I live in Minnesota and my mother lives in Bullhead city AZ. I called Battries Plus and asked if they were able to help us with a iPhone battery replacement. They were very helpful. When my mother came it, they very very nice and helpful. She really appreciates the friendly service she received. Now I know I don’t have to worry about her without a phone. It is nice to know she has a place to go for a repair.

My phone battery started to go out and was losing 2 to 4 % a minute. I found this place online and set an appt on there web page for 30 minutes later and headed into the store. Took 1 hour and I was on my way with my phone charged up.... everything about my experience here was awesome. Fantastic service and highly recommend. Dont try to do it yourself, you do something wrong or arent properly grounded you can easily fry your phone or break something getting the covers off. Take it in where they know what to do.

I found this company online. This location had the best prices versus its competitors, had excellent customer service over the phone and in store, had what I needed in stock and service was very quick. This location is also very clean and organized! I highly recommend this store.

The guys in there were very helpful! they let me know what was going on the entire time, and didn’t try to swindle me out of anything. the pricing was extremely reasonable, and they did two repairs on my phone in less than two hours! i couldn’t be happier about my experience.

I needed a new battery for my iPhone 6. They were very friendly and nice did a great job changing my battery in about 15 minutes I am very pleased! The person putting in a new battery in my phone was a little busy but was very pleasant to myself and the other customers. As he worked on my phone he and I talked(no other customers at that point) which made the short time go by faster. He said it would take about 1/2 hr, but it was only about 15 min. A very pleasant experience.

Couldnt be happier with the fine service I received today. I needed anew battery for my cell phone. They diagnosed the problem quicklyand had the right battery in stock. Problem fixed. I took an iPhone in because of the battery. I figured it would take a few days to change the battery. I was surprised when I was told it on only take an hour. Within an hour I received a call that the iPhone was done. I am very pleased with the service received.

They can fix or replace batteries at an affordable price. Bulbs or batteries, if they dont have it you dont need it.
