They dont open the outside door for you when you arrive to rent tools. They want you to walk around to the store entrance to get to the tool Then when I arrived no one was in tool rental center. There were guys already waiting for service and no help.

Stopped by to purchase several thousand dollars worth the roofing materials today. The guy at the Pro counter couldn’t even find the SKU for the shingles. Told me it was his first day behind the Pro desk. Nobody else there who had any experience behind the Pro desk. Terrible management decision. Going to Ganahl.

I rented the polish machine from home depot. First time there was a guy called Noel he helped me which wasnt knowing what he was doing. Then when I returned it there was this guy Brian, which he igonred us for 5 minutes as we werent there at all. The machine wasnt working properly, I asked him about the reason and his answer was no it is working and go and do what you want to do. There are rude people. They got my money for nothing.
