Great service very friendly an kind. We moved into a home that had animals that destroyed the floors when you walked in you could smell pee from the dogs an see the stains they are now completely gone as shown in photos. They came in professionally an cleaned 8 rooms Grout on are tile as well everything smelled so much better the carpets are in great shape also the tile looks amazing. I would recommend them any day. Plus they left fans to help dry the floor fast it only toke 5 hr for the carpet to dry which was great for us we where able to move things in that same day. Thank you for your great service!!!

I had a sick dog. It was coming out both ends. It was biblical wrath of God type of situation that brewed on this carpet. I live in an rented property and it was on me to have the carpet cleaned. My wife reached out to Robert. He personally took the call while out to dinner with his family on a Friday night. Robert and Veronica are great people and do a fantastic job. Ive used them for years for emergency water extraction and carpet cleaning and there is nobody in the business that does a better job. And, they do the job themselves, not hiring employees that may or may not care. I had to call them this weekend and he literally had to turn around (on the way fishing) and go back home to get his extraction equipment, but they hurried to my house and as always did a great job.

Our 2yr old daughter decided to paint herself & the brand new carpet with an entire jar (16ozs) of Desitin maximum strength diaper cream....I spent 4hrs trying to clean it up b4 giving up altogether thinking I would have to replace the carpet we just had installed. Sunday 7/24/2016, got up and was getting ready to go to Home Depot and found the washer connection had started leaking during the night, I was sick. I called one company said they could not do it on Sunday and told me to try All Action Water Extraction. What great people, they showed up quick and got it done. I asked them what day they could come back and steam clean the rest of the house and they said right now. I have had 2 other companys steam clean the carpet before it was okay, but this company made the carpet look and smell really good I was amazed how good it looked when they got done. Definitely recommend this company and will use them from now on.
