Now Stefan is famous for his cool retro suits and ties, so right there you know he wont glom on to you like a cheap suit. Seriously, when I met him at an open house, when I still hadnt sold my out-of-town property, and I was a year out from making a purchase, he promised me he wouldnt badger me, or inundate me with pushy phone calls or emails. And he was true to his word. He seemed genuine from the get-go, and not overly sales-y. He helped educate me on SoCal real estate, was patient with me, spent many, many days looking at a lot of properties with me. When I finally put in an offer on a place, the selling agent was, shall we say, difficult, unscrupulous, and not terribly responsive. Stefans calm demeanor and experience were critical in closing the deal. We also had another hiccup when my big corporate bank was moving too slowly in approving my loan, so Stefan connected me with another mortgage broker who approved my loan in less than 48 hours at the same interest rate as the big bank.
