Face2face is a wonderful calling service. Keep your calendar updated (seriously, the minute you know youre not available - block that date off!) and they will get you booked!Thanks to them I got to work on some really cool projects. They are reasonably priced and communicate with text and email.

I’ve been with Face2Face for a few years and I have absolutely no complaints! Other than my age range is a tiny bit limiting and I’d love to work more, but after how the economy was devastated by protocol for the virus, they’re still standing and trying to get everyone back to work.

I’ve been with F2F for nearly a year now and I’ve gotten great consistent work from them. Their online availability calendar is top notch and they’re quick to get back to you via email! I’ve got nothing but positive and great things to say about them .. I’ve even recommended them to my other background friends!

If you’ve never used a calling service and you think that one might be of benefit to you, then Face2Face might be a good choice. I can only speak to my own experience of course but they had booked me an awful lot of work when the industry was busy. However, realize that there’s a trade off. Hiring a calling service also means sacrificing some of your freedom. While they do most of the legwork for you you also have a commitment to each and every booking the second you receive those text messages, even if you were on set and had no access to your phone to update your calendar. So make sure to keep your calendar/availability up-to-date as best you can, because, if you’ve got more going on than BG work, just be aware that you will be at the mercy of the calling service. And in my experience, overlap/conflicts are inevitable.

Not sure why they have a low rating on here ? They are great calling service I been with F2F over a year now. You just got to be on your toes when it comes to being available or not on your calendar.

I have been with Face2Face for over 2 years and I am happy to have them as my calling service. They fulfill my needs as a background actor and the needs of the casting directors.

Probably the worst call service out there. Ed has his priorities wrong. He forgets that the casting director doesnt pay him. He works for us! I had to sever my relationship with him because hes a mean, cold hearted, insensitive person. If you get in a car crash on the way to work, Ed will fire you on the spot, because he doesnt care about his clients. He just cares about how he looks to the casting director. He has no humanity, all he cares about is himself. Face2face is a disgusting company. Dont waste your time. They dont care about you. Just stay away.

I have been with face2face for the past 3 years & Everytime I called to speak with Eden & Mike .The Office told me you have to Email them.I been there client for the past 3 years & there Customer Service is not good.I called them today to see why they took me off service and told me that I cant talk to Eden & Mike.But I could send them Email. They never send me a invoice for the last month. When I called the office they told me that Im off service for non payment.There is a other calling Services out there that you could go with. I Dont Recommend Face2face to Anybody.Also Remember they work for us we dont work for them.Because we are paying for there service.I Also had people in the office hang up the phone on me few times. They were very rude to me & Also they try to get you at least 2 jobs a month so they get paid The $70.00 a month & Everytime I called them to see if there are doing Submissions to the casting Directors. They said they are but I would not get a job.So If they are any issues with my Account they should call me or email me or text me & dont just take me off service without any Explanation.Like I said there are getting paid to provide a service for us so they basically work for us & we dont work for them.They have to know that we have other choices & they should take my call.

My gosh I was thinking to join it, But all this negative comment. I think Im going to wait.

Do not use a calling service, ever.
