Marcelo came out to our house today and was super helpful! We unexpectedly had other work done in our yard at the same time he was here and he didn’t mind at all. He was able to complete diagnostics and replace the part to get our pool running again. He also answered some of our maintenance questions without hesitation and with kindness! We can’t say enough good things about them! Thank you!

911 Pool Service has great customer service. I used them in the past and was originally not so happy but after speaking with management and let them know my concerns they made sure to take care of me the next visit. They have awesome communication skills and made sure their work is top notch. Lets hope they can keep up the good work because I plan on using their services for many years to come.

From start to finish we were impressed. They did everything they said they would in the time they said. It came out even better than we expected. Would definetly recommend.

Excellent experience from the very beginning when I first began service over a year ago to now. I love the fact they take the time to explain everything to me (1st time pool owner) on how things work. They are always prompt and get my pool in tip top shape every other week. Very pleased with level of professionalism.

Update*** after posting this review, owner called and thankfully, their very nice technicians did show (8 PM) and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Hopefully in the future they will have honest and prompt communication, which would go a long way towards clients being more understanding.Filed warranty claim on May 17th. Wasnt scheduled for visit until June 2nd. Had to call June 2nd when he hadnt shown. Was told something went wrong at the first job and all other jobs got rescheduled. Was told he would be out first thing the next day. When I called around noon I was told between 2-4 because he went to a different job. Called again at 4 and was told he was on his way would be here by 6. Now almost 7 with no service, no phone call, no text. The only positive so far is the woman that answers the phone is very kind.

Outstanding! Found our leak, and saved our condo community $600 a month on our water bill! We got 3 companies to bid the leak detection/repair & 911 Pool Services COST A LOT LESS than the other two, and then the service was prompt, courteous and great! They now do our cleaning and maintenance- better than the other company we had and for a lot less. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

911 Pool is a company that is dependable and reliable. If I have an issue Marcelo will respond to my call or text and have someone out ASAP. When I have a request for a cleaning because of a party or cleaning issue they always accommodate my request. Fair in price as well!
