I was in need of a tune up and saw a lot of great reviews so I decided to give them a chance. I called and was greeted by a very knowledgeable woman. Turns out its the owners daughter, Beatrice. She took real good care of me. Explained everything that needed to be done and even informed me of the things that may need service at a later time.They rotated my tires (wasnt even what I went for but her dad includes that in his service ) I, honestly felt like they serviced my car as though it was for a family member...... that they love. After comparing prices they turned out to be one of the best prices around. I highly recommend Gregs tune-up.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The customer service is great and the mechanic is honest and inexpensive. I havent had the need to go to anyone else once I started taking my car to Gregs tune up.

First off THEY HAVE ALWAYS PRACTICED CLEANLINESS :)2. The most honest, kind and reasonably priced mechanic Ive had! Such a nice voice on the other end answering to schedule my appointment. And honest and kind even if I have to pay more is obviously worth the price, but at least Im not paying more when I come here. They choose quality in the parts, quality in the oil changes - fast easy and especially right now theyre staying open take an extra care in to cleanliness and social distancing but still if you can afford it its a great time to get something done when you couldnt afford to not have your car for a couple days! Been coming here a few years and never had to return to fix something. Even if they all not related they are a family shop!It was time to get my oil changed so I said better than ever now instead of trying to fit it in my schedule and then its a nice walk around the horse area if you cross the street and go down around.

This automotive shop is the best in town.. I bring all of our fleet vehicles here, the office manager is the best, she keeps you informed on all the issues and what repairs need to take place. Honest communication to their customers is key and they definitely have it here.. The mechanics are excellent as well, they always fix the problems and never have I had to return for the same issue.. Price is fair and affordable. I also bring in all my personal vehicles for any repairs needed. I definitely encourage anyone that is looking for a mechanic to try Gregs Tune Up you will not be disappointed..

If you want an honest and fair place to bring your car in, this is the place! I recently brought my car in because my service light was on. As soon as I walked in and told them my name, they remembered that I had called the day before and what I had explained to them. It was nice to not have to go through all of it again. I gave them my keys and they stated they would call me back as soon as they had more info. I went to grab some brunch and by the time I was done eating, I got a call back stating my car was done and that it was only going to cost me $35! They went over the issue and told me to call them back if my light came on again.This is my new mechanic shop in Burbank. Inexpensive, far and quick! Can’t beat that!

Very satisfied with the operation as a whole. The technicians are knowledgeable, the equipment used to diagnose the cars is cutting-edge and Beatrice ( The Service Advisor/Office Mgr), are delight to deal-with. Case in point. Took my wifes Acura MDX to them due to warnings light on dashboard, the technician hooked the computer to the car. Report: something related with fumes! Beatrice recommends to replace the gas tanks cap, and If it doesnt work, well go deeper. Gas cap was replaced, and the engine light went off! Thats why I keep on coming back to them.

I was headed to Las Vegas later in the day and a/c just wasnt as cool as it should be. I drove in off the street and they serviced my a/c right away. They were friendly and honest. I am no novice to car repair and worked as a mechanic in my early years and these guys are straight forward and honest.
