Usually we get great service here. But today not so much. I put new rotors on the truck in April. And here it is in September. And they tell me I have to turn them. Because they’re vibrating so much. There’s no warranty on rotors that go bad within 3 to 4 months of buying them? Totally ridiculous. So now I’ll probably end up having to have rotors replaced within a year or two again. Very unhappy.

Richard and John were great! They literally helped me get a new tire on my car to replace my flat in less than 20 mins!

Due to the faulty alignment I got here I had a dangerous and life threatening situation on the highway. The car would sway and lose traction at high speeds on the highway. They told me that there way nothing wrong with alignment and told me to figure it out at the dealer. I find that unacceptable especially after I paid for a second alignment at another shop spending twice the money and they told me all four tires were off. They put me in danger with the alignment they put on my car.

This Tresplus store has been one of the best experiences iv had in a long time with tire or any macanic shop Ricard Sweitzer and all of his team are amazing and Courteous. They have Been very helpful in all my needs and have gone out thir way to take care of me.!! Tires Plus at 3225 Sardis church rd is were anyone should go. These guys here all deserve a raise!! I dont leave reviews much if this says anything about thes guys and store!!

I use to go here, but stopped once I figured out they were overpriced and charged almost 500.00 for just back brakes and rotors. They also told me I need front rotors ...I wanted to get those since the back already cost 500.00...I go to Mavis auto, which said they would charge 249.00 for front brakes and rotors, but once Mavis auto checked my front brakes and rotors, they said I dont even need new rotors like tires plus stated, this place is beyond a ripoff...never going back as I stated in my previous review

My wife had a flat tire on her way to SC, they changed her tire and went ahead and put the spare on for no charge close to their close time. We would have done more but her tire size is not common and hard to find in stock. Those guys made my wifes life a lot easier when she really needed it. I appreciate that.Thank you!

I really have a love hate relationship w/ repair places but this specific location has some of the best customer service driven technicians that I’ve ever encountered and that is super rare to find. I personally feel the techs are more personable/welcoming than the supervisor/manager that’s typically there but that’s neither here nor there.I wanted to give a compliment to Zach who had a great personality and talked me through the process of what I was being charged for when I asked for clarification. He wasn’t rude or impatient and we ended up having a good discussion about cars. Being a Tiresplus member for several years now it truly is important to me to give my money to an establishment that has employees that put forth an effort to give good customer service so thanks!

This was a special treat for me. I had had someone plug a nail hole in my tire a few months back and the plug had started to leak air several weeks later. I did not want to worry about a flat tire so I called the people who put the plug in but they were not open for a couple weeks. Fortunately for me Tires Plus plus was available. Instead of just replacing the plug they did a proper patch in which I can now have confidence. I was in an out of the store in under an hour and amazingly there was no charge even though I had not purchased my tires at Tires Plus. This is the kind of customer care that you hope for and it will have me returning for future purchases.

Super solid group of guys here, everyone is very attentive and conscientious. I have had multiple sets of tires repaired, mounted, and balanced at this facility and have never had a problem. In fact, these guys have let me know about a few small things I needed to do maintenance-wise that I had missed. Solid five stars.

They are great. I went to Wal-Mart and sat there for a while no one came out to the car. No cashier inside. I went next store to tires plus and they were great. Had my car done in a timely manner and the price was not bad for getting 4 new tires.

My wife, toddler, 2 dogs, 2 cats and I(😬) were traveling from SC to AL on I85 when we had a problem. Despite being extremely busy Zach and his guys went out of their way to help us get back on the road quickly and safely. Their extra effort and thoughtfulness was evident and very much appreciated. Great experience. Honest and knowledgeable staff. I Purchased 4 new Brid-S04 tires and was In and out in around 1 hr. The final price was lower then the online quote. Thanks Jr!! I also had them check my brakes (original set 3yrs old) and verify front end alignment. Both assessments were no charge and checked out okay. I was pleasantly surprised with the honest diagnosis which could have easily cost me a couple hundred more dollars. As we all know, many shops take advantage of the customer and put revenue before honest service. Not this team!!!! I highly recommend Tires Plus at the Hamilton Mill location.

