I had to go twice due to my state insurance only being accepted at very few places. The place is extremely unkempt and not unhygienic. The front desk receptionist does NOT wear a mask properly which is now against the law. I waited over an hour in the chair for the dentist and when she did my cleaning I raised my hand because I was clearly in pain and began crying. She did not stop and it took me having to actually move away from her. I had to demand x rays and when two days had gone by without any phone call I had to call THEM and instead of speaking to the dentist she pushed me off onto the receptionist who said are you in pain? then youre fine. What kind of results are those? Im going to report this business to the ADA. Enough is enough. Just because someone has state insurance doesnt mean you need to completely lack compassion as a human being.

Dr. Khajavi has been my dentist for a few years by now, she had been so nice and helpful. The place is good and affordable, so far Ive had no issues there. Also the staff is friendly, and Ill be coming back for my regular checkups.

I just had an amazing filling done to 4 teeth. Usually the numbing process terrifies me, but here I was comfortable and the pain was very minimal. The service was extremely fast. I highly recommend Dr. Khajavi for her service

I used to hate going to the dentist and now I look forward to going there all the time . Doctor Parivash khajavi really cares about her patients health and she’s very knowledgeable. I had fillings and tooth extraction and not once did I felt any pain. The day I had 2 of my wisdom tooth removed, the next day I went out. She didn’t put me to sleep at all and I didn’t even know she took my tooth out until she told me you can go home . She really is the best and knows what she’s doing . If you are someone that hates going to the dentist, believe me you won’t regret. Receptionist Gloria is really nice and very welcoming.

This is the worst possible dentist you could even goto!!! She is uncaring, dose not care about the pain of her patients! My husband was dizzy and could hardly walk after her pulling his tooth, when he expressed the amount of pain he was in she said and I quote! “Then you should have taken better care of your teeth this is what happens!!! RUN FAST if you want to be made to feel shame and small and have LOTS of pain as a punishment this is you place!

Hello everyone, I am Ruth and recently joinedDr.Khajavi’s team and my mom is a patient of Dr.Khajavi too.I would like on behalf of Dr.Khajavi and myself to thank all of our patients who have been so kindly rating us and are being so loyal to us.There are a few unhappy patients that I would like to have this opportunity to address those issues.1) there was a gentleman who paid over $500 to another office for his deep cleaning. He was so unhappy and unfortunately he did the rating under our office name. We have been charging $250 for few years as a special and welcome package to our office and I could not find his name in our patients list.2) Also there was an unhappy patient who expected to get some flossing. I checked and she is 17 years of age and with her age and her insurance she is considered a child. Children prophylaxis is different compared to adults prophylaxis.3) There was another unhappy patient who was complaining about why my co-worker Gloria was so loud but let me explain to you that we serve a lot of people with disability. As a habit she is louder than others when communicating with patients.Overall, I feel it is so unjust to rate Dr.Khajavi with one star, if the issues aren’t relevant to her office. Been coming here for over 10 years. Great with kids, very friendly staff. Dentist cares about the patient. Always get an appointment in a timely manner. Very clean atmosphere, especially with the Covid-19.Im not one to go to the dentist due to terrible anxiety with dentists. The staff and dentist know this and encourage and comfort me. Very thankful. Dr Khajavi will make you feel like you’re at home while taking great care of you. She will advise you to the best of her knowledge to what you may need and do a great job in assisting. Dr. Khajavi and her staff are very friendly and professional. Their prices are reasonable, and they communicate your costs and options very well. I once went to another dentist closer to my job to save time, and definitely regretted not driving farther to see Dr. Khajavi. This other dentist (who had a very fancy office) claimed I had a mouthful of cavities that he could repair in less than 2 hours and would set me back over $2,000 to fix. Luckily, I got a second opinion from Dr. Khajavi, and she confirmed that I had no cavities (as I suspected, since my teeth had no stains/cracks/holes/pain anywhere). Im glad I have an honest dentist to visit! Ill be a patient for life

The front desk lady is sooo nice and helpful shes awesome!! The staff I talked to were also super nice to. I have alot of piercings and had trouble taking on out and the dentist helped me and she was super sweet! I was really nervous so I was a bit awkward but they never had a bad attitude and I really appreciate them being kind to me.

Im extremely happy with the service I received from every person I spoke to in this office. I was having a rough time with a tooth extraction and they were very patient and able to calm me down. I really appreciate this type of accommodation as Ive never had another dentist that cared that much. I will be coming back here for all of mu dental work for sure

The doctor should be ashamed of herself. Just because I was extremely nervous does not give her the right to treat me like garbage.I was extremely nervous for my emergency extraction. All the doctor continue to say is I’m in the medical field I shouldn’t be such a baby.It is a poor excuse for her behavior.I literally sat there for 30 minutes crying and screaming, choking on my own spit.I will never ever go there again, and I will make it my mission to make sure no one else goes there.I am in the medical field, my job is to numb patients before we remove parts of their skin. I never ever assume that my patient is OK, I always ask them, Even if it’s 20 minutes before break. The doctor needs to go back to school and learn how to treat patients, I hope you never have to experience something like I did.

Dr. Khajavi has been my dentist since I was a young kid. I have never trusted or gone to another dentist to get my cleanings, fillings, or whatever else I have needed. She along with Gloria are complete sweethearts that take care of you immediately. My mother has also been a long time patient with no complaints. If you’re looking to find a reliable and trustworthy dentist, please make this your first choice. Dr. Khajavi along with her associates are some of the nicest people I have met.

