Above and beyond! I drove my truck through 40 miles of desert dirt road, wildfire smoke and ash, and a billion bugs. I was prepared to pay for two washes thinking they couldnt get it cleaned with just one. Im very happy to be wrong. She looks goods as new. Well done and thank you

Love this car wash! The attendants are friendly & helpful. They spray down your car & pass the soft brush over the front grill & other areas that car wash machines tend to miss. My car was sparkly clean. Only 4 stars bc I wish theyd have more locations.

I came in, about and hour before closing, I used the kiosk and quickly picked my wash selection. The guys were professional and quick. I was in and out in 10 minutes. So grateful for their quick efficiency!

Typical automated car wash with spinning cloth brushes, with the bonus of attendants who pre-rinse the car, as well as brush wheels/tires to remove stubborn dirt/debris before entering.Automatic dryer at the end of the cycle does a decent job, but bring some towels to give things a quick, more thorough wiping when finished.Payment is via touch screen and accepts cash, credit cards, and Tap-to-Pay. A tip bucket is also present, but tipping is not an option via the touchscreen. Wish this was available, as I generally dont have cash in my vehicle.Overall, its quick and gets my car satisfactorily cleaned.

Nice staff but they only do exterior wash, not interior like the now closed SODO location, which is a major bummer. Exterior wash was cheap and good though, no wait.

My car was super dirty. Was told they might not be able to get it completely clean. But they took time and gave my car a badly need bath. Thanks.

I had my truck washed today, 23 Feb 2021 around 4-4:30pm. The crew during this shift were very professional. Upbeat bunch of guys who epitomize the meaning of great customer service. Use these guys to train other employees on what customer service should be. Two thumbs up for this crew! 👍🏼👍🏼

We paid $18 for the ultimate wash and they didnt spray soap passed the hood, didnt scrub the rims. On top of rushing us through they didnt towel dry even though there was 4 guys and it wasnt busy. Needless to say my husband has to wash it as it still has bird poop and then some still on it.

Standard car wash. They do spray off your vehicle and kind of scrub a bit, but all the usual missed spots get missed (behind mirrors, back middle etc) but better than gas station car washes.

Great service each time I come here. The attendants are very thorough with cleaning my vehicle before the actual car wash. They were also friendly and informative- reminding me to turn off wipers, not pressing breaks etc. They are about to into construction to upgrade their equipment and I will most likely come back for their unlimited car wash plan.

Awesome car wash! We have been to a couple of car washes and this one is by far our favorite. Our car comes out squeaky clean every time! We really love that they take the time to spray and scrub our car before sending us through the car wash. The staff here is amazing and always so helpful, we definitely recommend this car wash.

I like the Pink Elephant car Wash. They always do a good job and the people there are very helpful. You get a preliminary wash down with some chemicals on the car to help break up the dirt and then the car wash handles the rest. The cleaning apparatuses are made out of cloth instead of plastic meaning they do a much more effective job at cleaning while not scratching the paint of your car. Its a longer car wash but very much worth the money. Would definitely recommend.

I just paid $18 for the best car wash they had car doesn’t look any different from a regular car wash and I didn’t have towels available they wanted to charge an additional three dollars on top of the $18 anywhere else I’ve never paid more than 15 and that’s including use of towels good thing I bring my own in the trunk

Did the Super Elephant wash. When they were done the wheels were still dirty and the back of the car was dirty. Very disappointed.

My wheels werent very clean, partly due to social distancing and nobody really scrubbing them. The rest of the car looked good.

Once a month or when I have time I stop by for a car wash Have to keep that wax going to keep up that body shine and Chrome Staff are friendly and knowledgeable

This is the first car wash I have ever had that they went around twice washing and scrubbing the car with pressure washer and scrub brush before my car went through the car wash. They are very tentative they even scraped off the extra sap off my windshield I highly recommend them

This is a car wash operation in which people do some work in advance to get stubborn or hard to reach work (great job today) and then an automated, non-touchless wash tunnel does most of the job.

I went specifically because they wipe down the car afterwards and apparently they dont now because covid? Im not sure how two guys spraying down the car at the beginning is any different than one or two guys wiping the car down at the end. They were wearing masks soooo? The car wash itself wasnt efficient and my car was really wet when I drove off. Probably just stick with costco.

The workers are always very helpful when your paying on there system. They have 2 lanes so you dont spend a lot of time in line waiting.

Reasonably priced for a car wash

Absolutely the best car wash in Burien. Ive been coming here for nearly 15 years and am happy to see how theyve used their success to further improve the quality and efficiency of service. One suggestion would be to add an undercarriage rinse option to remove salt buildup from winter activities.

Not my favorite carwash, but my other place was closed. The employees here are very nice and helpful. They have this touchscreen and a debit card machine. Both were giving me trouble and one of the employees had to come over and help me.