Charges 470.00 to change just the back brakes and rotors, at Mavis they charge 249.00 for set of rotors and brake pads, that even includes labor...tires plus is overpriced...not going back...was a long time customer too...new management or something for the last couple of yrs service sucks as*!

I have used these guys for 2 years and they always do a great job. Honest team that has never tried to get over on me or my wife. Also, I heard they are now closed on Sundays which gives me more respect for Tires Plus as a corporation! This country needs more companies taking a stand for their teams and families like this!

Ive been to this location on multiple occasions due to the fact that they accept fleet programs (element). The guy in the front John said that it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours wait. I was ok with that, cause they usually finish before that. But today was different. The 2 hours came and went, other people that were also walk ins came and went. I then asked for an ETA and all John could say is he apologize. 3 hours later the vehicle is just now going up in the air and starting to be worked on. If i was told a more accurate window I could have left the vehicle and picked up later. But I guess they dont like giving updates to customers that are waiting that it will be longer then originally stated. Good luck if you come to this location. I will give this location one more chance, after that I definitely will be taking the fleet vehicle to another place.

These guys are terrific! On 2 separate occasions, without an appointment, they repaired nail punctures at no charge and within an hour! I have never purchased anything from this place! So, because of their kindness and sensitivity towards my needs I will be a loyal customer from now on!

I have used Tires Plus near Hamilton Mill for over five years. It is very convenient for me. The service is always good. Lately, it has been excellent. I think they have ramped things up a bit and are looking more at customer service. I like that. My last service was super fast, cost exactly what I expected, and everything was done well. It couldnt have been better.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place! Top notch, kind employees and fast, reliable service. I called more than once, and Jeremy was always patient and helpful. When I showed up without an appointment, they were able to take my car (needed 2 tires) right away. It was pouring rain, and my little girl and I were supposed to go back to school shopping at Wal-Mart across the street. We were going to wait, but when I told the staff what we were supposed to be doing, they offered to drive us over in my car and pick us up when the car was done (to which I happily and gratefully agreed). Thats just beyond the norm for customer service. The car was finished before the time quoted, brand new tires and oil change, and my little girl and I didnt have to walk in the downpours. Kudos to Jeremy and the other staff! I will recommend this place to everyone!

My family has always used these guys for our car/tire issues. Recently, I had a nail in my tire and had to wait for it to be fixed. They worked on my car first because I was there and waiting, which I really appreciated. Weve gotten 2 sets of new tires from them as well. I give them an A+.

Zach was very knowledgeable about tires and vehicles, and pinpointed the source of the problem Ive been having all along, and provided a solution. Ive bought new tires elsewhere again and again only to have them wear out from mis-alignment. Zach suggested a lifetime alignment warranty which will help preserve these tires for many years.

Showed up at 7:30 like the time says online. Turns out they do not open until 8am. No problem, I just decide to wait. By 8:10am no one ever showed up to unlock the door or do any work. I took my business up the road to Express and was 100% satisfied

Fast and honest. Just took my car in for what I expected to be a set of pads up front. I got a call about 15 minutes later saying not only did I not need pads yet I had plenty of life left. Thank you RJ!I will be back with a check for our van and you have my business when I need tires on my car.

They cannot even accommodate people with wider tires. These amateurs tell you straight up they do not have the equipment to put a 275 tire.Then make a quick excuse that they are scared to scratch your rim. So to be clear, bmw, Lexus, Mercedes owners you’re out of luck to get the. To pop on your tires.No it’s not, I am sure they service those that buy tires from them. I dont want to even give 1 star. I had to go get a new tire because mine went flat and they were the closest to me. They got me in quick, but it was time for an oil change so I thought Id let them do it. I normally go to another, which I have gone to for almost 10 years. When they were finished, they let me know that whoever had changed my oil last, stripped the screw or whatever they called it and I would sooner or later need a new oil pan. They said last place had fixed it with wire. I told them they should have called me back to see it when they noticed it instead of waiting til the fixed it. Ive never had anything like that happen with the other company, so I felt it was a little sketchy. Once home, my car began to leak oil on the driveway and it had never done that before. I will never use another company again. Especially Tires Plus. Oil change has ended up costing me $700. They couldnt even produce the wore they said the other place used to try and fix it. I also have pictures of the oil spots in my driveway and you can tell they are new. Only oil spots ever on our driveway.

