I honestly had a bad experience at this place. I asked the nail lady (Tracy) for the long nice nails down below and she gave me the short version I didn’t ask for. she cut me several times and proceeded to tell me everything was my fault because I have baby fingers and my nails are too short. She shaped them horribly. they’re not even or consistent at all. one was shaped so badly I had to make her take it completely off (I’m that shy, passive person that doesn’t say anything). The nails turned out somewhat okay but it wasn’t what I asked for at all and she was just overall rude. I paid $50 for nails I don’t like. I will say the pedicure was good, the lady (I didn’t catch her name) was nice and very thorough. but I won’t be back.

Wonderful location, very cleanly facility, great staff and great service! Kathy is awesome with anything you need done (waxes of any sort, nails and toes) and Tony does my nails dope!! Very friendly workers.. Id def recommend Venus Nail Spa!

Love this nail shop. However I will not go back. Have been a loyal customer here for years until today.the over the past few months mask have not been requrired. Today I went in as I do every few weeks. Sat down and began to wait my turn. A lady sitting way down from me insisted that I put on a mask. I did so. Then she wanted to be confrontational about it. The staff just allowed her to continue to basically scoled me and tell me that her people were being affected. Well all people are affected. I didnt need or want to hear about her and her family as I have had deaths in my family as well. This continued until I just started to ignore her. All I wanted was to get my nails done in peace. Was ridiculous. They will loose business if this continues.

They took an hour to start my service, then made me feel rushed as they completed my dip manicure and come to find out the excess around my nail on my skin will not wash off. They also didnt look at the slip they give to find out what I wanted and didnt give me everything I wanted and I was frustrated so gave up. They also said nothing to me before the service when I asked about the tip that it would cost extra for what I wanted. I walked up to pay and was not pleased to see that what I get everywhere else for free cost extra here.

Took ma wify for valentines to do her nails! They were open, in a snowing day, Them girls are pro, very nice to people, they offer me a glass of wine, water for wife,And did a pleasant job for ma wife. Tanx girls for letting me give this present for ma love.

I was visiting out of town for a couple of days and went to Venus because of the reviews, great decision. They were really nice and friendly and the work well done. Leo did great with Dip polish, it was my first time trying that and they came out beautiful! Definitely coming back to them!

John, Cindy and Nick all took great care of us when we were there. Its an awesome place, new and exceptionally CLEAN!! Vintage nail salon. I just moved to burleson and am so happy to have found this place. We r first time customers and now lifetime customers. And their prices are inexpensive for a regular nail salon, little lone this fantastic nail spa.

I love Venus Nail Spa. I return to this nail salon every 4 weeks. The staff is very personable and friendly. They take the time to get to know you and make jokes with you. I called at 1230 asking dor an appointment for a fill. I was told wait till 130. I showed up at 130 and guy tells me i have an appointment with him. At 240 i was still waiting and had watched a 2pm appointment and 230 appointment come in for same guy and get serviced. I was told after 230pm that no one else can do acrylic fills so i had to wait. I watched 8 other people get nails done while i was ignored... I had an appointment which wasnt honored and guy couldnt give less of a damn. I left at 240 without getting my nails done

I love this nail salon. I just started going to this place a couple months ago & I’m glad I did. The staff are always so friendly & accommodating. My favorite nail technician is Sang. He always does my nails so perfectly & tonight was no different. I didn’t realize it took longer to do the French dip but that’s what I wanted so he did it even though he had a client right after me. He did them to where they look so natural & beautiful. I highly recommend him. I also recommend Hannah for pedicures & waxing. I only made the comment 1 time that I don’t want my brows too thin & she remembered. This establishment is also very clean. Overall I’m glad I switched. Thank you Sang for making momma Sherry happy!

I went to this salon on Saturday, January 26th around 9:30 a.m. and Lihn did my pedicure. One of the worst pedicures I paid for. Which by the way was $51 plus a tip. The paint looks awful and its supposed to be gel, she hardly scrubbed my feet, and barely massaged my legs and feet because she was too busy watching the tv. I am not one to complain. Thats why I still paid and still left a tip but Im still so disappointed even after a week. I work and stand on my feet all day and I was looking for to being relaxed. Which is what their website advertises. Nothing about it was relaxing and my feet look they were never touched. I definitely wont be going back and dont recommend this salon to anyone.

