I had issues with my laptop running super slow and not wanting to behave. Computer guy not only fixed it, he was friendly and professional. While he tried to explain what he did, I didnt understand. All I know now is that it works a lot faster and without issues!

Just1Fix Computer Repair is simply the best! I am heavily dependent upon my desktop computer and it had become almost completely unusable. Ian quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the unit, re-installing the Windows operating system with no loss of any of my files. And the unit was returned to me the next day. I have utilized other computer repair services in the past, and they seemingly took forever to make repairs, they usually lost all of my files, and when the unit was finally returned, it had lost much of its functionality. In the future, I wouldnt consider going anywhere but Just1Fix Computer Repair.

I bought an Alienware last year and within a month it was blue screen of death of SSD was deathly slow and HHD was a no-show. Spent 6 weeks on phone with Dell tech and finally they sent me a new one. Same thing happened right out of the box. Needless to say the laptop became an expensive paperweight on desk. Out of curiosity I called Ian and I took the POS alienware to him the following day. He kept it over the weekend and called me on Monday and told me had found the problem and fixed it. For $85 he fixed what Dell Support techs couldnt over a 6 week period and a failed second attempt at quality and customer service. Got computer problems, take it to Ian. Reasonable price and good service goes a long ways nowadays. Highly recommend.
