I highly recommend this hair salon, I had the best experience since the moment I called for an appointment, it was organic - as simple as that.So, if you want a hairstylist that listens carefully to your requests, but also and most important will give you the best advise to look fabulous, then you shall have this experience with hairstylist Susie Ross, she’s a perfectionist so give her time as she enjoys quietly signing her work through.She did an amazing job, my hair was a mess and she managed to balance warm colors to make it look healthier and beautiful. Love it 💜💇‍♀️I was so happy and relax that I even took a nap 🧘‍♀️😊.Btw- the place has parking and is nice and clean✅

Annie did a great job cutting my hair. I didn’t give her many details or pictures to cool off of. I just kinda went with the flow. It turned out really cute! Reminds me of Rachels hair from Friends. Lots of cute face framing layers and she added short layers all around. Looks great when styled with a round brush :) thanks Annie!

Erica cut and styled my daughters hair and did an awesome job. My 8 yr old daughter was extremely anxious about her long hair being cut, but we both wanted layers to help manage the tangles. As you can see, no more tangles...for now. Erica was super helpful with explaining what she was doing to make my daughter feel at ease and also gave me tips for home care. My daughter feels like Julia Roberts in pretty woman or at least she would if she saw that movie.

I had my hair cut by Erica on Friday. It was the best cut Ive had in 20 years. She is a true professional. She was interested in what I wanted. I could tell she was listening to me unlike so many stylists who give you the hairstyle THEY want. If you want to be entertained, go to a comedy club but if you want a really great haircut go to Erica. Thank you so much!

I had a great experience at De Cielo Salon! This was my first visit to the salon and Carlyn did a beautiful cut and color on my hair. The best part was she listened to what I wanted for my color and cut and she explained how she could help me. The outcome exceeded my expectations! The staff are professional and friendly and the environment is super comfortable! Strongly recommend!

My son came here for a haircut with Daniel and felt it was average, definitely didnt listen to his requests of shaving it a 3 on the sides, it is buzzed with no fade. For $55 for a mens cut, we were hoping to get an outstanding haircut not average.

The saloon is amazing. I strongly recommend it. As you enter, the ambiance is very inviting and relaxing. The employees are pleasant and warm, and are very eager to make you feel like you are a VIP client.My cut and color was beyond my expectations...They definitely earned my business.If you havent tried it yet, you absolutely should as you are going to love it!

I have been going here for my haircuts now for about a year. Chelsea is my stylist and she provides me, by far, the best haircuts I have ever had in my life (and Im almost 50). Chelsea is extremely professional, thorough, sharp, and just a wonderful and pleasant person.

The first time I came here I was amazed with the size of the salon. There is a lot of open space, yet there is a sense of coziness. I also love that they give the client a variety of snacks and teas to choose from.Im all about yelp reviews so I read about every single one before I decided to go with Jennifer. Ive had her cut my hair and I loved it!!! I followed her on IG and I saw that she also does amazing make up.I regularly go to casting calls and photo shoots and I almost always get compliments on the shape of my cut and how full my curls look. I hope to go to Jen for hair and make up sometime soon!! I just have to give a huge thanks to Jen for saving my hair!!!

Very much enjoy this salon. Theres big open windows with lots of natural light. The people here are very nice and welcoming. They also know what they are doing and care about their cliente. I appreciate the easy parking in the back.

First of all, I had two great experiences getting my curls lobbed off into a pixie cut here and then having it cut shorter and shaped by Daniel, who took me last minute due to my booked stylist feeling uncomfortable cutting pixies.Recently, I called and booked a Saturday appointment with Daniel, knowing he can cut pixies. My review went down to three stars because of my experience with the receptionist this time around. After checking in for my appointment “with Daniel”, I sat for 40 minutes waiting before I asked another hairdresser sitting at the desk to confirm I had the correct time. She found me in the book, confirmed my phone number, but booked with a stylist I hadn’t heard of who had been with another client the entire time anyway. They called the receptionist over and she said she’d called a [wrong] number and left voicemails numerous times when I said I didn’t have any calls from them. She then tried to make offers for later weeknight appts with the stylist I wanted, and when I tried to book them, she said they weren’t actually available. I had to be at an event, so I left confused, an hour later, without a haircut or rescheduled appointment.

