Through our time working with MIL we have had a very wonderful experience. The staff is friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did we have them do a complete overhaul on our website, but we have them heading up almost all of our online advertising campaigns and we couldnt be happier with the work that they do. As a printing and graphic design company, we thought that we could create out own website. And, we did. It was beautiful. After meeting John Lehmberg with Make It Loud and having him assess our website, we quickly found out there was a major (MAJOR) flaw.....you couldnt search for our site at all. Not even one little bit. We never showed up in a search. We turned out website over to MIL and we get more and more contacts as a result of turning up in searches. Be very careful with these guys. They did a very good job selling me on a top notch website design and what was delivered was not even close. They asked for 60 days to complete my project and I had to reach out to them and ask to see a mock up. When they did have something to show it appeared it was thrown together very quickly and had no creativity. After about 75 days and the second mock up, I was so unsatisfied I walked away from the money they wanted upfront which was as much as other designers wanted for the entire project. I asked them to consider a refund and since they couldn’t produce satisfactory work in the contracted time and they told me the actually had the right to charge me more… Not a company I would ever do business with again or refer any to use. Buyer beware!

Make It Loud gives back! They provide monthly educational seminars at their facility and the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce. Its not all about the sale. They operate with integrity.

Make it Loud is exactly what this company does; Loud, Rude, Sarcastic, Disrespectful, Unprofessional and Unworthy. They created a beautiful site, but not without a fight. We found numerous errors, grammars and punctuations to be corrected. This site was very expensive, more expensive than AT&T or GoDaddy. I had to type the content for the website and send it to them. As of 8/24/18 our website Contact Page is not functional and should have been tested before it was launched. We have been losing business since August 10th due to our Contact Page not working on our site. We had so many customers calling wondering why we were not responding to their requests. When brought to their attention about our Contact Page not working, we received backlash from the staff, owner and were told its our problem to solve. Before they took our old website down on August 10, 2018, we never had any problems with our Contact Page or website for 11 years; yet they told us its our problem. Today, we received a NASTY and UNPROFESSIONAL email from the owner calling me out my name because I asked them to fix a problem that should have been completed before the site was launched. I suggest the owner and his staff to take a customer service class. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. You can save a lot of money and better results with GoDaddy Web Builder.

Spent $2,500 on a website, which was one of the highest bids I received but was sold by their salesman on outstanding service. Couldnt have been more wrong! I tried to get them to change a slider we had on the homepage to look like one I saw on a different site. After building one that looked like a 5th grader did it, I asked them if they could match the one I sent to them. They said it could be done just not on out site. The same salesmen that sold me on service got copied on all the emails and said he would contact me to help. Its been nine days and still no email, text or phone call! Needless to say I wasted my time and money on them and will have to pay someone else to get my site where it needs to be. If you want to pay tons of money and get a site you could build yourself on GoDaddy use them, if not Id find someone else.

Make It Loud has kept me busy over the past few months and their CTR on my PPC account is just insane. Not only is the call volume high but the quality has never been better thank you so much to everyone at Make It Loud!

Find a different company to do your website. They do not reply in a timely manner when there is issues, they overcharge for website building and monthly fee. My original website crashed twice in 6 months when they were managing it. I cancelled their service and went with a different website company and have had zero issues in 2 years. They have also continued billing me monthly after I canceled services and of course they will not refund any money and make excuses as to why they can not cancel my account.I suggest you find a company that isnt so broke that they need to take advantage of their customers to pay the bills.