The new pay system is confusing to Senior Citizens. But the pre wash gentleman is the best. He is the best. He always acknowledges me in the five years I have been going there.

Cleaned well and use coupons to get fair price for services. They keep line going fast so dont let that scare you off. But not a full service elephant car wash if thats what you need. But great for exterior washes and has vacuums so you can do your interior carpets.

Although they dont have all their services, they are doing their best during this pandemic, thank you for being there!

Great car wash and one that I use quite a bit. When the wash is over, they have people who hand dry your car with towels. A nice touch! The lines can get long, and the prices are a bit steep bit it is a good quality wash. Im so glad its located nearby.

Car wasnt clean after car wash.

I called to ask about pricing and the guy who answered was very rude and didn’t want to answer any of my questions very poor customer service. They have lost a customer but the guy didn’t seem to care I can say I wouldn’t want this type of person working for me running a company is about making people want to come back for more service.

If you are looking for a quick and easy car wash, this should meet your needs. However, be aware that this is not a full service car wash. You drive up and pay at an ATM type kiosk, you drive your own car into the washing machine, and then some employees will dry it at the end. There is no interior cleaning or vacuuming. There are self service vacuum cleaners that cost $1 if you would like to vacuum the inside of your car.

Extraordinary service and installation as always! I also had my new furnace & air conditioning put in a year ago! Benjamin the young man that did the installation was spectacular and very factual, competent & mostly very pleasant! You are surely an asset to this company!!

An excellent place

They are now using an automated pay machine instead of the guy running back & forth. Not sure how user friendly it is since the attendant did it all for me. Ill find out next time tho. Guys who work there are really friendly & nice too. They do a good job for you.

I usually come once a week to wash both my vehicles here to save time.Today will likely be the last because of the rude attitude I got from the short guy with the Little Caeser complex.I run my own business in town and if any of my employees treated my customers the way I was treated here, they would definitely not be working for me. I came and paid for a service. Work on your attitude and communication skills young man.

Just got a wash here, paid for the top of the line package for $20 expecting to see results since I haven’t had the time to wash my car myself.Get back home to find that a quarter of my car is UNWASHED! Just giant patches of salt and dirt. Thing is, they hand dry the car out in the sun and somehow miss this glaring discrepancy.I also paid for a wheel wash service, and this was also half done as well.I work at a dealership that also sends sold cars here for a wash, well that won’t be happening again if this is also the level of service my customers get!

Honest and reputable. I had pulled my floormats when vacuuming and put them by the vacuum, then forgot to put them back in my car. Did the car wash (which was excellent), drove off, did not realize I left my car mats until 15 minutes later. Drove back, the attendants had found them and put them inside for me for when I returned.

I was a bit disappointed. I got the gold package, and, when I got home, I still had pollen around my window seals, and brake dust on my front rims. Honestly, my vehicle wasnt very dirty to begin with. I could have done a better job myself at the coin car wash, and spend much less than $18.00.

My son and I go there all the time to wash the cars they do a wonderful job they are fast what they do its a good place to wash your car good serfs

Not the best car wash. My wheels and tires looked worse and I paid for tire shine and got none. To be blunt, this is worse than going to the fund raising car wash with 5 & 6 year olds doing the washing!!!

Terrible. Vehicle in neutral, hands off steering wheel, feet off pedals. I get a few feet in and my steering wheel all of a sudden turns and Im thrown off the track. Had to back up and get back on the track. I purchased the SUPER ELEPHANT WASH which includes, hand prep, wheel shine and finish, and tire dressing. If we could post pictures, 1000 words. My wheels still have dirt and road grime on them. And my tires... Arent dressed to go out on friday night thats for sure. Do not recommend paying top dollar for poor outcome.

Burien location on 1st Ave South: nothing special, but ok. Enter via the Northside to properly access the waiting line and automated pay station. Try to get a coupon for 30% off each option, either online at their main website or in your USPS mail if via website you put yourself on the mailing list or if one arrives via a coupon pack. Seniors: dont let the automated pay station intimate you, its easy once you know how and an attendant will help you if needed.

Sometimes a line but it moves quick. Never had any problems here and what you see is what you get.

Efficient and quick carwash. Carwash includes hand drying, which means employees will smear dirty towels on your car which produces a poor job. OK to go but skip the hand drying.

Worst experience ever. The manager Derrick (I think that was his name) was completely rude and didn’t care about my situation when I tried to explain that the damage on my car was made there.

Machine was glitching so I couldnt use my coupon.... I guess I expected more for $23 :/ my rims were splotchy, I had some dirt on the back and front still. It will do until i can wash it myself.

Quaint hotspot for carwashes in Burien --- though its the young attendants that make it fun and easy to go through.

If you go with your wife, make sure she puts the car in NEUTRAL and keeps her foot off the gas.
