I overslept and was about 15 minutes late for my appointment. I called ahead to let them know I was going to be late and they were very, very accommodating and I didnt have to reschedule my appointment. I was very happy about that because Ive been waiting to get an appointment for several months through the VA and this office is where they finally sent me. When I arrived, the staff was so professional and offered me water/coffee which of course I happily accepted. Dr. Lew was super nice and explained all of the tests to me and gave me immediate results on what was going with my hearing. It was also easy to make a return appointment. Im totally satisfied with the entire visit and very thankful to the VA for sending me here. Thank you very much for making me feel comfortable and important. Truly awesome customer service!

My father-in-law finally got a hearing aid, but he needed to get it fine tuned. We went to see Dr Lew and immediately I was so impressed with the office and how professionally and kindly we were treated! The office atmosphere is so relaxing and inviting and Dr Lew is so personable and down to earth. She explained everything so well, and she showed real interest in my father-in-law. It’s so wonderful to speak to him in a normal volume voice. Thank you Dr Lew for all your help!

I was treated with courtesy for my initial appointment. Seems to me their testing methods are state of the art and the explanations and questions were thoroughly addressed and answered in a professional manner. Will be receiving to trial test a device to satisfy my auditory needs next Tuesday so I can provide more info on exactly how they have helped me. BUT SO FAR SO GOOD.

Dr. Beverly Lew really cares and she was pivotal in helping my senior mother with a hearing aid that works for her. Dr Lew’s examination techniques, her patience and her knowledge are real strengths. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Lew. Her staff including Sue are terrific.

Exam was done on my 2.5 yr old. the office was very clean and they had a child sitting area full of toys. The doctor was incredibly good with my daughter. I thought that it was going to be hard to get her to cooperate but the doctor found a way. We are very satisfied!

What a great experience! Dr. Lew was wonderful- thorough, a great listener (no humor intended), and tested my hearing extensively. She addressed my childs tinnitus and had suggestions for relief.
