My hair is fried and no curls at all. I’m so sad and upset. And now my hair is ruined!Here I have posted a picture of the curls I wanted and that is what my hair look like when I walked into the hair salon it was not fried or anything. I went in because I wanted my hair permed into spiral curls so that way it would save me time in the morning for work and so that way I would not continually have to put heat on my hair. I even brought my curling iron in a ring to show the diameter of the curls that I wanted. She said what she used would work for my hair. She asked me in the beginning of the process while doing my hair if I ever had a perm before or seen it done. I told her no I never had one but when I was younger I watched my grandmother get it done. And now as I sit at home devastated about my hair I wonder if she herself has actually ever done a perm because my hair looks horrible. When she was finished with my hair she said she was going to blow dry it and then afterwards she decided not to and told me to let it air dry and then my curls would be bouncy. Well I have let it air dried and this is what it looks like! 🤦‍♀️😱😰😢😭😭😭the only thing I see that they are great at is men’s hair cuts

I frequent here about every other month and I always have a different hairdresser. They are all very talented, quick, and precise. The prices are cheaper than anywhere else excluding great clips, which will frequently mess your hair up.

Love this place. Ive been a long time customer ever since it opened. I would not go any where else. My hair dresser is Young. She cuts my hair the way it grows. My hair is so manageable and easy to curl. In the past my hair would be in all different directions.

I was in a hurry so decided to give this place a try as normally I go to the beauty college in Buford. Well this was the worse haircut I have ever had! I explained myself to death what haircut I wanted (the lady acted as if she was going to do the cut she wanted no matter what I said).I explained several times the terms the students at the beauty college use to cut my hair and even described in great detail. No matter how much I explained this lady did the exact opposite and said we have different names for cuts.I was so frustrated! This lady kept cutting my hair shorter and shorter after telling her I did not want my hair that short, so had to stop her several times eventually giving up and ending the cut.Once I was done the signs out front said 1st time cut mens $8.99 womens $11.99 and arguing this point the lady charged me $15.00 for a womans cut.I was so frustrated over the whole experience!!Last week, 2 weeks after this bad experience I went back to the beauty college and they fixed this horrendous cut. Due to this lady at Great Cuts my cut was uneven all over, cut short in some spots. If I could dream up a nightmare haircut this would be it.I was the only woman cut while I was there, seems like they are good cutting mens hair by reading reviews, but based on my experience I would advise staying away from a womans cut.If I thought they would do right and fix the cut I would have gone back, honestly I would like my $15.00 back.Im just very thankful for the students and instructors at the beauty college who were able to fix this bad cut.
