Great store came here to get my watch battery replaced. They have a good selection of timepieces. Movado, Seiko, citizen, Rolex, and other fine timepieces. I wasnt impressed with the wide selection of jewelry they have in the store. Both sales managers will work with you on the price. Including layaway, and in-store credit.

This store was a life saver. Great customer service and nice merchandise for sale on top of it. I received a new watch for my birthday which I absolutely loved and wanted to wear it the same day. First place told me I couldn’t have it till 2 days later🙀so lucky I found this store by accident😊 the owner was so attentive and fixed my watch on the spot while I waited. Highly advise anyone to purchase somewhere else, whether it be a ring, watch, bracelet ETC. This company is a scam and their customer service is worthless. The items are marked up so when you look at something their is a wow factor. Then you say nevermind thats out of my budget. The employee will respond with well I can give you 30% off today so the total will be ..... now you feel like you might be getting a deal. But now they have you at the original price witch I way over what the item is worth. My spouse and I purchased an ring upgrade from them and this was the case. Had the item appraised after purchase and we over paid pretty good for the ring compared to what it was worth even after the 30% off. Tried to return the item and confront the owner and his words were no returns its says it on the receipt. After a heated discussion and my blood starting to boil. We had to leave befor I choked him on the counter of his scam company. This place of business is the dollar general of jewelry stores! DO NOT BUT FROM THEM!!!!

Horrible service! I brought a brand new watch to change a battery. They scratched it so bad that I cannot wear it! When I asked the guy who changed the battery what is he gonna do about it, he said ‘nothing’ and was extremely rude to me. He pretty much told me to go screw myself. When I called the owner, he told me the same thing and even raised his voice at me! Awful service and attitude! Save yourself and go somewhere else. The mall management fined them for rudeness and treating me like dirt.

Two weeks ago I brought my Bulova Watch to this location. They charged me $250.00 up front for the repair of the stem and crown on my watch. The guy mentioned he might not find the right color, but would get me the right Bulova crown. I went up there today to pick it up and not only was it not the right color, but it was a very generic off brand crown. I told him that I was disappointed it wasnt the right color and I knew there was a off chance it wouldnt be, but what really bothered me was it was not the Bulova crown. For the amount of money that was paid to repair I would have expected it to be the correct brand. He proceeded to argue with me and I basically told him he scammed me. My wife was really upset as this was a gift from her. I will go out on my own to find the correct crown and have someone else put it on for me. These people were rude, not truthful, and he was trying to sell me another watch. I would not recommend anyone bringing a valuable watch for repair to this shop.

I went to this jewelry store the 14 of February trying to buy a diamond ring for my wife, they treat me like a King, i bought one, 2 days later i went for an upgrade and again, they treated me really good! 4 weeks later a little diamond fell out the ring and i went to the store trying to fix it and the owner start yelling at me and treating me like i want to robe the store! I will never buy nothing from them! Wen you want to buy they are nice but wen you need something to fix or exchange, they are the worst! NEVER NEVER GET NOTHING FROM THEM, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Called to ask for the price of replacing two Casio G Shock batteries. The lady who answered the phone told me to bring them. I live far and just wanted to know how much they charge. She said some G Shocks have 3 batteries. I told her the two I have only have one battery. She very rudely replied to take them somewhere else. If I lived closer I would go by and give them a piece of my mind! Too bad I cant give them zero stars!!! Horrible customer service.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY THEY DO NOT HAVE A RETURN POLICY!!!! DO NOT DO THE 90 DAYS SAME AS CASH FOR A LARGE PURCHASE!!!I went into the store to browse and ended up walking out with some nice necklaces. Got home with my wife and worked some numbers and seen the 90day payments and to pay it off was not possible in our budget. That was on Sunday Dec.13th 2020. I go back in Monday morning Dec.14th before work to return the items to find out they have NO RETURN POLICY. 7K I spent and NO RETURN. I called and spoke with my salesperson and all he says is the policy is the policy he working numbers but I told him add my pay check in the mix with mortgage car note I don’t have no extra income to pay this. I will default on my payments and I’m not trying to do that. So now I’m closing all my bank accounts so they don’t withdraw my mortgage or car note out my account. It’s the holidays and people return gifts and items all the time and now I’m stuck no supervisor to resolve the situation. I will not return to purchase nothing from them. They talk about big box jewelry stores but zales, Kay’s, etc... would have took they jewelry back on a return especially the next morning. GOOD LUCK 👍🏾. I MIGHT JUST STAND OUTSIDE THE STORE WITH MY SIGN WARNING FUTURE CUSTOMERS

