Art is a master automotive technician and he has always honestly and efficiently diagnosed and repaired problems with my car, when my check engine light comes on. I have a BMW and would not take my car anywhere else for routine service work and repairs. Burbank is lucky to have Art to work on their vehicles. He is trustworthy and a really nice guy!

This is absolutely reliable auto repair place you are looking for. I sent my car here for brake pads replacement and I saved money vs. dealer. Then I heard some little sound from my car and told the technician Art. It’s hard to find the reason but he insisted to look for it and called me to come and fix it for no cost. And now my car has no problem since. I like the way the technicians here are working and taking care of my car, also the way they explained it. Very professional and trustworthy.

Chucks Auto is a AAA certified shop which is why I chose them initially. Ive been to them several times for minor and bigger repairs and oil changes and smog checks.They are honest, have fair prices, good communications and are efficient.The related staff who answer the phones are really good as well, like Diane.A tip to getting there is to get off the freeway, go up a block and circle around so you enter off of San Fernando into their spot on the right side. Its a super busy corner, so take your time and stay alert coming and going.P.S., they have a lovely restroom too...; )

Had a bad door latch. Could not close my door! Dealer told me to leave the car for 3 or 4 DAYS! I make my living driving my car! MERCIER Automotive got it done in an Hour! And I got a better deal! Fair and friendly. Chuck and Gabriel were great. I LEFT AN AUTO REPAIR SHOP HAPPY!

Gabriel and his men are very courteous and professional. They always do more than you expect. Little did I know that I had three light bulbs out until they told me. They do a better job than the local Toyota dealer at a fraction of the price. Great place to Go!

If Google would allow for 0 stars rating it still wouldnt be low enough for these bottom feeding scam artists. DO NOT go here for a smog inspection. They will take your keys, make you wait for 2 hours until your catalytic converter has cooled down enough so not to function and thus you wont pass. This place receives a kickback from the state to get older cars off the road. After my car & the woman in front of me both failed then they had the audacity to ask me to come back next week and for an additional $236.00 theyd LOOK at it. Dont believe me? Read the other negative reviews and save yourself the time & money and go to a reputable service station. I wish I had read the negative reviews. I hope the $79.95 you robbed me of made you happy, because in the end KARMA will get you. Absolutely shameless,fraudulent, criminal scam artist!!!

Chuck runs the most well established shop in the valley. The mechanics can work on the widest variety of cars, including my ‘95 Mercedes S class. They have always been able to locate parts and finish the job quickly. Multiple times I’ve had to leave the car overnight, and knowing that the business is trustworthy releives any anxiety from that. Chuck & the 76 Gang have taken care of 2 of our Cars and done a great job Diagnosing the Issues & Fixing them at a Fair Price and in a timely manner. In 2007 they took care of a Evap Leak coming from a Broken Vacuum Line under the Engine cover in our 2004 Toyota Solara. Weve had no issues since!Last week they replaced a Crankshaft Sensor in our 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee SE that was causing the truck to stall. Their out-the-door price was 1/2 of the Jeep Dealer I called! Theyre listed on AAA Recommended Repair Shops and provide Members with a discount. Our Jeep is running smooth and it was a giant relief to know they would fix the issue using genuine Mopar parts and incl. a 1 year Warranty. I give 76 Union five stars because they should get 10 stars! First they never do anything that isn’t necessary to your car or truck! They’ve save me tens of thousands of dollars on my vehicles over the years! They’re honest, they have integrity, they follow through, and do excellent work! They have good work ethic‘s! I don’t recommend going anywhere else except to Mercer’s 76 union! I have a 1990 suburban with over 400,000 miles on it because of them, I have a 2003 Ford F-250 super duty, with a triton V 10 which was a very bad year for ford and the truck has over 300,000 miles on it and it should’ve blown at about 80,000 miles. I also have a 2014 Lincoln MXK, not a great year for Lincoln, but they keep it going as well! They drive you home when they can, all of the staff is excellent!

Merciers is only place I and my family take our cars. The techs are polite and knowledgeable, proficient with virtually all makes and models. What they dont know, they refer to other competent auto shops, and they accept full responsibility for the quality of their work. Part and labor prices are fair and reasonable.

Worst place to take your car. Each time I took it there my car stopped running properly. Expensive and they dont guarantee their work. It became too expensive. Once they charged me for fixing my car but they never even fix the car.
