They arent answering their phone or email even though they charged me for a license for pro tools and I cant download it since I forgot the L in gmail.com
I called and there was no answer or way to leave a message. I went there and knocked on the door and there was no answer. Just then some construction workers came to finish some work and had to make a phone call to get in. I went in with them and talked to a person. This person couldnt help me but he said he would refer me to someone and took my information. That someone left me an email asking what I need. I was actually surprised. I replied to the email explaining what I think I need but really I need someone to consult me. I just love how companies today make billions of dollars but have no customer service. Its very frustrating when one can NOT get answers unless they search the earth or fork out lots of money. I guess Avid doesnt need to care about loyal Protools users. OK after 3 weeks I got an email from avid and as they are very busy they recommended a company that I did use and was very satisfied. I guess Avid has plenty of high paying customers. Good for them. In the end Avid was too expensive and too busy to help me so they recommended Westlake Pro in Studio City. These guys were great!
I went there to get specific answers to my questions. Due to the lateness of my arrival, I had made up my mind to find their office, so I could return during the day. To my surprise, a worker came out of their office, and spoke with me long enough to get the information I was seeking.
The ACSR class was great!
thumbs up!
