Wen Ling office has been providing auto insurance to my vehicle for years. I visit their office everytime I have questions about my insurance, and they always patiently explain the details to me. Cindy and Pearson are the 2 staff members I talk with the most.They both have helped me choose the most suitable coverages and save me lots on insurance.They are really professional and reliable. I moved to the US from Germany and had car- and home owners insurance with them for around 4 years. Once you get your California drivers license ask the German official place for your drivers report (Punkteauszug Flensburg) - they even send it to you in english. State Farm accepts that to credit you as a good driver.Until 2020 we never had issues with our car requireding their services but (of course - 2020) had to be towed one time and had a small accident. State Farm did well here. Only thing one could wish for is that for towing they give you a better choice for garages.

I have been with this State Farm agency for years. The price I pay for coverage on all my vehicles is significantly lower compared to my previous insurance. Good customer service. Friendly and attentive staff.

I’ve had so many issues with this office. Many billing statements made in error after multiple attempts to tell the office the correct information. Will change agents once a find a new one.