Visiting from Houston for a funeral, this salon was recommended for mani pedi. The one star is because it appears to be a clean salon. But then it goes bad fast.Man at the counter tried very hard to rush me into my color choices but kept saying Take your time, while pointing to the back saying, Theyre waiting. The manicurist Linda had to be in training. I cant believe she could be that bad with any experience at all. She didnt smooth my nail edges after filing and she used what looked like a cheap emory board you get in a hotel room and felt like number 20 sandpaper. She did nothing to my cuticles (see pics) and left horrible layer marks on every nail. She did 2 coats and then went back with a wet brush leaving a layer as she touched up. Before she started to polish, I tried to explain how rough my nail edges were but she started to file again! I said NO, they didnt need filing they needed to be smoothed. They were so rough, cotton ball fuzz was still clinging to the nails when she started to put the base on! 2 nails were filed crooked on one hand and 3 on the other. I tried at least 3 times to get her to fix the rough edges when Kathy came up and tried to tell me she wasnt finished when I asked then why did she put base on?? Then she fussed at Linda who pulled out about an inch square of a buffer sponge to try to smooth my nails with. I was so angry and since my sister goes there, I didnt cause a scene and just wanted out of that place. My sister is NEVER going back and told me to demand my money back. The pedi done by Kim wasnt as bad but the nails werent painted to the edges so you could see the white of the nail. Ive been getting Mani pedis over 25yrs and this was the WORST EVER. Absolutely the worst.The pictures taken the next morning, speak for themselves.

Worst service ever would never recommend

Kathy and Sang are AMAZING. I booked an appointment and mentioned it was for my wedding, and BOY did they take that and run with it. From the moment we arrived to when we left, I felt wonderful about the whole experience. They were so sweet and attentative, and they also started us with complimentary mimosas. Both Kathy (pedicure) and Sang (dip manicure) had superb attention to detail, and my nails have never looked neater. Will absolutely be returning on a regular basis (when I never had my nails done regularly before). 5 STARS.

Best place in the country. We travel the U.S.A and this is the best one weve been to highly recommend. Hannah and Sang are amazing. Linda was amazing too these people went above and beyond. We will definitely be back!

Came to this nail salon to get a pedi while visiting my niece I must admit it’s a 5 Star nail salon and would def come back. Great service and on top of that they treat you very nice. It helps to be served free drinks. Prices are reasonable. Kathy and Linda are awesome as well!! You won’t be disappointed!!

Sang and John are the best!

Ever since my favorite people at another spa left I have been looking for a new nail home and I’m so glad I found it!!! Sang did my dip nails perfectly and Kathy did an amazing job on pedicure! They were absolutely sweet, patient and funny! Love this nail spa!

This place is awesome! After moving here a few months ago, and trying every salon in the area.. I have finally found my regular nail salon! I have been back multiple times and have had different people and have not been disappointed yet! Great service, friendly staff, and nice and clean place!! Love it here!

I’ve been going to Venus for quite a while and have always been very pleased with them. But about 3 wks ago when I had my nails done I wasn’t very happy at all. The nail tech did my nails very fast and they did not look good at all! (I am not going to name the tech as they may have been having a bad day or something). Anyway I went in there yesterday after debating for several hours about going somewhere else.I decided I would tell John, the owner, about it and asked for a different nail tech. John assumed I wanted something like a credit for the mess up. I told him I didn’t want anything, that I just wanted to get my nails done right!He asked me to sit down and he would be back. In a minute he came back and following behind him was a nail tech that I either don’t remember ever seeing or she was new or something! She looked at my nails and asked me a few questions and proceeded doing my nails.She did a fantastic job! I have never had such a great job before! Her name is Lily and I highly recommend her! She takes her time and makes sure everything is perfect! I know who I will be requesting from now on! Lily is wonderful and John is great too! He came by many times to make sure I was doing okay and that I was happy! lol.

