This company is so easy to work with. I called Catherina Eberhart and she is the best. I asked her about a couple different places and originally she was gonna help me book with Jamaica but my wife last minute changed her mind and wanted to do Mexico, and Catherina quickly found me a nice place to go to within my budget range. She is very professional and understanding and quick when she works with you!! I will be booking my vacations only with her now.

Our wedding was November 19, 2020, in the midst of the global pandemic. Honeymoons Inc. helped me from step one, deciding on a resort, all the way to the final steps of ensuring all of our guests had the proper documentation to get into Mexico and get home from Mexico and alleviating the worry of keeping track of changes/proper procedures and update my guests about them. Steve and Debbie worked hand in hand with all of our guests from booking, to transportation, to payment plans, to updated travel information. They were always available and had answers to all of our questions. We had a few people who werent sure if they were going to want to travel due to the pandemic, and they were patient with them, giving multiple options on how to avoid losing any money if they ended up not being able to attend and ensured they were included in the contract pricing negotiated with the resort. They sent out reminder emails, managed everyones payments, and sent out important travel information in regards to safety. There wasnt one time that I had to worry about my guests accommodations and there were no issues before, during or after the wedding. I highly recommend hiring Honeymoons Inc.!

Catherina Eberhart has now helped us completely plan two trips - one for our honeymoon and one for our anniversary. I have been searching for the perfect honeymoon for months and I’m constantly overwhelmed with all of the information and pricing details. I attended a destination wedding which had to be rebooked 3 times because of Covid. Kimberly was excellent on keeping us up-to-date on all the date changes, fighting the hotel to keep our rates the same as the original cost (they tried to raise them) and offering advice on when would be the best time to buy flights. She was great to work with!

Steve was wonderful at booking our trip. Steve was always happy to run different dates or finance options and gave us a ton of quotes. After planning a wedding I didnt want to have to plan out all the travel details. Steve was prompt, funny, and accurate. When we had to postpone during the March 2020 lockdown I was so thankful I had Steve. He handled EVERYTHING, changing flights to the hotel dates, and even got an extra night free while rebooking. The resort was beautiful and fit our needs exactly. This will be the first of many trips we book with Steve!

I wanted to take a minute and just say how nice it was to work with Kimberly planning our trip to Jamaica. Kimberly was always very responsive, and even if she was on the other line, she would drop me a note and follow up immediately. She has excellent organizational skills to be able to manage all the moving parts of planning a vacation, and boy did we send her on some goose chases. Jamaica, Cabo, Cancun, Playa, Roatan…we asked her to put together options for them all, and she delivered on each of them! This was by far the easiest vacation planning I’ve ever had, and it’s all thanks to Kimberly. It was my girlfriend’s b-day weekend, so she even when above and beyond making sure we had the right menus for her b-day (since she doesn’t eat seafood) and also arranged for me to get them a cake and balloons once I got to the resort. All I had to do is go to the front desk and everything was there. Over the top in every way! Exceeded all of our expectations!

We had an absolutely perfect honeymoon!!!! Based on the weather reports it said that it had an 80% chance of raining each day we were supposed to be there and we almost post-poned our trip. Well, we ended up going from Oct 10th- Oct 19th and the weather turned out beautifully and only ended up sprinkling once when we got there and one other night. Other then that it was in the high 80s and sunshine every day!!! Let me just say that the staff here made us feel like family that by the end of our trip both my husband and eye literally had tears in our eyes as we were leaving the resort. Angelica, our concierge was the best!!! She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. When we got there I let her know of my food restrictions and that I could not have dairy and she made sure that our refrigerator was stocked with coconut milk/cream daily. Since it was our honeymoon she also sent up a special dessert and bottle of wine in celebration. That was along with the bottle of champagne waiting for us when we first arrived and another bottle for our romantic breakfast. It was so easy to set up reservations and spa services through her. Thank you Angelica, we appreciate you so much!!! Along with our concierge, the entertainment staff were as friendly as can be. Horacio was a great snorkel guide as well as part of the late night entertainment staff. Rene and Guadalupe took us on a wonderful bike ride to the lagoon in Akumel. Later that day they gave a great water aerobics workout. Yoga on the beach was fantastic! Played bingo and did another round of water aerobics with Pappi Hamlet, who has so much energy and super fun to be around! Karen lead a super fun pool/water bike class and also a fun round of bingo. Oh, and lets not forget Mexican Hot Chocolate and Marcelo!! The night shows were so much fun and something we looked forward to each evening. Carlos at Himitsu was also very entertaining and has some amazing hibatchi skills! All in all, Secrets Akumal was paradise and at night the place just glowed. We cant wait to come back and visit you all!!! We miss being there so much!! Also,we ended up going on some fun exursions which included Chitchen Itzu, a Luxury snorkeling and sailing tour, Xlplor where we ziplined over the jungle, swam in an underground river and road 4 wheelers. Then we went out for a full day which included Tulum, visited a Mayan ranch which included jumping into a Cenote and traditional Mayan lunch, and a visit to Coba where we were able to climb the temple and see over the jungle. This has been the best trip Ive ever taken. There was culture, excited, adventure and relaxation all rolled into one! Definitely a place I will be recommending to friends an family :)

I have to admit I was a bit nervous booking my honeymoon with an online agency and was worried about the legitimacy. But they did not disappoint! The website was helpful to find exactly what we wanted, with all the information in one place. My husband and I worked with Catherina, our travel agent, and the vacation went completely without a hitch. Catherina took care of flights, airport transportation, the resort booking AND a honeymoon package, all of which went so well. Our rides were on time, the resort was beautiful and the service was unparalleled. I would book again with them in a heartbeat, and HIGHLY recommend for anyone who needs to book a vacation. As a side note, we went to the Bavaro Princess in Punta Cana, which was FANTASTIC, highly recommend that as well.

