Four Oaks Manor is the all-inclusive resort of wedding venues, and we cant speak highly enough of the venue and the entire staff! The property was absolutely stunning for our mid-April wedding, and being provided a wedding coordinator took so much stress of our shoulders! Our coordinator, McKenzie, was so helpful in covering all the ins and outs of wedding planning, much of which we didnt even think about! Thanks to her and the amazing staff, our big day went off without a hitch! We were also able to include our own personal touches, and McKenzie made sure everything went according to plan. Communication throughout the entire planning process was totally open for my midnight worries (I received responses at more appropriate times of day haha), I was provided checklists for everything we needed to decide on in manageable sections, and the options for decorations were plentiful! We would without a doubt recommend Four Oaks Manor to anyone looking to plan a minimal stress and affordable wedding!
Simply put... look no further! This all-inclusive style venue leaves almost nothing left for a bride/groom to have to hustle around and plan on their own. They have a variety of decor options, a delicious menu, a naturally beautiful garden and ambiance and the staff/team take it over the top. This venue exceeded our expectations beyond belief!
Our wedding was perfect. Mackenzie made sure every thing was organized and went smoothly. The in house caterer is amazing. I had so many folks commenting on the wonderful setting and the delicious food. I have no complaints and couldnt imagine a more wonderful day.
I recently attended a wedding at Four Oaks Manor and was blown away! The space was beautiful, the staff was attentive, and the food was just AMAZING! Would definitely recommend this venue to a couple looking for a unique and intimate space with a team excited to work with them!
Our evening wedding with 160 guests under the stars was magical at this amazing outdoor venue with great staff…the elegant and comfortable farmhouse is without a doubt the best place for a large or small wedding party to spend a stress-free day getting ready for the ceremony, which was a big bonus to me. So glad we found Four Oaks Manor.
Where do we even begin? Four oaks manor was the PERFECT venue for our wedding. Not only is it an absolutely gorgeous venue, you get SO MUCH bang for your buck. Decorations, place settings, chairs, food, set-up, clean up, and MUCH MORE are all included in the cost— which is cheaper than most venues we looked at before deciding on Four Oaks. They are also so transparent about the price. Everything is itemized and you know exactly what your money is going towards. If that’s not enough to sell you, you also get a coordinator that meets with you three times before to make sure everything is good to go, and they sure know how to run a wedding! No detail goes unaccounted for. Morgan was our coordinator and she was fantastic! She was so responsive, attentive, and not to mention supportive! Day of, I did not have a single thing to stress about. We brought all of our stuff the day before and the venue took care of EVERYTHING. I did not have a single thing to do other than get ready, which was fantastic. So stress free and it allowed my husband and I to just have fun! Everyone I’ve talked to has sung praises about the venue and they didn’t even see all that went into the planning process. If you have any doubts, don’t! They are AMAZING!
Bob and Manals wedding was great! Food was good. The whole staff was very nice. The only criticism would be to have a larger enclosed area for the summer heat. That aside, its a nice place for your wedding or event... thank you so much!
I would describe our experience with the alcohol last night as a nightmare. We ordered a total of three kegs and unfortunately not a single pint was poured throughout the entire event. This was due to the venue’s staff inability to properly setup the kegs. We picked them up and dropped them off the night before and they still weren’t ready by the reception. At about 9pm I realized the kegs still weren’t up so I confronted the owner and she showed little to no concern and had the audacity to blame the wedding party!! Her response was so unbelievable that I am still trying to wrap my mind around it. If you choose this venue make sure to the leave the draft beer/kegs out of it. Other than that I got to marry the woman of my dreams and because of that I am forever happy.
I had my wedding here in October 2018 and it was absolutely beautiful! The owner and his wife made sure every detail was perfect and that everything ran smoothly the day of. I was able to enjoy my day with my family and friends and we had the absolute best time ever. The lighted gazebo is so unique and beautiful for pictures!

Our wedding was spectacular and it is entirely in thanks to Four Oaks Manor! I have never found a venue so accommodating, professional, and reasonably priced! The food of their chef was delicious and the menu had such variety to choose from. McKenzie was our coordinator and she made the day flawless. We had an intimate wedding of 28 guests and I was worried how to venue would feel with such a small group. It was so intimate and wonderful playing lawn games and sitting around the firepit. Dinner under the twinkling lights was amazing and we could not have had better weather! Pack-up was made easy and simplistic and not a single stress occurred that day! Thanks again for a beautiful wedding!

