There are not enough words to describe how thankful I am with HRAH, after spending hundreds of dollars at a different veterinary that didn’t help my dog at all, I was lucky enough to find this wonderful place that with patience, love and professionalism treated my baby girl, there is nothing worst that seeing your fur baby sick but I knew the whole time she was in good hands, I will forever be grateful and will bring my other pets to this place every time!

I love Dr. Cummings...she is truly a cat warrior...goes to every length to help find solutions for my cat issues...she is kind, profession and sincerely caring. Took superlative care of my new dog that needed to be neutered at the age of 1.5 years old.The Dr.and staff were very attentive and gentle with my little dog that had been thru allot before he came to live at my house. They went above and beyond to help me with him by also cleaning his teeth under anesthesia and trimming his nails. I highly recommend .

I recently moved to this area and needed my cats nails trimmed. She was an abused cat who adopted us. She is scared of all people and confined areas. I called the hospital to see if I could bring her in without an appointment as I didnt know if or when I could get her in the carrier. They were so nice and said to call when I did and they would take her. It all worked out so well. I was so thankful and will definitely use them again.

Dr. Cummings is phenomenal and truly cares about your pet. Weve been through 2 vets and a nuerologist and once we got to Dr. Cummings, we felt like she gave us her time, her attention and the advice we needed.

I’m really not sure if Hamilton Ridge actually knows what they’re doing, they gave my cat steroids before ever checking to see if she had heart problems which in the end ended up killing her.

Wonderful place for the pets you love. Diva has been treated so kindly and lovingly for all her visits which include exams, grooming and boarding. We never worry when leaving Diva for boarding. All the staff know her by name and seem so happy when she arrives. We have a new pet, Sky, and she received the same love. We adore the receptionist as well. She is so knowledgeable, professional and very patient.

Brought in my teacup chihuahua for the first time. The appointment process was smooth. They also contacted the previous vet to get Riley’s records. He is very skittish but they were amazing with him. Will be scheduling my other dog in a couple of months for updated shots.

The entire staff at Hamilton Ridge Animal Hospital are so friendly and helpful! I came in the first time with our new puppy, 9 weeks at the time, and they were so understanding and sweet to us both. They were great with our puppy, Charlie. They offer water and cookies, which is such a sweet touch! Our second visit was just as smooth. We were not pressured to get shots that he doesnt need just yet and were given information about the shots and pricing for when we are ready. Everyone has been great so far. I highly recommend coming here!

Our first exam visit was excellent. We recently boarded our dog here while we were on vacation. The technician staff was great! When we returned for the exam visit, we were welcomed as if we were long lost friends. Anna, an assistant to Dr. Cummings was very personable and informative. Dr. Cummings was very professional and kind. Great job to all of the staff!

The receptionist, tech and vet were very friendly, personable and took good care of my cat. The vet called to explain the xrays, what the problem was and how she would proceed. My visit on drop off and pick up wasnt rushed and my questions were answered fully. Nice experience and my cat liked them too ;-)

My dog and I had a great first visit at Hamilton Ridge Animal Hospital! Anna took care of us, and she could not have been nicer or more thorough. She genuinely cared about my dogs health and was sure to explain to me what he needed, when and why. I never felt pressured to pay for extra services for him. She explained pros and cons and left it to me to decide. I got a follow up call from the front desk the next morning, and she was extremely friendly and helpful as well!

I was unsure of this place at first because I am kind of new to the area. My old neighbor told me about this place before she moved away. After two visits there, I decided that this place is the right fit.

My husband and I are new to the area. We adopted a new fur baby from the shelter and took him straight to this vet office near our house....it was just a lucky chance but we are so HAPPY with our choice! I love this office and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I love that they do follow up appointment calls and they always seem eager to help in any way possible. This is definitely our vet home! Plus, our big baby actually LOVES going into the office.

I wish I could give them 6 stars! They deserve extra credit!! Dr. Rachel and her staff are so awesome! They have seen us through some dark times. My dog was diagnosed with cancer (mast cell tumor). Dr. Rachel had to remove an enormous tumor. She went through the procedure beautifully and everyone helped me through it as well. Dr. Rachels tech, Eric, was so sweet to me the morning of her surgery. I was a wreck,and he took the time to calm my fears and put me at ease..so sweet. My baby has made it through chemo and is doing great. They saved her life! My neighbor referred me to them, and she told me they have saved her dogs life too. They all do their jobs with excellence, and they are always so nice and caring too. I love this place! Hands down, the best vets office I have ever been to.

My cat was treated for a kidney infection at Hamilton Ridge, and I couldnt be happier with the service shes received. She is doing a LOT better and I know its because of the awesome staff at Hamilton Ridge. Dr. Cummings, Dr. Rachel, and Eric have been so caring and helpful. They treated my cat as if theyve known her forever, answered all of my questions and concerns in depth and have kept me updated with phone calls throughout the day when Ive had to leave her there for IV fluids & antibiotics all day. Its, hands down, the best vet Ive ever taken any of my animals to and I would recommend them to anyone.

Whenever we needed an appointment they were always able to meeting our day and time constraints. The doctors and staff spend quality time during office visits to make sure all of our concerns are addressed. They follow up to see how our pets are doing after receiving shots and with results of blood work. I would recommend Hamilton Ridge Animal Hospital.