Ms Linda Dancer is patient, knowledgeable, and helped me plan a smooth wedding experience for my destination wedding. I highly recommend her as she held my hand the whole way . I am a very indecisive person and change my mind often, but she exercised patience and handled me with much TLC which is what all of us brides need. I am really grateful for her services and she even helped me in way I know NO other planner would do by doing a very nice gesture for me for my wedding. So many thanks! I dont know what I would have done without her ! She is truly a lifesaver and helped me plan my dream wedding, honeymoon, and vacay all in one!

Our travel agent was Catherina, and she is the best! We gave her some different destinations we had in mind, dates, and our budget. She did the rest! She sent us several great options, and we chose Couples Tower Isle in Ocho Rios, Jamaica (highly recommend). We were originally scheduled to go in June, but our wedding date was postponed due to COVID. Catherina changed our flight and hotel reservations for us, and everything worked out perfectly. She also kept us up-to-date on COVID requirements and paperwork that need to be completed so that our travel experience went smoothly, despite the added security measures in Jamaica.

Linda and co were simply amazing. My wife and I had absolutely no idea how to plan a destination wedding and from the 1st day Linda was an all star. She truly helped us plan a magical wedding in Mexico and it was truly the best day for everyone involved. She helped with travel, reservations and even some things on the resort side. Even when a curveball was thrown at her by a last second reservation she made it happen. Linda is truly amazing and we are so grateful to have worked with her.

We decided to take our honeymoon 6 months after we got married. I had the knot app and Honeymoons Inc. was HIGHLY recommended. We reached out to them in August and I tell you, Kimberly Felix is an angel. She was a joy to work with. From August until days before our honeymoon last week, SHE WAS RIGHT THERE! Always patient, prompt on her emails and just the sweetest person ever. My husband and I went to Antigua and Im grateful Kimberly recommended this place since Turks and Caicos was out of our budget. We had a fabulous time!!!!! Its a beautiful island, beautiful people fantastic food and we did not want to leave. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED USING HONEYMOONS INC! I sent an email because the actual website was taking me in circles and he got back to me right away and started to work on what we wanted. He gave me great options for the islands we were looking at, and was very patient with how many times I changed my Travel date. Once I finalized where we wanted to go for our honeymoon, he made sure he was able to get me the LOWEST PRICE possible without question. Ill admit I was a slight pain to work with, but his service was on point, and I will definitely be using them again for our future vacations and getaways!!

Just took 3rd trip using Honeymoons Inc, which I just realized is about 15 minutes from where I live. Website is intuitive. Process is pretty automated. Never had any issues. BTW, Iberostar Grand Bavaro is lit! Highly recommend

Have used Honeymoons Inc for two vacations now. Best price and excellent service. So happy we used them - especially when we hit a travel hiccup. During recent historic Delta debacle, Megan from Honeymoons Inc. was there to help - via email and phone. Enduring 19 hours of airport hell, she ensured we got to Mexico on our scheduled day. Thanks to her quick work and diligent communications, she snagged us seats on a new flight and kept everyone in Mexico abreast of our ever changing arrival times. Delta took more than three hours to call us back that day - meanwhile in a matter of minutes, Megan was there to help. She was the calm for me during that tumultuous storm. This is our second time working with Megan – and because of her continued excellent service, we will always use Honeymoons Inc.

This company is terrible I do not recommend using them. We had a group booking with 6 other couples and there was a problem with our flight. Honeymoons Inc didnt pay for it. Apparently they use another company Travel Impressions to book flights and the flight was booked but not paid for. So we arrived at the airport at 5:00 AM for our 7:00 AM flight only to be told that we would need to pay $1200 for each ticket. Called the customer service number and it was useless spend over 6 hours on the phone with customer service to get on a flight to finally get to our destination. If it wasnt for my persistence they would have just booked up on a flight the next day with no regards to us losing a whole day and a half of our vacations. We spend over 15 hours of travel at an airport. Now Honeymoons inc is now wanting to compensate us properly for all of our troubles and problems with the travel. They are placing the blame on Travel Impressions but I didnt book with Travel Impressions I booked with Honeymoons Inc.

Absolutely horrible service. I worked with Lian Alston for my cousins wedding in Cancun. I followed all directions specifically and gave all of my flight info and my wifes flight info ahead of time.Upon arrival, I was transported via AmStar with no problem. I was with a lot of the wedding invitees. My wife, however, was arriving the next day. Honeymoons, Inc. advised me that I should still pay for her in the room for the multiple day package because it would be cheaper, even though she would only be there for two days. That was annoying, but I followed directions.My wife landed in Cancun and was not on the AmStar list. They had her down as already using their transportation with me the day before, since we were married. This confusion was not properly communicated by Honeymoons, Inc. and so my wife was stuck at the airport for quite some time. The AmStar officials were extremely rude to her, cussed in Spanish, told her not to move, took her passport, and really freaked her out. Her vacation was ruined. All we got was a sorry for this.Upon leaving, several guests, including me and my wife, were denied AmStar passage and were forced to take an expensive taxi.I got back and complained to Steve and Lian. They asked me for confirmations of flight emails (as if they didnt believe me), I clearly showed it to them, and then their only resolve was a pointless $200 voucher that has a minimum flight + 3 night stay requirement within 10 months of my receipt of the voucher.It was an awful mess. The part I regret the most was that the brides dad was super worked up, along with several guests.If you book with them, be very afraid of communication with scheduling rides and weekend travel. They dont do much to help you after the problems!