We had our daughters scaled down wedding here after her original wedding was cancelled on relatively short notice by our original venue. They made a stressful time, so much less stressful. The team here at Four Oaks was 5 star all the way through from planning to execution on the day of the event. I can highly recommend their venue and their attention to detail and customer service.
Beautiful venue. Looking forward to our son and soon-to-be daughter-in-laws wedding there next year. Nice that so much is included in cost and that they walk you through every step.
My mother hosted a bridal luncheon at this venue for my sister. We were so pleased with the decorations, display and responsiveness of the staff. Four Oaks Manor is a beautiful property where I am sure we will host more events in the future!
The absolute best venue in GA! My husband and I toured so many different venues before stumbling upon this gem. I am sooo happy we did! Everyone at Four Oaks is great but we got the pleasure of working with Morgan and she is absolutely THE best! She was extremely helpful through the entire planing process beginning-end. Whenever I had any questions she was alway there; phone, email or text. I will never forget the moment right before the ceremony I got a stain on my dress and she was so quick to get it out and was so supportive and just a great friend. Thank you for bringing our dream wedding to life and for everything else in between, you truly are a gem!

We had a baby shower for my daughter in law last weekend. From the moment that I first visited the venue, I fell in love with the backyard and all the greenery. It’s breathtaking to say the least. I knew it was the place where I wanted to hold my daughter in laws baby shower. I didn’t even look anywhere else. Morgan was tentative to details, knew exactly what we wanted. I am huge into entertaining and have thrown lots of events at my home. I wasn’t even once afraid that things wouldn’t be what I wanted. Morgan knew it all! Very professional, creative and super sweet! I would highly recommended this place for any special event! Thank you again!
I don’t know where to begin!!First I thought there was a catch, after visiting 3 venues prior to Four Oaks, as to why they were so much cheaper! So happy we went with this venue! They had everything! And when i say everything -I mean they had everything. China, glassware, silverware, tables, linens, decor, greenery, food, tents, wedding coordinator and an officiant if you needed one. The venue is just beautiful. I’ve always wanted an outside wedding and four oaks has all the charm!!Our wedding was originally scheduled for 4/11/20 but due to Covid-19 we postponed to 10/9/20. I have worked with this venue for 2 solid years and Morgan, my wedding coordinator, was the icing on the cake for choosing this venue. For 2 years she was there to answer all my questions via email, text, phone or in person. She listened to my concerns and rambling lol, but overall she pulled off what I like to say was one of the best days of my life!! Beautiful venue, wonderful and friendly staff, didn’t break our pockets... if we could do it all over again; we’d pick Simple Gatherings at Four Oaks Manor all over again!
If I could give this place 10 stars I would. They are AMAZING! If you can trust anyone to pull off the most amazing wedding, it is Four Oaks. We didnt have to lift a finger. Four Oaks Manor is a family owned venue that delivers high quality service for weddings. Our day was absolutely perfect thanks to the staff and wedding coordinators. The guests loved the venue and the food! We kept the entire event outdoors for the ceremony, and reception on the beautiful grounds. The venue can be described as an upscale backyard secret garden with a romantic outdoor setting. The best feature of the venue is the complimentary use of any of their decor. This includes: lanterns, signs, table numbers, beer tap, bon fire, faux florals, and center pieces. We had an amazing time at Four Oaks Manor and will recommend them to everyone!

This place is absolutely amazing. The location and the feel were great, but most importantly the owner and employees truly cared about us. We had planned little to no floral, but they saved leftover floral from the previous days wedding in case we might want to use it. We loved it! I cannot recommend them enough as a venue and as people who genuinely just want you to have the best day possible!!!

I had my wedding here on 10/12/19 and Im so happy that we chose Four Oaks Manor. Jenny and all of her staff were extremely helpful during the planning process and they made sure that our wedding day was perfect from start to end and that we didnt have to worry about a single detail. The food was amazing, the decorations were beautiful, and everyone had a great time!
This venue is so charming. Its really one of the nicest of these lovely homes turned into an event venue, the Decor on the inside really high quality Im not what I expected at all. The outdoor space for the actual wedding combined with the Charming paths and gazebo its really perfect