Aside from this office being located close to my home, the staff there provided exceptional customer service. I took my dog there for the first time last week and was overly impressed by the staffs attentiveness and concern to get my Bailey girl feeling all better. The offered to trim her nails at no additional cost which was a pleasant unexpected surprise. I love how they treated my pet as if she were there own personal pet. They are now my primary vet for my pet!I have also visited the other location on Ridge Road and the young lady that was there on a Saturday morning was awesome in the way she groomed my Bailey girl. Both locations have great employees that provide exceptional customer service.

I have been using Hamilton Ridge Animal Hospital for about 6 years now. The staff, from the receptionists, to the techs, to the doctors, are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful - it is apparent they all have a love of animals! Also, I never have to wait long to be seen and everything is also explained thoroughly before I leave; they offer drop-off services as well. Its also great that they call the day after my dogs receive any treatment to make sure they are doing okay.

Very nice and clean vet. The staff was super nice, welcoming and very helpful. Dr. Rachael was great with our Leo. She listened to any questions that I had and gave me great tips for our new pup. Being right around the corner from my house is a huge plus as well :)

Our senior dog is anxious about vet visits. With our previous vet he had to be sedated to get his nails trimmed. The tech (Eric?) at Hamilton Ridge had the magic touch and got the job done with no sedation. I subsequently made an exam appointment to discuss his arthritis. Dr. Cummings was very helpful in getting us headed down the right path for helping our big guy with his arthritis. Staff at the desk as well as the techs were very patient and caring. This will be our new place for vet services. Also its very close to home. Happy Dance!

I love that this office is close to my home. First visit was on a Saturday with my kitten who was stung by a wasp in the face. She would be ok. I also received some helpful advice about kitten food. It seems to add weight to the female kitten. She weighed more than her brother. I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the service that was provided. I highly recommend them.

As a family if two dogs and two cats We have used this practice for vet care, boarding, grooming and unfortunately when it was time to say goodbye to our long time four legged family member. Dr. Cumming and the staff are phenomenal! They are so kind and gentle and found a way to help my Morkie who broke her jaw without expensive surgery. I recently had to take my dog in for a dental problem. The staff was very friendly and quickly checked us in. We were in an exam room within 5 minutes and the Dr. was in within 10 minutes of us walking in the door! Very professional and did all they could to help my dog calm down. Its not easy to find a vet that can handle birds. Dr. Rachel has been caring for my parrot & cockatiel (and RIP: lovebird and guinea pig) for almost 10 years now. She truly cares for the animals she attends. Exams are thorough, she will research problems if she doesnt have an immediate solution and she follows up! The staff are all very kind and caring and you have no doubt your pet is in good hands!

This vets office is so very caring and they follow up on every appointment by phone the next day, whenever we need to bring in our dogs or cats. Im giving Four stars since it was my first and only visit so far for this location who were nice enough to fit me and my fur baby in their busy Saturday schedule, which I appreciate very much. Has a pleasant waiting area, friendly & caring staff who helped take care of Lola when she was gravely ill. My cat Lola was seen by Dr. Cummings who helped me make a difficult decision after an exam and some testing and I felt the best thing was to let her go... Even though it was not such a happy first visit, I would gladly bring any future felines to Hamilton Ridge Animal Hospital.

My miniature schnauzer has been taken care of buy these good folks for 10 years. They take great care of all my dogs needs and I would highly recommend them.

Weve been taking our dog to Hamilton Ridge Animal Hospital since our dog was a puppy and have had wonderful, friendly service on every visit. Unfortunately our dog is a little wild and has a tendency to swallow everything he sees and along with a few other medical issues we have now become regulars. If you end up becoming a regular at a vet you definitely want the friendly atmosphere you receive at Hamilton Ridge. Everyone on the staff is so nice and knows and treats you and your pet as if you were neighbors. Our dog was diagnosed with a complicated liver disease that caught us and them by surprise. The doctors and techs went out of their way including after hours research to help gather and deliver the most information they could to help deal with and treat the disease. We are very thankful to have such a great vet in our are and would highly recommend.

We love Hamilton Ridge. They are very thorough and treat all of our animals as if they were their very own. They always call the next day to check on our animals after their visit and always seem to fit us in with all of our emergencies.

Dr. Rachel is amazing. We are closer to Russell Ridge and usually see Dr. Miller---but when they are busy we happily run over to Hamilton Ridge to see Dr. Rachel and her amazing staff. No one cares like they do!

Great staff and wonderful, caring doctors. Lily van Chompers actually get excited when its time to see her ladies at check-up time. They always call to make sure shes doing OK after shots and always call with blood results (and always patient with us as overly-concerned-about-everything doggy parents).

Rachael is one of the best vets ever. Shes a very compassionate vet to our pets & to us when weve lost them. We always experience the best care for any pet we have taken in whether its a ferret, cat or dog.

When we lived in Lawrenceville, we brought our first dog to Russell Ridge Animal Hospital (a sister location) and we were very glad to see that Hamilton Ridge was so close to our new home.Everything in the office is very clean and the receptionist is very sweet.

I took my two parakeets in. Its hard to find an avian vet and the people here were so kind to Fluffy and Sunshine. These are really nervous birds but they seemed very comfortable at the vets.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at Hamilton Ridge. Recently, after grand mal seizures from cancer/tumor, we had to put down our family dog, Cali. It was such a sad time for us. Dr. Rachel and the staff made the (awful process) as best as it could be. Dr. Rachel spent time consoling the kids - the staff even gave us a casted paw print as a memory with a card and tuft of hair. They take wonderful care of our cat and kitten.
