Dr. Hawkins and his staff are amazing! My husband and I have been seeing Dr Hawkins around 5 years and are very pleased. They are informative and listen to our concerns. On one of my first visits I found out he also attended Lubbock Christian University, like myself. Go Chaps!

They were so kind and gentle with my 6 year old during his cleaning. I asked him how he liked going there and he said “I give it a thousand stars! No wait... infinity stars!” 😂 The whole staff is super nice and friendly. We will definitely be back!

I wish I could give Chris a 100 stars. Best dentist ever. I had a cavity filled today and it was the best experience I ever had in 54 years. He was so gentle and made the experience wonderful. The staff is always friendly and treat you as a person/friend an not as a paycheck. I had a root canal today and I fell asleep 2 times in the middle of the procedure (and I did not get the laughing gas) that should tell you how gentle the doctor is.

I love this place, I have had a deep anxiety about the dentist from childhood and from the military. Both doctors are kind, the hygienists, and office staff are all excellent! They have classic rock playing, not kenny g! I will never go back to a mint dentistry or someother corporate dentist where you get a different doctor each vist. I appreciate the Hawkins and the great work they do!

Only took me over 40 years to finally find a dentist that I felt comfortable going to. They have a great staff and dont make you feel like they are just trying get your money. Dr. Hawkins is thorough and works with you to build a plan that is in your best interest.

If something seems off or too expensive, please just get a 2nd opinion. I did and I found a doctor who just not took my anxiety away, they also saved me thousands of $$. Dr.Hawkins convinced me that my teeth are going to fall out if I dont see a periodontist (of course the one they recommended, which I didnt choose). After I finally decided to get a 2nd opinion, I made this review (almost a year later). Turned out I didnt need an invasive surgery after all, just a deep cleaning, which I was denied at this practice. But I am glad about it, because we found a doctor where you dont have the feeling they just want to sell you the most expensive service off the menu.

This is by far the best dentist office! They have an amazing staff! Dr Hawkins has been very accommodating and a very caring doctor for his patients I have been to about four different dentist over the past 10 years and had the worse experience ever and was scared to go back to the dentist! I have had cleanings a root canal, and an implant put in since I’ve been here and no complaints period! I am so blessed to be able to find a caring and understanding dentist office I can call my own! After having a horrible experience with corporate chained dentistries I wanted a hometown dentist that actually cared. They treated my 13 year old so sweet and gently. They were very informative on treatment options and let me as the parent decide without any bad looks or comments. This place is amazing.

The team at Burleson Smiles is very professional and easy to work with. I was needing to have a small cavity filled and needed to reschedule my original appointment. One phone call, and the appointment was rescheduled. When Dr. Hawkins saw me this morning to take care of the restoration, he said it would be faster if I didnt need anesthesia. He also said the problem wasnt very deep. However, before beginning, he said if I felt any pain, he would immediately stop and give the anesthesia. Well, the procedure was quick, painless, and no anesthesia was used. I will be going back for as long as I live in this area. If he believes anesthesia is needed for me in the future, I am going to go along with his recommendation. It definitely worked this time. Thank you Dr. Hawkins. Your staff is awesome, too!!

Awesome dentist and staff. Doctor Hawkins immediately identified a bone infection above one of my canines that my other dentist and my regular physician (even with a CT scan) had missed for over a year. Doctor Hawkins is competent thorough and a pleasure to be around, very funny sense of humor. Which might be a problem while hes digging in your mouth with sharp objects. ;-)I am so glad that I went ahead and gave this office a try. I will be switching my family to this location permanently.

Dr. Chris Hawkins and his staff were very welcoming, friendly, and kept me calm in a situation which usual makes me very anxious. He was upfront about all costs and he was able to see me right away. The doctors and staff are amazing. I get severe anxiety when I go to the dentist and they are very warm, welcoming and patient. They don’t pressure or rush me and they ask if I’m doing alright through the whole procedure. They give me the opportunity to take breaks whenever I need which allows me to feel control over the situation and that helps me calm down. I will continue to go to them because they are awesome!!

Well, considering it was going to the dentist, I guess it was the best dental appointment I’ve ever had. The staff was helpful and accommodating even before the visit. It was a time crunch appointment I needed and the wonderful lady making the appointment, knowing my situation, called immediately when an unexpected opening became available which really helped me out. I was seen immediately and everyone I met was friendly and patient. Dental techs took care of all my needs, but Dr. Chris came in and spoke with me reassuring me of some procedures I would have. As a first time potential patient of Burleson Smiles I found them all to be very professional, friendly and competent, and their pricing for my dental needs was well in the acceptable range. Once I actually have the work done I will better be able to review Burleson Smiles. 1-19-19 update : One day post op for extraction Im doing well, minimal pain. The procedure went very well. Now onward to the next step of the implant after a couple of months of healing from the extraction. So far, Im very pleased with Burleson Smiles.

Very thorough exam for 6-month checkup for both my wife and me. We both agreed that he did a lot more than our previous dentist. My most recent visit was to have crown put on a tooth. He and his assistant kept me informed each step of the way… no surprises… no pain. Used text to do a post-procedure check with me to make sure I was doing ok several hours after my appointment. I also like the fact that they send me text reminders the day I set an appointment, about 3 days before the appointment, and about an hour before on the day of the appointment. That really helps us busy people. All the staff, dental assistants, and Dr. Hawkins were very professional and cordial. Thanks Dr. Hawkins and everyone else. You were great! I highly recommend Burleson Smiles.

Dr. Hawkins had me laughing and made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. All of the ladies treat you like family and are nothing but wonderful. You can tell by being in the office that the staff loves working with one another and that makes a huge difference, they love what they do. I was in no discomfort during or after my root canal. They took their time to make sure I had the best outcome. I could not praise Dr. Hawkins or his staff enough. I will be recommending them to all of my family and friends! I couldnt imagine going anywhere else!
