The people are great people. The meat that I had done there was disgusting. The ground beef was not even ground up fully. There were still chunks of whole meat mixed in. The back straps and tenderloins were diced up and also sliced into thick pieces. The sausage was not good either. I do bot recommend going here.
Brought deer the past couple years, and would not do so again. The folks are friendly, but the meat did not come back so great for the 4 deer I brought. The sausage with fat added was ordered as both mild and hot, but came out bland. It looked and tasted like it was regular grinds run twice through the grinder. I got some sliced jerky and the thicknesses were all over, making it difficult to dehydrate in large batches. Southwest steak was cube steak with a little Mexican lime seasoning that wasnt worth $25. You can just order cube steak and season it yourself. They were also a few weeks back in processing so Im not sure if the meat was as fresh as it could be.
The business is under new management! Love the new people running it. I was able to watch them cut deers and see how its done. I noticed they take their time and do one deer at a time. Looks like a new family friendly business.
I didn’t get very much meat back last time I took them a deer. Drove by and they are closed until September 2021. Time to find a new processor.
Drove a hour to this place recommended by husbands friend. Greeted by a girl sitting on her tail, to lazy to get up and see what we have. Told we arent accepting deer that havent been gutted. Never told by a business to go clean your kill and clean up.oh yeah take the guts with you.
Processor took me in and showed me how they process, which was great because Ive been to other processors and been jipped out of my meat. So me being the skeptic I am I told him I was unsure of processors these days. This guy trimmed every bit of salvageable meat and explained why some cant be used, do to blood soaked meat, or where it had been shot.These guys will definitely have my business.
Only processor I have ever been to that wouldn’t take a deer that was not field dressed. Said cooler was too full. WTF - field dressed takes up just as much room. Must not have a way to dispose of guts. SMH

So disappointed!! We left a deer that weighed 130 pounds and we received 30 pounds back after three week wait. We called after one week and we were told it was not ready. We called again and were told they had left messages. There were no messages. Very poor service.Updated this review because a family member said he had a better experience. So we gave them a try. What a difference!! The fixed our venison exactly as we asked, on time and with a smile. We will go back!!!
Treated like a Child. Show some respect and learn to talk to your customers correctly.......
Great people and usually get your meat ready in a couple of days. Been doing business with them for the last 3 deer seasons!
