Highly recommend. He came out fixed the problem same day. Reasonable price. A few days later I called for what I thought was a different issue. Came out same day. Looked it over, tweaked a few things and left. I called him to ask what I owed him he said nothing! Couldnt believe it. Upbeat personality you can tell he loves what he does. I will definitely use him again and tell my neighbors about him.

I called Walter early this afternoon for a problem with my lawnmower and he was able to come by same day which was super. He had the problem diagnosed by what I told him on the phone and when he got here, verified that was the problem, and had us up and running with new parts super quick. Such a friendly guy, and the lawnmower runs good as new again. Thank you again Walter!

Immediately after the first visit to fix the engine began to leak gas, we were told he would order the part needed and get back to us. Shortly after we were told the part had arrived, we tried to reach out more than once to schedule a follow-up, but had zero response for additional service. Our lawnmower is still broken :(

Walt came to my house and fixed my pressure washer (wouldnt start, bad gas, etc) as well as offering good advice going forward (maintenance, etc). He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and best of all his rates were extremely reasonable. Hopefully I dont need to call him again, but if I need help along these lines, hell be the first I call. I called Walter to fix my pressure washer. He came to my house the same day and knew just what to do. He got me up and going in 30 minutes. His rates are very reasonable. When the washer stopped working later in the week (residue still in the gas tank) he came out again, cleaned it out and got it working free of charge. I will definitely use A&B again if I have problems.

I had problems with my mower on a Sunday after sitting all Fall. Called even though he was closed to make an appointment for in the week and left a voicemail. Walter called back within an hour and happened to be in the area so he cane by, fixed my mower better than it cane out of the box, charged me a very reasonable rate and was on his way. Will definitely use him again.

Walter came over to have a look at my rough running 10 year old mower. We figured out it had a bent blade. The blade was curled up on its self and he was able to pound out the blade and get it back straight. And put the blades back on correctly! They had previously been put back on upside down!Thanks Walter!!

My lawn mower wasnt working, so I called Walter at 4:15pm, and he said he could come out that day. He got here about 4:45, and had the job done in 25 minutes. Total charge was $70, and well worth it. I mowed the yard the next day, and the mower ran like new. I definitely recommend A&B. The coolest thing was that I didnt have to take the mower to a shop; Walter makes house calls, and who does THAT anymore?!? Thumbs up!

I called Walter and he was out to our house within a few hours. It is so convenient that he makes house calls! He fixed our mower quickly and inexpensively. He also explained how to keep the mower in working order especially how to winterize.

I couldnt get my lawnmower to start after sitting since this fall. Im in expert in some things, but not lawn mowers. I was fearing that I would have to drive it out to some shop to have repaired in a couple of weeks and spend a bunch of money to have fixed. I saw the positive reviews for A & B Small Engine Repair and gave them a call. They came out in about an hour, diagnosed the problem in about 30 seconds and had my mower working like new in a few minutes and charged a reasonable price! Now my lawns are all mowed and I am a happy camper.

Walter was fast, professional, and really easy to work with! I was a little hesitant at first hiring someone from a google search - but I was pleasantly surprised - and would highly recommend him!

I gave A & B a call from the meager 9 reviews I saw on here, but I gotta say, Im glad to be number 10. Walter came over to do some maintenance on my mower (change oil, spark plug, air filter, and sharpen blades). After taking a look at the filter, he said I still had plenty of life in it so he didnt replace it. After sharpening the blades, he mentioned that there was a enough damage to it that Ill probably need to replace in another year. I looked at it myself and could tell I hit one too many rocks.My cost was $70, but YMMV (per your mower, its wear-and-tear, etc.). What makes Walter exceptional is that he actually comes out to you - no hauling your mower to a shop. Add to that great service, cost, and conversation (hes got some stories you gotta hear) - you cant beat that. I will recommend A & B to my friends and family going forward.

With rain threatening, i called Walter. Hewas at my house 1 hr. later and in 30 min. he had my Toro running great! Fast service is HUGE when you only have tiny windows of opportunity between week-long rain showers!

I had taken my old Toro lawnmower to the original shop on Aurora near Greenlake, where I had bought it a few years ago used; there are now new owners and I left it with them as it was becoming hard to start. When I went to pick it up, they couldnt start it for almost a half an hour of effort, and this was after they had supposidly serviced it. I got it home and since it was still winter, I didnt get to it until about 10 days or so ago. I couldnt get it started no matter what I tried. I found A&B Small engine repair in Burien and found that he comes to the customers house. He showed up as promised and in 5 mins had fixed the problem, and it runs like new. Amazing and he charged only a modest show-up fee. I will definitely use him again.
