Dianne & her team were extremely helpful in preparing our house to be sold. She was extremely responsive unlike other Corporately owned maid services I contacted. She worked around my schedule, was on time, & great at communicating any delay. We have two large dogs and after they came to deep clean; you would have never known. I can’t wait to use them going forward at our new home! Would highly recommend!!

This is one of the best services in Gwinnett! From the moment I called to set up an estimate, Diana was so pleasant and so flexible. She came out on time and gave us a very reasonable price! The crew that cleaned showed up on time and did a FANTASTIC job! For just two people they left the house spotless and cleaned the baseboards, the fridge, the microwave (even though it wasn’t included in the quote) the hardwood floors, the light fixtures, bathrooms everything...and they did it in less than two hours! I will always continue to use this company, they offered the very best customer service I’ve ever seen. I would give them 10 stars and I’m a very picky person. If you are in the market for a cleaning service and read this review just book them don’t keep looking because they are phenomenal.

This was the most amazing cleaning service I’ve ever had! They were so sweet, great communication and made the place look brand new on a completely impossible project! I’m in awe of their work and don’t know how to ever thank them enough! Definitely worth the money and three times that! Thank you guys so much!

I cannot sing their praises enough! We had a plumbing disaster yesterday... basement flooded, back up into both bathrooms, floors trashed from plumbers trafficking through the house...a MESS. I called Diana and Ken (at 3pm in the afternoon) to see if there was anyway they could send a team out same day to deep clean after the plumbers were done. Did not want to have to spend another night in a hotel! They were so understanding and sent, in my opinion, their best team! Nidia and her daughter were incredibly thorough and went above and beyond in getting my house back in order. They were quick, efficient, and very detailed! Will absolutely use them again and recommend highly! Incredible cleaning and incredible customer service!

K21 cleaning service have been cleaning my home for 6 years now and they are excellent. they are always on time and sweet. the greet you and speak to you when they walk in. When I ask them a question or to do something they respond respectfully. Really love my cleaning service they are great!

We were told that the employees will wear shoe covers and protective suits (b/c of COVID), and they didnt wear any of that. They were late. They didnt have the proper equipment. One young lady tried to clean a space she couldnt reach, so she used a foldable chair instead of a step ladder. Now there is a mark on my wall b/c the chair hit it. I didnt watch her when one went upstairs to clean, but Im definitely sure she didnt clean the bathrooms properly. The shower walls were completely dry like before and there was dust on my hand when I wiped the wall. Not clean. Counters and tiled floors were still dusty as well. One argued with me saying that she did clean it even when the evidence was present. I ended up cleaning half the house myself after they left. I dont recommend this place.

K21 Cleaning has been cleaning for us for over 5 years. I have had several cleaning services in the past but none has been as good and as thorough as K21. The owners, Diana and Ken have been terrific to work with. The ladies are very polite and always show up on the day and time they are scheduled for. If there is any concern the owners are always available to take care of it.I would definitely recommend giving K21 Cleaning Services a try. I am sure you will not be disappointed.
