Great service for repair of my Avalon pre amp. I was nervous shipping the unit but they took good care of it & even added more padding in the box than I did. Now it works as good as new & cost was the same as the estimate prior to shipping it out. Will definitely be calling them in the future - thanks!

Ive been using Audio Rehab since they opened to repair and service all the sound/electronic equipment at Join The Band. I have sent them stage pianos, synths, amplifiers, pedals, and mixers. Everything has been repaired in a timely and professional manner. The owner, Greg is realistic about what can be fixed and will give you a clear assessment of what needs to be done. He wont make false promises if you gear is beyond repair.You wont find a more straight forward and realistic repair service. If it can be fixed, Audio Rehab will get you up an running again.

Fabulous place, Greg is honest, friendly and a superb tech. The front office is also friendly and ready to help (thank you Andrea). We are all lucky to have Audio Rehab available to us! If a repair takes longer than expected, communication is good, explanations are logical and the work gets done properly, as soon as possible.

In August 2019, brought in a Studiologic SL88 Grand Hammer Action MIDI Keyboard Controller with keys that when struck sent nothing to the sound module, plus keys that got stuck due to a manufacturer defect. Been playing this keyboard after Audio Rehab fixed it since August 2019, and the keyboard feels better than when it was purchased new. Could not ask for more - fantastic repair work, more like a restore. Really like the way Audio Rehab fixed the manufacturer defect with the key guide, which was causing two keys to stick.

This place is far above anywhere else. Gregs dedication to his customers shows through his work. He will not stop until it is perfect. Andrea is a wonderful fit up front she keeps everything organized and rolling. All the techs are nice and helpful when it comes to explaining the issues they found as well as telling you how they fixed it.

Greg is the best Tech in town, period. He’s revived some of my Vintage Synths beautifully. He’s working on my very stubborn Minimoog at the moment and is an absolute perfectionist and very honest. Highly recommend him.

His wife at the front desk was unfriendly, unhelpful and unprofessional. Furthermore it took over 4 MONTHS to get a small fix that Greg told me would take 2-4 weeks. He charged me $288 to fix it yet a brand new unit is $299. Was already sucked into the $65 deposit so it was pointless to buy a new one at that point. What a waste. I will never go back. I never write reviews but this experience was way too upsetting.

My Antelope Orion Studio HD interface went down. They had it on the bench and fixed within 72 hrs. Absolute pros. Thanks !!!!