Okay services so far... I take my old vehicle to get the simple maintenance work done.... So far I trust them to follow their guide...

I always have fast and professional service here. I made an oil change appointment and was in and out within 35-40 minutes. Jeremy was great.

You can if you wish take your chances with these folk. I had two older cars, and in fairness, have to say that they always fixed what went wrong with them and with acceptable customer service. So, back in Sept 2013 when my wifes Nissan Altima developed what appeared to be a transmission problem, I had no hesitation in entrusting the repairs to these folk. I very carefully explained that the symptom experienced was that while driving along, the transmission would disengage itself, engine rpm would increase while the car coasted to a stop at the side of the road ! Well, Tires Plus subcontracted the repair to a national franchise of so called Transmission Specialists A week later the car was returned to me after Id paid a substantial sum for a complete transmission rebuild and solenoid pack replacement. Youd think that with an expensive transmission rebuild, things would be OK with the car ? Wrong ! literally a few days later the car broke down again with the exact same transmission problem ! Tires Plus had the decency to arrange a tow back to their shop, a transmission redo was done and again I thought the car was fixed. Wrong ! Cut a long, painful story short between then and May 2014 the car broke down three more times with the SAME problem, towed at my expense to the Transmission Specialists, where it would sit for weeks. After the second breakdown, I was unceremoniously cut loose by Tires Plus..told it was no longer their responsibility and I MUST deal directly with the Transmission Specialists for any resolution of the problem. Eventually, in May 2014, the car was returned to me with a no charge invoice that said Vehicle speed sensor replaced.Finally Fixed they claimed !! Yes, the car drives OK now..just like it did between previous breakdowns and subsequent fixes. Needless to say, I dont drive that car any further than I can comfortably walk back home. Bottom line is that both Tires Plus and the national franchise transmission specialists grossly misdiagnosed the problem, charged a huge sum of money for a rebuilt transmission and left me with a car I drive only with fear of it breaking down yet again. Having lost all confidence in this company (not to mention the national franchise transmission specialists) I can no longer recommend them, and will not use their services again.I wrote at length to the management of Tires Plus about this all, but I am obviously beneath the dignity or courtesy of a reply.

Very good service for my Fleet vehicle.

I use this Tires Plus for oil changes, new tires and I must say they go above and beyond for me. My tire light continued to come on, each time Migal would fix the tire and make sure the light was back off before I left (which isnt easy to do sometimes). I had a slow leak and was advised that it wasnt time for new tires so they continue to put air in it until time to change tires. They didnt rush me into anything. Great guys, great place. I highly recommend it!

05/21/18 Update:Cudos to Jeremy and Gilbert for taking exceptional care of me during my latest breakdown. I limped into the parking lot after hours as they were closing. They still looked at my vehicle and then drove me home when it was determined that the car could not be quick fixed. Then they waved any charges when it was determined that the car needed to go to the dealership for repairs. Outstanding service! Above and beyond!Update:Ive been continuing to have my vehicles serviced here since they tend to be pretty quick and seem to do a good job. Now if they would only add some comfortable seating for their larger customers and a table or two for customers looking to work while waiting on their vehicles. My rating did go up a star.Came in to have battery and alternator tested. New shop, looks nice. No tables to comfortable do work at and no comfortable seating for larger people. Was told that only one diagnostitian was working and it would be two hours to test the alternator. Had to point out the ease of the test before the girl checked with the technician and it was decided that I could be worked in. Probably wont come back since they have no work space.

