This was a very frustrating experience. My credit card was charged however my item was never shipped. Houzz customer service was very helpful and is processing a credit, the problem seems to be with Harvey and Haley.

Hotline number sucks. No one answer my call. I tried calling them 5 times in 5 consecutive days. Hire customer service poor company!!!
