The only place I will take my clothes! I have been using this place for 3 years. When I moved up to Ft worth I tried a few other places around where I live, but ultimately I decided to start coming back down here because none of the Ft Worth places provided the same Quality and Friendly service as A Perfect Fit Alterations. They are also the most reasonably priced too. I have taken 2 suits, 1 Tux, many pairs of chinos and many Dress shirts to them. Always been happy with the work the first time. You will not be sorry you chose them! They will also text you when done! : )

The woman who helped us was so so nice! I wish I knew her name! My husband needed a few pairs of his work pants taken in and we had already tried another place that said they couldn’t do it due to the style of pants. So I called A Perfect Fit and she said they could do it. Within 30 minutes of my husband being measured and dropping the pants off, she called saying she had already finished one and wanted to make sure it fit well for him before she did the others. And the fit was perfect! She did the others and they were ready early the next day! Amazing service, amazing prices, and amazing product!

Wonderful place for alterations! My daughter had a last minute dance. The dress she found needed the straps taken in. Not only did they promise a quick turnaround, they finished it early! The dress fit perfectly when we went to pick it up! Thao was amazing! Great quality work as well! I definitely recommend.

Came in hoping to get my very first prom dress altered, and the lady was extremely nice! She gave me exactly what I wanted, in a fast time frame, and for a reasonable price! She is not a seamstress, she is a magician. I brought her my first dress and instead of taking my money and running she told me it wasnt fixable. Luckily I had a second option, I thought it was going to cost a lot to get it taken in and hemmed to make it look right but all she needed to do was replace the lacing with a zipper. She could have taken me for a ride of several hundred in alterations but she didnt.She has it ready super fast and done to perfection.

This place is a life saver! I am from Houston and was in town for a wedding and Thảo seriously did an amazing job! She was able to loosen up the outfit I brought in such a short amount of time. Originally I had drop it off near where I live to have them alter it, but they completely forgot about me and I couldnt wait any longer. I was so desperate and freaking out. I immediately call this place hoping they would be able to help me and they sure did! Thảo was very attentive and care about the time of the matter that I need this done ASAP! I seriously recommend this place!!!

I got my wedding dress altered here. I went in the morning and my dress was hemmed by that afternoon. I also advised to get a corset and modifying it to be low back instead of altering the top of the dress. Great price and service.

I took a gown to have it hemmed at A Perfect Fit. The facility was clean, and the customer service was excellent. I got a call the next day that it was ready, and the gown was hemmed perfectly! I will be using A Perfect Fit for future alterations and encourage others to do the same.

Thao is so helpful, gives good advice and is very direct with what you need to have done for the perfect fit. She got us right in with no appointment. My daughters graduation dress is perfect!! I will use perfect fit alterations from now on.

I had just purchased a suit that needed sleeve and pant cuff alterations on Monday for an interview I had on Thursday. I called to ask if I would be able to get my suit back by Wednesday. Thao had said she could do it if I brought it in that day, it sounded like it was a bit short notice based on her hesitation (I had never gotten anything tailored before). She texted me the NEXT DAY at 8:35am saying it was ready. I was definitely not expecting it to be so quick!! She was so sweet and helpful when fitting the suit to me and the suit itself turned out amazing! I was very impressed with my experience. Should I require more tailoring services, I will definitely come back

Always do a good job on alterations.

I wanted a simple blind stitch fix across the strap of maxi dress I brought in. The woman explained that she could not fix it perfectly and kept raising her voice while I was trying to explain that it I just wanted it mended so it does not continue to rip. She told me she did not want to help me and walked off. Ive worked at a tailor shop myself for years and have never seen anyone act like this before. I wouldve done it myself but i just dont have the proper machine. If she didnt over react and yell so much, she wouldve understood what I needed.Edit 04/30: unkind words? I said wow thats terrible as i left because you were screaming and gave me no time to explain what i needed. You stormed off after dropping the dress -which by the way, did not even belong to me, so how could you even have heard what i said? You didnt say anything to where I could understand what you could or could not do. You just kept yelling about how I ruined the dress. Ive never seen anyone act like you before in any tailor shop. I drove out of my way to go to you to your shop and it was not a good start to my day.And you NEVER said sorry i cannot help i had to tell you its fine, its fine SEVERAL times because you wouldnt stop ranting. I even said dont worry about it, ill leave So disrespectful. By the way, I found someone stable, who COULD fix it. No screaming either.

Ive gone here for alterations, Jeans repaired, zippers replaced and Ive always been happy with their work. Friendly and no higher than other businesses in Burleson. Most of the time a little lower.

They got my wedding dress altered in 2 days so I am very thankful and she did a wonderful job! I would have given 5 stars, but the man working there was extremely rude. I wish his parents taught him to treat others how he wanted to be treated. He needs to learn better costumer service for sure. The lady was super sweet and understand and explained everything to me that I didnt know, the man treated me like I was stupid and gave me looks. I know Im not the only one who has complained about him several people have told me how rude he is, I just suggest he works on that. If you have a company and want to keep one you have to learn how to use customer service. That is all!

They treat military members poorly. I am in the Air Force about to leave for active dity, I had a minor miscommunication when I dropped off my uniforms with Jason about placement of my name tapes that I thought was resolved when I left. They however did have a guide in their possession that showed correct placement. they also had my contact information, so if there was a discrepancy noticed I could have easily been contacted. When I picked up my uniforms they were wrong, no big deal just fix it... When I showed up today to pick up the now correct uniforms. They not only charged me AGAIN, they blamed me for their error despite having my contact information and a uniform guide in front of them. My family has been in Burleson for a long time, I am greatly disappointed by this experience. It could have so easily been resolved and I would be leaving a five star review instead of a one star (I would leave zero if possible) Dealing with Jason and the staff at A Perfect Fit Alterations has easily been the worst customer service experience Ive had so far. They will not enjoy the business of my family or friends in the Burleson area. What a shame.

I must have a misunderstanding of what seamstress means. Was told my job would be too hard and couldnt be done like that, yet I found a real seamstress who was able to do it. So it CAN be done like that. Zero effort to earn money and customer. Not recommended.

I have used them several times on many items. They have sew on every patch on my motorcycle vest, so they can work with thick leather items. They have always done the service while I wait. There are some great eaterys right next door to grab a bite while you wait, or look at their shop while you wait. I dont know what problem the previous reveiwer may have had, but The have always been very nice and professional with me. I plan to take my new suit to them to have them make some alterations. Short from a disaster, If you dont see another review from me, it went very well.

Took my wedding dress here she got it done very quickly even though it didnt need much. It fits did better than it did before. I love my dress. She even gave me tips and ideas on how to utilize my dress for pictures. I cant wait to show it off. Very helpful and professional. Highly recommend !
