I provided an appraisal service regarding a property he wished to purchase from a client he was representing. Since he was interested in purchasing the property, he gave his word, that if push came to shove he would pay for the appraisal service. A year has gone by, claims have been filed and no payment has been received. If your reading this, I would recommend another attorney to represent you.