The venue is a hidden gem with its beautiful garden setting, rustic wedding arbor, carriage house and lovely historical home. The staff was kind, attentive, and responsive to all our needs from the moment we made our decision to the actual wedding day. I cannot say enough about Kelley our wedding coordinator. She was sweet, wonderful and amazing to work with! She made us feel special, kept us on schedule even when we go an unexpected rain shower shortly before the ceremony, and continued to calm any worries we had due to the weather. The venue is affordable, the décor options were perfect, the food is amazing. They even provided 2 gluten free meals which our guests raved about. Their preferred vendors were also great to work with. I want to thank Kelley, and the rest of the staff for giving my daughter her dream wedding. Be sure to go visit this venue you wont be disappointed.
We fell in love with this venue the moment we walked outside. We knew it would be the place we were to get married. Randy was amazing and answered all our questions. We picked this place and got married. It was the best day ever! The venue itself is beautiful and it’s mystical and very personable. The reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because of my wedding planner. And don’t get me wrong she was very sweet, but I didn’t feel listened to what was important to me. And it seemed like she struggled to command a room. we had discussed having my friend be the Dj for our wedding in each appointment and My planner said that would be able to be done as long as he brought the music. Well about ten minutes before I walked down the aisle she tells me he can not be the DJ after it was advised from him and one of my bridesmaids to not tell me moments before I do. She was very disorganized and I told her in every appointment that I wanted a dance party, ours was 30 min and things did not flow very well. I got married in September and I put off writing this because I did love my wedding day and Four Oaks minus a few glitches the show did go on. I write this for the next person to make sure you really feel comfortable with your planner, and for a planner to really hear their bride out. With all said thank you for allowing our special day at Four Oaks Manor.
The Simple Gatherings did a great job on our wedding at 4 Oaks Manor. Emily and the rest of the staff worked tirelessly to ensure our day went smoothly. We didnt have to lift a finger or stress for a moment due to their diligence and attentive professionalism. We had nothing but compliments on the food provided from the caterer. To top it off, the price couldnt be beat in the metro area. The only set back was the temperature in the old farm house. Our wedding was in August and during the prep hours it was a little hot in the house. Other than that it was an amazing venue. Highly recommend.
I cannot begin to describe how wonderful our wedding was. This 1920s home is full of character and charm. Four Oaks Manor was an absolute dream to work with. They were accommodating and cooperative in creating my vision. The venue and grounds is beautiful, especially when in full bloom! I am so glad we chose to have our special day at Simple Gatherings. Even with an 80% chance of rain on our wedding day, Randy and Jessica insured that my wedding not be affected by a little rainfall. Luckily, the rain held off, but Simple Gatherings was able to put up the tents for us, and the show went on! The dinner was exceptional. Our guests are still raving about it! What a great venue for an outdoor wedding. The staff and setting was amazing. Outdoor bar with great bartenders and self serve beer taps with four different types of beer. Outdoors dance floor and fire pit. Very well done
I was a DJ for a wedding here. The area I was working in was a good size for the amount of guests attended. Perfect acoustics.It was a beautiful setting throughout the campus with lighting through the trees, the soft music creating a calm ambience, and the smell of coffee and cookies that was way too hard to resist to sneak a bite. They have a wet bar, popcorn machine, and an area for the nonsocial types.The staff, I cant give enough compliments for their focus on everyones comfort. The food was fantastic.Even though I was PART of the event, I would recommend to plan a simple event with them. I can almost guarantee a satisfactory celebration.
I absolutely CANNOT say enough good things about Four Oaks as a venue, and also the amazing people who work there! We had a small wedding/reception, and Four Oaks was the perfect venue for our more laid-back, kid-friendly event, and the staff was AMAZING! From the initial planning to the day of the event our coordinator, Laura, was attentive and responsive. We didnt have to worry about anything on our wedding day...the Four Oaks staff had everything handled seamlessly and with no issues. Everything was fantastic, and I couldnt have asked for a better venue or better people to work with!

This is a fantastic venue. I had my mothers 90th birthday celebration here, they were very professional from beginning to end. Kudos to Morgan for all her help, the price was affordable, the food was great. If I were getting married I would go back here. Also wheelchair accessible, great bathroom.

Complete disappointment. I would not recommend this venue at all, only because of the staff being so unorganized and unprofessional. This was the place I found and fell in love with for my wedding next year, so I immediately contacted them to set up a tour. I was immediately contacted by a lady (who now, doesnt work there) & set up for October 16th at 10 am (This was in June 27th that I set up the tour). On Sept 27th I emailed four oaks again just to reconfirm our appointment. This is when I was told my original contact no longer worked there, but Emily told me that October 16th at 10 am was still on the books, if that time still worked for us. Fast forward to today (October 16th at 10 am).. we arrive at the venue, my fiancé goes in to see where we need to be and she was told that the bride for a wedding was already here and was made to believe we just may not see the whole venue. Right away, this threw flags up for me. (#1. Im pissed because I, my fiancé, dad and mom have taken time to come see the place... #2 Im taken back because Id be livid if a venue set a tour up the morning of my wedding- while they were setting up for my wedding) I immediately wanted to leave but was talked into at least seeing what we could.. while trying to figure out where to go from parking lot we had seen a guy walking to and from this little path, we asked if this is the way we need to go, he said yeah and my fiance asked if he worked there in which he replied yeah (Couldnt tell due to lack of professionalism). My parents get there and we go inside, we are taken to a guy named Randy who is supposed to be doing our tour. Randy tells us that someone should have called you and told you we were busy today my mom asked if we could reschedule since itd be pointless to see parts of the venue, he said yes & continues with we have a video you can watch and photos so you can see the place... FROM THE WEBSITE. ((I obviously had already seen site)) I told him that I had confirmed 2 weeks ago about this date and time, and he looked unbelievably confused and wanted to know who I talked to but offered no apologies... which led me to say to my family I dont want to reschedule & he responded if thats how you feel then thats okay...This was THE FIRST place we had gone to start our planning and i cannot express how excited i was to start planning my big day.. and I left in tears. My family put it best, it was a blessing in disguise to find out on a tour, rather than actually giving these people our money and being frustrated throughout the planning or worse on my big day. This place had everything we were looking for, but Im sure we will find a beautiful venue with professional/organized staff.. simple gatherings at four oaks was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
