Karin is absolutely phenomenal. She exemplifies what perfect customer service is. Shes extremely polite and makes sending packages stress free. My first visit was weeks ago and I just came back today and she remembered me. You can tell she actually cares about her customers. I highly recommend giving her your business.

I went here to rent a U-Haul trailer. Sasha was incredibly off putting. I did not feel welcome by any means. She kept sighing and grunting when helping me. Not friendly and never smiled. I was charged more than I was told it would cost, and she had to call another U-Haul place to see why. She only called because I told her I wanted to know why I was being charged more. Before she called, all she said was I do not know. She would not assist or direct me how to load the trailer up. In fact, she said Its back there. I am sure you know what a trailer looks like, in a very dismissive tone. I do not care if I know what a trailer looks like or not, you do not talk to the customer like this.When returning the trailer, she walked back to verify it was there. She had the nerve to tell me I did not return it, where if she had walked an extra 2ft, she would have seen the trailer in the same place I got it from. I had to walk her back there myself and point it out for her to see. Of course she never apologized for indirectly calling me a liar.I am not sure why she had such a dismissive attitude, but I was very disgruntled over this experience. She needs to either learn customer service skills, or find another job. Unprofessional to say the least. I will never go back there again, and I would suggest nobody goes here because of her. I can only hope any other employees have better customer service skills.If I could rate this a 0/5 stars, I would. Save yourself the struggle, avoid this place.

Great place great service

This morning I had a fax to send out and ohhh how I was dreading coming in to this store. I quickly passed the front door to see if just maybe I could have a friendly Kroger employee send the fax for me instead. Unfortunately, Kroger doesn’t offer that service but they sent me next door (the place I was trying to avoid!!). Oh well. To my surprise, I was greeted by a nice, smiley human who kept the store tidy and clean! I looked over to the desk that was normally full of newspaper inserts scattered all over it and it was clean!! I thought to myself, “hmmm I wonder if this place is under new management?” And right in my face was a sign staring back at me that read “UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT”. Hallelujah! The manager was super friendly and efficient. The place did not smell of rancid food. Oh yes, I will definitely return and also recommend this place to everyone with a shipping/mailing/copying....need. I am super pleased!!!

She refused to scan my Amazon return packages in not would she give me a receipt for drop off. A dog rushed me as I walked in the door. Very unprofessional and a bad image for the brands she represents.