I will never go back. I felt like no one really wanted to provide services to me, maybe the color of my skin played a factor. 3 different people sat down to do my nails. I left with them just buffed. No polish, nothing. First Lady, understandable it was her non scheduled client that walked in, 2nd guy (that greets at the door) he took off my gel polish. 3rd guy sat down and act as though he didn’t want to do it and had an attitude. So I just said forget it and checked out paying 20 bucks, and STILL TIPPED! (I only did because of who I am and to prove a point) I just felt like the color of my skin played a roll because, they thought I wouldn’t tip. I AM A BIG TIPPER my normal is 40-50 a person (depending on the service)! My usual place to go where everyone knows of me is Elite Nails in the highlands in Arlington, I wanted to find another salon near me now that I live in Burleson. I see that’s not going to happen. I’ll go where I am appreciated! THIS SALON IS NOT FOR WOMEN OF COLOR!

Nice salon. Clean, pleasant experience. Kim is who worked on my pedicure. She was careful to make sure the temperature of everything was just right. The water wasn’t too hot, towels were perfect temp, even wax wasn’t too hot! It’s usually way too hot at most places they rush through and don’t give anything time to breath. Will come back here again.

Went there for the first time today... my nails were so bad... I had Susie ... she took her time taking off old nails so I could get a new set.. there not even sore like a new set usually is because they weren’t just ripped off !! I wanted red and this is the first time someone has offered to put the color on my nails so I can actually see the color before we did all of my fingernails...I’ve been going somewhere else for years but their prices are just way too much now...I saw the reviews on this place and it’s affordable and great service. She did a beautiful job on my nails... I’m going back this week and have a pedicure!!

Great salon! Very affordable and very friendly staff, I called ahead and was able to immediately get a pedicure. They offer a complimentary beverage and have a very clean salon. Would definitely recommend!

Update: I went again to this fabulous salon yesterday and Leo did my dip manicure... and he is by far the best I’ve been too yet ! My nails are short as requested and thin so I don’t even feel like I have anything more than paint on them!!! Went here today for the first time (2/15/18) and i went without a referral, just based on the good reviews that i read. I sure loved it, love my dip on my nails and pedicure. My dip is so prefect, not thick and super smooth that i cant stop looking at my nails. I Highly recommend it!!!!

If you’ve been hopping around from salon to salon..looking for a place to stay and make it “yours” -Venus Nail Spa is it!! I have never left disappointed. The staff are friendly, helpful, cheerful, and do outstanding work! I’ve personally had my nails done by Lynn, Nick and John...but I am certain anyone you sit with would do a fine and lasting job!

I got the cheapest pedicure. Its 28 so its not super cheap. Just wanted to try them out. I guess cause I was not paying 65 dollars I got bottom of the line treatment. They gave me the new guy. He needs a lot more practice. Nice guy but did not act like he wanted to be there. I have had a lot of pedicures. This was the worst. Wont go here again.

Loved our experience! My in-laws and spouse went for their first pedicure; it was part of our Thanksgiving celebration. The staff was wonderful, inviting, and even fixed one mistake, without being asked. They did a great job and we will definitely be back!

The staff is super friendly and they do a great job! I stopped in for pedicure that lasted for well over and hour, it was amazing ! They topped it off with a bottle of wine for a Christmas present. The staff is really what makes them far superior than the tons of other nail salons in Burleson !

It was my first time going there and overall my experience was pretty good. I was a walk in and was greeted by the owner (or who I presumed to be the owner) and he was real nice. I immediately got sat down with my nail tech and she got straight to the job. I felt bad, though, because I was having a hard time understanding both the owner and the nail tech through their accents. Im not blaming them, English is a hard language and even I have a hard time with it and its my primary language, plus they were really nice. However, I do think that the language barrier proved to be difficult, she would ask me questions and Id ask her to repeat the question multiple times to still not understand what she was saying so I was really hoping that my end result would still be what I was wanting. The end result came out very pretty!. The color didnt end up being the one I had wanted, but its still a pretty color. As for the actual acrylic set, she did such a good job, theyre even and smooth and she was sooo quick with it! I was probably out of there after 40 minutes and thats including a bathroom break. I got a new acrylic set with gel polish for $40 (not including tip)

Just moved to Burleson a few months back. Ive tried three different nail salons with poor service and results. Venus Nail Spa is amazing. Im so excited to have found a new place! The manager was very nice, and Sang did an amazing job on my Nails. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

This Nail salon is by far the best in Burleson! Sang does pink and white French tip with gel SNS dip powder with super Clean lines that look like acrylic. He is so detailed and focused on making sure YOU love your nails- and will do whatever it takes for you to love them! His professional and superior service are Always worth the wait, nails by Sang Never disappoint!! In my experience, all of the staff are very polite and professional with wonderful attitudes!

