Blakley septic service is the most amazing service I could ever use! Not only did he go out of his way to arrive TWICE on a Sunday but he put my fears about my septic tank at ease and did a very thorough septic tank service and inspection! Called a few months ago to get a quote. They offered a great price because I was there neighbor. I called last week to make a time for them to arrive. They said between 11 and noon Friday morning. I dug up the hole so when they arrived it would be easier for them. 12:15 no show and I called and they said they would be there in a hour. 1:15 no show 2:15 no show 3:15 no show 4:15 no show 5:15 no show o couldnt believe this is how hey run a business. I guess driving 7 houses down was to much to ask for. Called a couple times today and no answer at all. Not a good way to screw your neighbor and not have the decency to call them back.

He lied about pumping my tank, two weeks after he pumps a tank it shouldnt be full again. Only pumped off the surface layer of poo, none of the scum at the bottom. Word is, he has been doing this all over around my neighborhood. He also showed up 4 hours later than he said he would, then busted my toilet in our basement, said he was gonna go get a replacement part while it was flooding, then never came back. Dont give him your service...

Called the company on Friday and asked about price and availability for a service, said they where available next day (Saturday), decided on 12 noon Sunday, called at 12:15 no answer, called at 1245 no answer, I guess there are just not reliable..?? Mabey I will call call later this year.

When I neeed my septic tank pumped, I looked locally. And luckily, the same company actually installed it originally and new it’s components. It was fast, efficient and professional.