Ive been going here for 20 years and they are awesome! I cant think of anything but wonderful things to say about them. I started out with at least four+ teeth missing, requiring lots crowns and Bridges over the years and they always give me back my smile.

Had one wisdom tooth pulled by the doctor here Parivash Khajavi she was very helpful with any questions and worked at my pace to make sure I was ready very kind and gentle. I felt no pain during the process and she told me step by step what was going on so that put me at ease. They were able to fit me in the same day would definitely recommend to friends & family. The dental assistant at the front desk, Gloria made the appt today possible and was super kind with me over the telephone and In person. She worked around my schedule for follow ups

She is the best dentist I have had. I have extremely PTSD when it comes to dentists because when I was 15 years old my orthodontist almost broke my nose. It takes me a long time to trust them again but after my second appointment I just love this office. I would recommend her to anyone.

I only gave one star so I can write a review. Do not go here for your dental workMy husband went in to have a root canal done and a temporary filling. I made that very clear when I made the appointment I made it that we were coming from another dentist who referred as to them to get a root canal and a temporary filling she said okay you can come in on Saturday Saturday comes around my husband goes in before they even do any work on his two theyre trying to get him to pay $300 for a service that they will perform in 4 to 6 weeks. Didnt even help him with his root canal didnt even help him with his temporary feeling all just trying to get money out of him.And then I get on the phone and shes trying to bulldoze over me because shes a doctor not even trying to hear my question not even trying to hear what I have to say. All I asked was can you just perform the root canal and a temporary filling and then when we make our appointment that gives us time to save up to $300 for the crown.

My experience here was AWESOME, friendly & professional staffs, Dr. Parivash Khajavi was Wonderful. I never left a dentist without experiencing pain until my visit here, I would recommend Burien Family Dentistry to everyone...Thank you.

Dr. Khajavi is a great dentist. She is honest and knowledgeable. Always very gentle, respectful and thoroughly explains her treatment plans and the procedures which she performs with great skill. She is well loved by my whole family including our kids. I recommend her without any reservations and I disagree with the lady who gave her one star and claimed that “they want money”. That is the farthest thing from the truth. I have been going to Dr. khajavi for years. Her prices are very reasonable, she is honest and never tries to oversell anything. I have one suggestion to that lady who gave her one star: Lady go check the price of crowns and stop disrespecting the doctor.

I have been coming here for over 9 yrs and my Mom used to come here before that. I love this office. Gloria is their longtime office manager/receptionist and shes fabulous; shes kind, funny, is interested in us as people, shes very good at managing the office. Dr. Khajavi is really good at her job; shes gentle, considerate, easy to talk to. Shes done fillings, crowns, cleanings, x-rays and pulled a tooth for me. All their work has been good. When you see their equipment, it looks old and used, but it all seems to work just fine. I think they believe in if its not broken, dont fix it. Meaning just because its older, since its still working, its good to keep it. This can keep costs down, which is very important for everyone. Gloria speaks good English and Spanish and Dr. Khajavi speaks good English and Farsi. Offices are always clean and I have never had any problems with them.

After 38 year of having fear and anxiety of going to the dentist today changed all that. My first visit today She was amazing!!! I felt no pain and I had to have alot of work done. I came for a consultation for some major work leading to replacement partial dentures I have had over 10 years. New to the area, this was my 3rd office to visit (before the 4th one that afternoon) to make my decision where to go. It was stressful in the waiting room listening to news radio. The front office girl was so uninsured with phones and people coming and going. Very friendly and helpful but way overworked. I felt sorry so for her! There was one Dentist for all rooms? It was dirty and did not feel sanitary at all.THEN, after the quick exam, instead of fillings and a few crowns like the past exams, she wanted to do ALL crowns! Nope. Will not consider this place OR recommend to anyone with dental needs for several viable reasons.

Today, I had an appointment as a new patient. The front desk lady Gloria seemed very nice. Then, as I was filling paper work she asked me for my insurance information and if I had their number for her to call and verify. She couldnt verify my information even with my SSN date of birth and all. Then Gloria asked if I could call someone who knows my provider number so they could get a hold of them. I dont understand why it was so hard for her to find it when I went to other dentists they were able to pull up my info. But thats not all that bothered me. While it took her half an hour to do that. This lady and a elderly man came in for a consultation but she was so rude with them very unprofessional. She told them they had to pay and while the lady was explainging to the old man. She kept interrupting them n the man didnt want to pay so the front desk lady was saying something he doesnt have any money he cant be seen. In my point of view she was just very rude with how she handled things.

I wish I would have known they were open saturday as I ended up going to the ER dentist who did little to nothing for me. My cousin recommend them to me and now I will recommend them to everyone I know! They will also be my go to dentist from now on!

This is Dr. Khajavi writing back to the patients wife with unreasonable expectations. when the patient clearly does not need a root canal, I dont perform no matter how much you insist or scream on the phone. When I offer something that he really needs at my cost and you do not appreciate it then go back to whoever referred you to us and check around and see how much you really need to pay.

I had a really bad experience in the dentistry. Captive Filling deepcleaning all take them like less than two hours and still I have to do them all again. I dont know if there is any rule they fallow or not.

The doctor gave me 2 prescription for my pain and infection but I accidently lost the prescription and I called and ask her the write me another prescription but she said NO. Dont go there people
