarah since the last 3 years!

Absolutely horrible haircut, I came here after looking at the reviews and I am extremely disappointed. The old Chinese guy who cut my hair did a horrible job I dont think he’s even ever cut a girls hair by any chance, he asked me to comb my own hair and simply took all hair and cut it all together in one line. This place cannot cut hair they just DONT KNOW.

Im usually in and out in 20 minutes or less sometimes,There is no wait at all, and if there is you have time for a hair cut and Starbucks is right next door. If you wantGo elsewhere but remember its your hair!

Peter is wonderful and has been with this Supercuts store for years; he used to cut my fathers hair, which is how I found out about him. He does a great job and makes you feel right at home(i.e., relaxed) at the same time. I only wish I lived closer to the Broadway Burlingame Supercuts; I live in San Mateo in the Hillsdale area (close to Belmont). I went to the Belmont store once and even though I was right on time for my appointment, they said I would need to wait 15 minutes due to a walk-in they took and they made no effort to honor my appointment time; I walked right out in disgust and drove to the Broadway Burlingame Supercuts, where I have never had to wait more than a handful of minutes, whether I had an appointment or not. The only complaint I have with Supercuts is the music they play there, which is a bit too young/trendy for my tastes; but I asked them to turn the volume down a little bit once, and they did!

Typical chain salon experience - they got the job done for a reasonable price, but I wouldnt trust a place like this for anything more than a basic cut/trim.