Ive been going to Tony Ynot since the salon opened, He is amazing..I also see Anna for facials and waxing.Michael the owner has created a home atmosphere for all his clients.I will continue recommending my friends and family. :)

High end price for low end results.Paid $240.00 for highlights, color and a trim (short hair). I can’t see my highlights, it was blended with my base. This was not a real highlight as I have been accustomed to seeing for the last 20 years. All services provided by Pendleton. My hair cut was done with different hair lengths. I stressed I do not want layers. Unfortunately my cut endeded in worse condition. I have different hair cut lengths as if my kid practiced cutting it for me. This gets me so upset!!! My hair takes long to grow!!!!For the high price customers pay, it wasn’t worth it. We must request to see certificates obtained, skills and specialties, how long on the field to validate the general high end prices and get true qualified and quality hair services.Really dissatisfied, upset and disappointed. In addition, i was expecting professional outstanding hair service results, considering the great reviews and prices...

I had a lovely experience. Best hair cut ever for a fair price. So worth it. My husband didnt want to leave the spa area. Service was great kind, and comforting. By the way my father in law contributed to the place. He has done the signs and the interior painting for the past few years giving the de cielo a soothing and peaceful atmosphere.

Had an awesome haircut from Sona. I was looking into getting a different haircut she suggested something modern and textured look and she did wonderful. Now I am doing color with her and she also makes my hair darker and with more shine. My auditions are better since i have even more confidence with the right look for me. thanks Sona.

I had the worst haircut experience in my entire life. Their so called stylists are just pure evils. Jennifer and Maka are horrible. Maka destroyed my hair and when she saw my frustration she ran to Jennifer to get it fixed. But Jennifer couldnt help other than saying Im sorry because Maka cut my hair way too short. I left salon crying literally. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. They are HORRIBLE!!!!

Ive been in the market for a new salon for a while now. I was trying out different salons here and there, and I was never 100% satisfied. I came to De Cielo completely by chance and fall in love with the end result of my hair, the salon atmosphere and the service. The owner/manager, Michael, was there. For a salon owner, he is super humble and down to earth. Its nice when not only the salon staff, but also the owner make you feel really good. To me, the customer service is just as important as the work performed. The work they did on my hair was simply amazing. My hair was 4 different shades and faded. I recieved the best haircut, color and style. I wish I could remember the name of the stylist, but I get the feeling all of the stylists there are great. I dont know if all salons do this or only De Cielos (quality and attention to details seems to be their top priority), but the owner actually gives an examination to all new hair dressers to make sure they are talented (he watches them in action as a test run before they are let loose on clients). Hence, the assumption that all the other hair stylists must be just as great.I also noticed that they carry a wider variety of high quality hair care products than other salons. I picked up the Black Caviar, salt-free, sampoo and conditioner to make my hair color last. So far, Im very happy with that product too.I think I found a keeper!

Although the members of the salon were extremely nice, the service was the worst hair service I have ever experienced . I expected it to be one of the best considering that the reviews and the rates . In the process of washing my hair the lady that took care of me was not scrubbing at all . It felt like a head massage . I asked her to please scrub it more because I was not feeling it and her response was yeah Im only on the second wash just relax . That to me was extremely rude . When she was done with that so called wash she never detangled my hair . When it was time to blow dry my hair . It was parted very unprofessional and messy . As far as the blow drying proccess, it was the worst . She did not take enough time on each section because my hair ended up being extremely freezy and puffy . The whole service took less than an hour for me that is not enough time for a good blow out because I have long thick hair . Lastly, the service was extremely expensive . It cost 50$ for a bad service . I get a good blow out for just 30$. I really do not want to disrespect anyone but I do not recommend this salon to anyone nor do I recommend the stylist, Jennifer Cancino.
