Excellent, friendly service. Barriers in place for manicures, and all wear masks inside. I absolutely love my nails!

One of the best manicures I’ve received! The technicians were patient with my mom and I who were a bit unfamiliar with nail salons (we don’t go super often). Both of our nails turned out amazing! I think the shaping on mine is wonderful and the tech made sure it was exactly how I wanted.

The lady doing my nails cut me filing my pinky. She completely ignored me when I tried to remind her of the order of the colors on my nails (I had five, one for each finger) which I would’ve let slide because I don’t think she understood me, but I kept out the reference photo I was going off of out the entire time. I only got more annoyed at how mismatched only two nails on my left hand were as time went on, so I went in and asked for a refund. They couldn’t give me a total refund because I walked out with their product, so they offered to just fix it. So they shaved off the nail polish (which as you can guess, made it lumpy) and painted more on. I could tell the girl doing my nails had an attitude with me and she was rushing through it just like the first lady. So I ended up with uneven nails that have polish on the cuticles. I’m not even going to dispute this anymore, I just would not recommend going here at all, or at least before 5 o’clock because they’ll rush you through the process just to be able to lock up at seven.

The service was great. I went Sunday and here it is Thursday and my nails are messing up as you can see. I would go back one more time to try the gel nails because the nail polish I got was not gel.

Very bad experience... it took me 2-3 hours just to get my nails done.. bad service. I got my nail done it was perfect but after 7 days the color started chipping off. Seriously?? I’ve been to many places and it usually takes 4 weeks or more for my nail color to chip off, this was soo expensive for no reason. I’ll rather pay more and get good quality.

I got a normal pedicure and I was accompanied by my mom who got the delux pedicure I love the lady who did mine and my mom enjoyed hers only problem is I paid 100 and gave 15 dollar tip as well and normal is $30 and delux $40 so idk why my total came to $100 that’s my only problem

I got a gel pedicure and manicure today. The staff was nice and friendly! They are very informative when i ask them questions. The services was great.! And they gave a good variety of color. It’s a nice place to go after shopping all day.

I got literally the best fullest set I have ever had when I went to this salon it was my first time ever having the SNS process done and I’m absolutely in love and my shape is pretty close to perfect!! This place is 45 minutes from my house but I will gladly make that drive to go there!!!

I’ve been here a few times and each time the staff is super friendly and helpful!I’m giving three stars for a couple reasons:Pricing should include the cost of tips, I typically get mine short and they still charged me $5 extra just for getting tips, which is fine but I called beforehand to confirm pricing and they didn’t mention the extra charge for tips until I got there which is extremely misleading as a customer.I made an appointment for 7:30 (sns & pedicure)and they didn’t start on me till 8, they attended to two other ladies (who got there after me) before me even though I called beforehand to make an appointment.Not much of a color selection: I picked a pretty nude pink color for my toes and they didn’t have anything that nearly matched for my nails I ended up picking cream color because they hardly had any nice colors similar to what I got on my toes.Overall the staff was super attentive and I appreciate that they are open till 9 PM as someone who usually works till 6!

I was very impressed! the girl who did my nails was friendly and didnt get impatient when i took forever to pick a color. the salon is also very clean! my boyfriend also tagged along and they made him feel welcome as well. i would definitely consider returning!

Paid 31 (including tip) for gel nails and I am noticing now that they are FULL of bubbles. Also, nail tech told me halfway through that shes been vomiting for over a week. I really hope it wasnt anything contagious and someone should prob let her know most people would rather not know that.EDIT: it has been just 3 days and 4 of my nails have visible chips. If youre like me, its a little treat to get your nails done. I certainly dont do it regularly and when I do, I expect it to last a while. So now every single nail has a rough, bumpy texture and appearance, due to the bubbles and/or is chipped. I can touch it up myself but I shouldnt have to. The last time I got them done elsewhere, the ends NEVER chipped, they grew out. I am really disappointed that I wasted my money here.

Very clean and nice. The lady who did my nails was very nice! The nail polish I got was old and it looks okay, definitely not my favorite. But I’m pretty satisfied with them.

I forgot the lady that did my nails but she was super nice and funny and kept conversation with me which i loved. will definitely go back when i am back in georgia!!!

Stopped by late one evening to get a manicure and a polish change for my toes. Everyone was busy when my friend and I came in, but we were still greeted warmly and headed into the salon to pick out our colors. We chatted for a few minutes while they finished up with their previous guests and then relaxed in the massage chairs to get our toes done. The technicians were very sweet and didn’t get frustrated when I had to ask several questions about different services. Every service I received was done with care and precision and I had a nice conversation with my technician as I moved back to get my French manicure done. Pricing was upfront and so far this manicure is holding up better than the others I’ve received in the Buford area. Will be returning for sure!!

