Very helpful employees great customer service thanks for helping me with my purchase

I was “helped” by Caled W. He was very short, rude and seemed annoyed that he had to work today. He then changed my battery (the one I just purchased for $165) and walked off without saying a word or even attempting to close the hood. If you’re going to work with the public…make sure your customer service skills are on point. It’s not my fault you’re having a bad day.

Sorry they use to replace your battery when you purchased on not now im old had to do it myself.

Service person was a bit upset or just grumpy and he checked why my SUV has a Check Engine light on. Was quick and painless.

Went in late in the afternoon. Got a part for my car and asked for help opening my hood on truck to check the oils. The staff was very attentive and personable and helped me check my oils and buy what we needed.

What an AMAZING location with a very helpful staff. I went in to buy windshield wipers and the staff helped me out them on. Wow...great service🏆All staff members were wearing mask...even Woody🤣

I came in asked the gentleman behind the counter to rest my battery, he was reluctant. acted like he wanted to be somewhere else then told me he didnt think he could get to it to test. I replied, well my neighbor just jumped it me off to get here, so day adapter should reach. He did get tester connected after I said that. It worked and battery was bad. He then told me that I would have to go to a mechanic to have them put the battery in because the whole backside of the dash board had to be removed. I had to cancel my 10 am apt right around the corner due to the lack of his interest to help me! I then called a mechanic friend of mine, drove to his place 35 minutes away to get a new battery installed, was in & out of there within 10 minutes!!!! Autozone employee was just lazyI could have kept my 10am apt.. if he had simply sold me a battery and put in in for me..Sir, I didnt get your name but i can sure point you out if i see you again. Im sure someone would love to have your job !!!!

I mainly use the Burleson location because its close to home and I always give me cardio service and usually have the parts I need. I recently had to use a North Fort Worth location because I had a busted radiator hose and the manager on duty was very friendly and offered to help me if I needed help fixing it in the parking lot on a rainy day. I was very thankful for being able to get water from inside the store to fill my radiator after doing the repairs myself. Thank you

OMG the casher was excellent my husband loves his credits rewards he gets on his card and she gave him 4$ crd and a great customer service story to tell everyone at dinner tonite ...thank you very much for this you made his day better...

I had purchased a battery for my Chevy, which they happily put into my vehicle. Yesterday, my car didn’t start. A pro came and charged my battery and stated the battery was the reason. I drove right to Auto Zone and told them, what I just told you. The lady asked my phone number and looked up the date of sale of the battery. She went back and got a new battery and essentially said,”Here.” I asked how much I owed knowing it was at least a year since I bought the battery. She said,”It’s in the free period! You going to put it in here?” I replied that they had put it in last time. She stated she only had one other person working there. Momentarily a guy came out in about five minutes, put in my battery then without speaking to me, ran back in the store.They gave me a new battery and put it in for although they were extremely busy. They didn’t seem thrilled about doing it. But they did it and didn’t charge me. I didn’t have to argue. They were just in time Crunch. Five stars!

My visit was a quick one and love it. My truck battery after 2 years went dead. I brought it to them to check it out and was told its completely dead. They ask me for my number and gave me another one for free. I didnt know it was still under warranty and was ready to pay for a new one. Thanks for being honest and friendly.

Lots of helping hands & sound advise. The biggest plus is that they didnt treat me like a bimbo or a helpless female, which I sincerely appreciated since Ive was raised up working on muscle cars with my boyfriends, not sweethearts, boy friends & my husband. Im a fan!

They used to have the best customer service very knowledgeable but that has been declining over the past few months. Im in there quite frequently and they act like they dont want to wait on anybody unless you know exactly what you want and then they seem to be bothered period very disappointed

The employee gave me his take on what I was going in there looking for and trying to do. I went out to the car, sat there and thought about it, decided I wanted to try it my way anyway, I went back in and another Clerk sold me the part, the other employee mouthed off a derogatory remark about me doing it my way and not the right way according to his advice. My way worked just fine, perfectly.

Asked the cashier about COVID19 cleaning protocols for the card swipe key pad and he looked at me like I was crazy!

Overall great customer service, not fair to leave negative comments because one CSR. The store has pretty much the parts I needed, or they can source from other locations sometimes the same day. Good prices and warranties, keep up the affordable prices AutiZone.

The worst service ever. The manager was the rudest I have ever encountered. We have been coming to Autozone as loyal customers since we moved over. Everything from battery and parts for the car. In the matter of 30 minutes this manager managed to insult me and have two other customers leave in anger. Never have I had anyone tell me to lay on my back and really look in front of other customers and employees and for something he didnt fully describe where it was located. Never tell a young lady ever to lay on their back and do your own job. Insulted and disgusted. Never coming back ever.

Couldnt use my credit card bc they didnt have a credit button . kept pushing debt. And took 70 bucks out of my account from my debt card instead of cancelling the payment.

They didnt seem to want to put in any extra effort if it was needed. I had to go back in three times. I would get to the car and find that the box of fuses they sold me didnt have five amp, which was the fuse I asked for. Just small stuff like that, but very annoying. I felt like I was bothering them every time I went in.