Took my 2013 Silverado in to have a nail removed from a tire. Tires have 25k miles and are in good shape. Sales rep tried to convince me that tire was too worn to repair and that I needed new tires. Because I had been in automotive business in the past, I knew of tactics used to scare people into buying parts and services they dont need. Without mentioning Tires Plus, I went to another tire store and had my tire repaired with no issues what so ever. BUYERS BE WARE

I came in right when they opened at 7:00am after my tire blew out late in the evening. From start to finish I could not have been more happy with the customer service I was given by all employees I came in contact with. They replaced my tire, ordered new struts, got everything finished and I was on my way. I will be going back there for all of my automobile needs in the future. Thank you!

I had a puncture on my truck, took it in and they charged me $21 stating there found the problem and made a repair. 24 hours later it is on my drive with a flat tire. So, I blow it up and took it back, to be told they cant find anything wrong, it maybe leaking past a piece of label. So now Im $21 out of pocket and I still have a puncture... Wont be recommending them to anyone!

I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!I have been a customer of this location for nearly 10 years. Im not sure what has been going on there lately but I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I dropped off my car on a Friday night for an oil change. The next day, around noon, I call to check on it. They tell me the cars done, come and get it. They never called to see if I needed anything else done to the car nor did they call when it was finished. My husband stopped by, while running errands, to pay for the service and to collect the keys. There was only one employee there and he was brand new. He refused to take cash payment b/c he didnt know how to run the register and refused to give the keys to my husband. The employee told him there was nothing he could do. My husband, then retrieved the keys from behind the counter and called me to tell me what happened. I called three times and thru three diffrerent extensions to get a person to talk to. This person told me that he ran to the bank. They never apologized for what transpired. It was all our fault. I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Had a run flat destroyed by a pothole on I-85 near this store. In their defense, they did obtain a new tire for me in a reasonable amount of time...BUT, they took advantage of my breakdown to soak me for $427 on a tire that normally retails for ~$205. Im getting one right now for $203 elsewhere. ADDITIONALLY, they ordered and installed the wrong size tire........they helped me out, but I wouldnt use them again...

I was is a jam with a safety issue with my car and this shop took me in near the end of their day. All I can say is thank you. You earned a loyal customer.

This establishment charged my wife $25 per wheel to INSTALL 4 tires on her car that she bought with her and she had her leave the car there for 2 hrs. It was 10 am on a Sunday morning with few other customers in sight.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!I made an appointment yesterday to purchase 4 new tires for my car. On the way to the store this morning, I received a phone call from a lady who works there saying that they have to order the tires and that since they are an independent franchise of TiresPlus, the price may be different than I was quoted online (which it was, but not by much); she said $114 each out the door. ANYWAY, she said the tires would be in the store in ONE hour.1.5 hours goes by and I pull into the store. I approach the man behind the counter and ask about my order. He looks in the system and says the tires havent even been ordered for some reason. He then asked who I talked to and I told him some lady, I cant remember her name He then offered to look up the tires and get me a quote. I showed him a coupon I had for Buy 3 tires and get the 4th one free. I then told him that she quoted me $114 each over the phone this morning.The guy behind the counter said thats not correct and that if the store called me, then it wasnt them and that Im at the wrong location. I assured him I was at the correct location since the address I was standing at was the one I submitted an appointment with the night before. He then said if you received a call from the store, it wasnt us. I was getting angry and then read the phone number off to him that called me earlier today. He said Thats not our number, I dont know who that is, but its not here. Frustrated, I dialed the number and LOW AND BEHOLD the phone started ringing behind the counter! I stared at him and he wouldnt pick it up till I said something about it. After all this had ended he gave me a quote...he said the price is different per tire when I use the buy 3 get one free deal than it is if I just buy them straight...and it ended up costing more...so I took my coupon and went to the TiresPlus in BOGART, GA instead! Where not only was I given the deal on my voucher, but I was also given an additional 25% off AND I was treated with respect! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

From start to finish the employees were clueless. I should have run but stuck with them. They scheduled an appointment that they were not prepared for. I called several times and wasted tons of time. The office staff was totally inefficient. I would suggest looking somewhere else.