My boyfriend and I came on vacation looking for chains and left with exactly what we wanted and more! The team was very professional and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. My chain was a little long and they were able to make a bracelet with the extra length. Overall great experience! 10/10 recommended most definitely

Horrible customer service from beginning to end! The guy tried to quote me 475.00 bucks and a weeks time to fix something that the jewelry repair place charged me 100.00 to fix and buff my watch AND they did it same day. A bunch of crooks!

Overpriced, unsupported repairs. Have an expensive watch with sentimental value which hasnt worked for a long time. I took to Its About Time and spent almost $200 for them to replace internal mechanisms. I was assured this was the necessary and best repair. 1 year and 6 months later, the second hand no longer works. When I called, they were more interested in determining if the repair was their responsibility or not. Called me back 5 minutes later to tell me it was out of warranty. No offer or interest in determining what was wrong or how they might help. This comes after going into this store a week ago with a different watch where I was charged $40 to replace a battery. Granted, I couldnt do it myself, but this seems a bit steep. Especially since the employee took the watch to check it, then came back and told me he had changed the battery before checking to see if I was o.k. with the price. The message this business sends is they are interested in getting as much out of you as possible then you are not their concern once you leave. I wont even get into the horrible customer service I received during the repair. No follow up, off schedule, etc. For the money I spent here, I could have gone to a jeweler with a better guarantee. I am curious to see what the repair facility I will use know will find once they open this watch again. If it is anything less than they charged me for, I will certainly post it here. Steer clear of this place unless you like paying for nothing!

They sold me on a $60 service that they claimed would buff out my watch and make it look like new. Most of the watch did look like new, but I could have easily used some jewelry cleaner and gotten the same result. They didnt buff out the watch face which still looks cloudy and scratched. They claim it cant be done because it is a Citizen...well then tell me that upfront. Really good upsellers. Buyer beware. Very misleading.

There should be an option for ZERO stars. Took a $350 watch to get the battery changed and they BROKE IT! When I asked to just take the battery back out and get a refund the owner was very rude and said he couldnt do that when the employee there had just told me that she could! Very CHEAP place with TERRIBLE service. So cheap that it is more worth it to them to lose customers and get bad google reviews then to just do a $25 return. Seriously? How GREEDY can you be? They just kept saying the watch is working. Thats what you asked for. Yes, I asked to get the watch working but I did NOT ask for you to BREAK IT! And for all the reviews that are saying the service is fast, thats because they do HORRIBLE work! If you want something done the correct way you have to go to a real jewelry store. Will not be returning and I advise everyone else to do the same.

We took 2 watches previously bought at another It,s about time location along with documentation stating lifetime free battery replacement. The document stated the items would be replaced at ANY it,s about time location. The manager, owner, employee, whoever stated he didnt care what it said he was not honoring anything that was purchased at another store regardless of what it said. In addition he never even offered to replace the batteries even if we paid for them. We simply went across the mall to a fast fix location where they replaced the batteries and while there purchased another watch. We will never attempt to do any business at this store again. Its no wonder they were completely empty of customers while the mall was very crowded with Christmas shoppers.

Save me from walking home! My sons key fob battery died. The fob was super glued together! They were able to open it and give me a new battery! They save the day!