This place is AMAZING!!!!! i got my eyebrows and SNS nails and my friend got the deluxe pedicure and we both had amazing service and look fantastic! The staff is friendly and helpful to indecisive people like me. They went over pricing the entire time so you never felt shocked at the end (which has happened to me at MANY other places. Like SURPRISE upcharge!) This place was upfront and i will definitely be coming back until the day they shut their doors for good! And i drove an hour to be here and would gladly do it again!

Salon is very nice and clean. Love the customer service, environment and techs. My daughter and I are usually skeptical of trying a new places but we happened to be at the Mall of georgia and decided to give them a try and our pedicures were absolutely great! The staffs were extremely friendly and I can definitely say we will be back.

This place was absolutely horrible. My 16 year old daughter got a manicure and the technician RIPPED her eczema scabs off her fingers. Her fingers was gushing blood and they put ALCOHOL on them after. My 11 year old daughter asked for the gel polish and she received the gel manicure which was $6 more and charged her for it. Added flowers and charged her for it. Without asking. Was overpriced and horrible horrible service. Please dont go here.

Salon is clean. Had a pedicure and felt a little uncomfortable with tech asking if I will pay $5 more for the heel grater. Already paying $40 and felt bad when I questioned it and she was a little taken back and commenting to others. You should realize that many people speak different languages.

If i can give them 0 starts i would ive been coming here for about 4 months to get nails and eyebrows but today i get my eyebrows and the girl messes my eyebrows up big time and she kept arguing and trying to tell me that i came in with messed up eyebrows. Im very disappointed they were very disrespectful about it and were not even willing to find me a solution yet she asked me to leave which was very rude will never be back.

Ive been going here for a few months, so I feel I can offer an honest review. I *LOVE* their customer service! In fact, I travel 45+ mins to get my nails done at Avia each time because I love how nice they are and how gorgeous my nails look. My SNS manicure can last up to 5 weeks. Avias salon doesnt have that horrible chemical smell that other nail salons seem to have, nor am I crammed into a small table, practically touching elbows with another patron. Their salon is spacious and tidy. Thank you, Avia Nails, for keeping my nails looking beautiful!

Im not a big complainer and I honestly feel like Im being a pain when I address my unhappiness with some services but I will probably never get my nails done at this establishment again. The service was nice, but the woman that sat me down was not the woman that did my nails, the woman that did my nails was older and actually told me that it was her first day there. I wanted to run but I figured I would give her a chance. My SNS gel mani came out awful. After having her fix a couple nails that she filed color off of and fix the top coat on another I still left the salon ready to cry. My nails are lumpy, bumpy, and color is uneven. I went right to the car and started filing the tips to get them straight. My boyfriend tipped her 20% before I could let him know how disappointed I was. This was his birthday gift to me and I feel bad for not being happy but it was not his fault.

Pedicure was perfect!! Absolutely wonderful pedicure service.SNS was terrible. Done by a different tech. (All the nail techs were very nice! Clean environment, etc.)My SNS looks terrible though. Not smooth, not glossy looking, color is not consistently covering nail...it looks pretty bad.An older lady did the SNS. Very nice people, like I said, but SNS was poor quality Im sad to say.

I have had multiple bad experiences with this company! The reason I went back several times was because I figured if a different person did my nails, it would turn out better. This previous time I got an SNS, and it will be the last time I ever get it again after this horrible experience. She did such a poor job that the nails looked lumpy. More importantly, she put glue on top of and beneath the nail. As a result, the SNS began to crack after less than a week, and ripped off almost my entire nail on two fingers. Apart from this, Id also like to comment on the fact that in each of the owners responses to previous poor reviews left by other customers they have the worst customer service Ive ever seen. Take some responsibility instead of blaming each experience on the customer. Its really pathetic.

Terrible experience. Took forever and shapework was less than mediocre. Was told my final price was $35 and was later charged $50. Overall bad experience. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I didnt like my shape, one of the guys did my nails in 20 minutes and my 2 cousins as well ! Im from another state, he was friendly but just sucked at doing nails ! I wanted designs and he said they didnt have any stones.... just hated my nails :(

Very bad service wont be coming back called in lady said she could take me right away get there and she said 20 mins then i come back in 20 mins shes now saying 30 i come back later and she has me in there waiting and continues to take people before me .she basically wasted my time and didnt even give me a full service.i had homecoming the following day and still had other stuff to do.

We waited for so long and they kept saying 10 minutes but by that time it had been an hour. They kept taking other people before us even tho we were waiting for so long

Good service, although somewhat expensive compared to other nail-grooming shops. I prefer the service of Latino people who fix much better, and at a more comfortable price. When I go to Avia, what I like the most are their completely free massage chairs and the foot massager.