The guy did a fine job, by no means great. He was very persistent on what he wanted to do and I didn’t get what I came in wanting. It was just faster for him to do what he wanted. Then gave himself a $9 tip, and when I realized I had tipped him on top of that, I was very frustrated. Never coming back here.

The open sign was on after they closed and they welcomed me. Very courteous and kind, with great service. Superb!!

I went for first time yesterday for a SNSmanicure and found the salon to be excellent. It was quiet (no TV blaring), clean, appealing and people were friendly.I’d been traveling, and my nails need d attention badly—some chips and breaks, plus a damaged nail by closing a closet door on my finger. Tom worked diligently to put things right; was careful and gentle. My nails look great now.

Super nice people with a beautiful salon. Only one slightly crooked nail but we are all human. (for those who complain Id like to see you do better.) The woman who was doing my dipped nails would ask me before and after doing something if I liked what they looked like. She double checked if I was haveing second thoughts on color or length. They didnt try to pressure me into anything else unlike other places and worked efficiently. Went in at 2:20 Sat for about ten min. And was out by 3:20 but I made it known that I wasnt in a rush. Would recommend.

This was my first time coming here, I came with my cousin and aunt who go all the time.. I was truly impressed with how fast they got you back, and how well you are taken care of, and you dont even have to get up from your pedicure, to have your manicure done, they do it there!

Zero star!! I came to get my nails done with my sister, but by the way that We were treated certainly wont be coming back.They were extremely rude.

Charged my daughter $65 for a basic manicure with a posted sign saying it was $25. Michelle was completely rude and belittling to my daughter on her birthday. Avoid this place like the plague.

I asked for a pink ombré into a coral color and I got plain white nails that are poorly done. You shouldn’t worry about making an appointment because you aren’t going to get the person you want and they are over priced I am very disappointed

First time visiting this salon. It was very clean and organized. Kathy did an amazing job on my eyebrows! I will definitely be coming back!

I really wanted this salon to be my go to nail spot, but everything about it was a bad experience. I called and made an appointment, I waited 15 minutes to be started on. My dip mani was completed while I was receiving my pedicure. Every finger on my left hand at the top right of my cuticle was cut by the grinding utensil causing me to bleed SEVERAL times. I included a picture below. My pedicure was completely below average, and the girl barely massaged my legs or feet, let alone actually applying a decent amount of lotion my legs. None of my toe nails were shaped properly, and some of my toenails were barely coated on the corners, and barely cleaned off on the edges. I was really disappointed.

The absolute worst experience and customer service I have ever had in a nail salon. The nail tech was very rude and she rushed through my pedicure in 5 MINUTES! I think there was an underlying issue and I honestly felt so bad when I left. I will NEVER return! I read all of the reviews beforehand and I just can’t believe I was not treated the same way.

They knew exactly what I wanted, even helping with a color suggestion when the color on the example wasnt true enough to how I wanted. Definitely would go back.

I went in for a manicure and found a color I absolutely loved! The lady did an okay job, however I had already messed up two nails by the time I got to my car. My fault. I went back in and she fixed them. The next day it was already chipping so I just removed all the polish. Waste of $20. Did like the place though, so I will go back and try gel polish!

I just left this nail salon. I arrived there at 6:26 pm, after waiting for a little while I went and got a pedicure by someone that didn’t give me her name, wasn’t friendly and I paid for a basic pedicure and callus remover ($33.00) dollars.She barely scrubbed my feet, I can still see my calluses and she did mediocre at best. When she finished she started putting things up and I asked her “ can you do my hands” and she pointed at the clock which was 7:05 Pm and she said no we close at 7:00.I will never return to this place again. And this is rated a 4.1 in Burleson Tx.People don’t be fooled.
