They inspected my car for free I was impressed and thankful.
I was told it was a 2 hour repair time by 2 people representing toyota. It was over 3 hours and I feel like after I called to check on it, they got it done. When I called to talk to the technican I was told the technician was not at her desk. Hopefully, she was working on my car, but a little skeptical. Other than that service was fine and check in quick.
East to make appointment and they go above and beyond for service. They will pick up and drop off you car also. Another help needed was done in a timely manner and always quick to respond to any questions.
Quite frankly I dont know what to say. The people I interacted with were very nice and professional but Im wondering if the reputation applied to car dealerships in general and their service departments in particular doesnt have some basis in fact.

Had a regula service scheduled from 8 am.to 9:30 am on a Thursday. I didnt receive the vehicle until 10:30 am. I was flummoxed yet irritated since I have a scheduled, medical appointment 10:30 am and I was late for that. Almost got canceled.

Let me just start off by saying, I am a service advisor. I know how much Google reviews can effect your paycheck. Now, recently you guys had a Red Scion FR-S in there for a valve spring recall. The car DROVE IN with ZERO DAMAGE. The car has a salvage title, due to HAIL. Salvage titles do allow warranty work, BUT RECALLS ARE LEGALLY REQUIRED TO BE PERFORMED NO MATTER THE CONDITION OF THE TITLE. Now that I got that out of the way, your technicians decided to perform this recall when they clearly did not know what they were doing and put RTV in places they were not supposed to. Now after they got the engine reassembled they went to go drive the vehicle and I dont know which Grand Theft Auto game your technicians got their license from, but they decided to hop a curb and rip a hole in the undercarriage of the vehicle. And you decide to tell the customer that the vehicle was like this before? You guys deserve to be shut down. As an advisor eating a $5000+ ticket is worth more than being bashed on social media and Google and having your reputation dropped. I hope this makes it pretty far up the chain of command.Since I clearly cant reply to what the owner said I will edit my review.Before you start work on any vehicle, you need to pull the vin and history. Clearly your advisors dont know what they are doing because IF a branded title voids safety recalls (which at my dealership it doesnt because theyre safety related), then you should have never touched the vehicle AT ALL. Why would you perform work on a vehicle that youre not supposed to? Give the customer their keys back and tell them they cant have the work performed unless they are paying for it. They didnt do their job. So you need to fix your staff if thats the case. And your reply doesnt explain the fact that they drove over a curb ripping out the undercarriage. What do you have to say about that? Nothing?

Richard Marks and Michael Marthday in the Parts Department are the best team ever. They not only found the windshield wiper for my 95 Tercel but got it to your location by the next day! Complete rip off merchants. Took my car in for a due service and before they even looked at the car they reeled off a list of things that added up to almost $1300 that the computer told them. I asked them to actually look at the car and then prioritize anything that needed doing. After looking at the car they said I needed everything doing. I walked out and took the car to my local mechanic who said it all looked fine and to come back in 10,000 miles

Not only did they take care of what I brought the car in for, it was the 1st time I wasnt told I have thousands of dollars in other repairs !
