Renting this unit from ExtraSpace Storage in Buford was such a great experience. Lema was fantastic and very professional. From the very beginning, she called to make sure that I had everything (access code, a padlock, a dolly) in place before making use of the unit. I would definitely use their services again. I had the pleasure of working with Lema on an RV rental space and the process was very painless. She answered all my questions and we were able to take care of the rental agreement electronically. it only took a few minutes to get everything set up and I had the agreement in my email. We rented a 5x10 climate controlled unit from Extra Space in Buford, GA for almost 3 1/2 years to store camping gear, Christmas decorations and other non-daily needed stuff. Our experience with them was outstanding! The unit was clean, the climate control kept everything cool in our hot summers and warm in the winter. The entire facility was always clean, safe, well-maintained, vermin free and just generally very well-managed. Everyone who worked there was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The costs were very reasonable for the service they provided. I highly recommend this facility and would still be there if we were not moving out of state.

Mr. Chamberlain is one of your great employees he was very nice and kind to me to help me find a unit. After my mother passed away. I give his performance A FIVE STAR . And I thank him for the warmth conversation that he has given me .

Read the fine print of the contract because your **SPECIAL ONLINE RATE** will increase lyrics every 6 months. I would give this a better rating had I done preliminary research to find out if its a franchise and I can buy in because its a straight racket with pure profit

Lema is amazing!!! When, after 3 months of trying to get a problem resolved at a different location, I contacted Lema . My manager is often unavailable during posted business hours. The light was not working in my unit, which the manager knew about, and did nothing. Lema got an electrician to contact me directly. Now that I could then see into the back of my unit, I found rat droppings and damage. I bombed it with mothballs and rat poison. Once again I went to Lema, who has called an exterminator to specially treat the building.. Thats good service.Lema, can you please handle both locations? If I have these problems, other people do, too. You rock!

Very professional and great personality. Also must mention Sean at N Berkeley Lake location. A unit was not available at his location, and he took the time to find a space that would work with my move. And lastly, want to give a shout out to Mark at N Berkeley as well. I’ve never rented a storage unit, and he took the time to help me with what I needed. Highly recommend Extra Storage!

We have rented from Lema at Extra Storage in Buford, Ga for the past three (3) years. Over that time, Lema has been so helpful to us. We have only one complaint in those 3 years, the rent kept creeping up so that we could no longer afford it. Clean, neat, friendly, and going out of her way, but, not her fault, this last increase caused us to leave. We were going to be there for at least another three - seven (3-7) more years. However, corporations greed caused a good tenant to leave. If you had been satisfied with a guaranteed tenant, everyone would have been happy.Should Lema herself ever open her own storage units, and we needed storage again, she would be the first place we would go. Lema is a fantastic manager and you are so lucky to have such an honest, forthright, considerate employee who takes her job very seriously and with a lot of pride.

They charge me $100.00Fine for putting to bags of trash that was storage related at the dumpster that is locked to all paying holders. To add insult the locked me out of both units that were paid and up to date. And blocked us from our gate code to get in. Until the fine was paid. I rented 2 units for 2 years.1 October units Hid 4 years.Your not allowed to yUse the dumpster its locked. Its there for them and only them. I couldnt get a hold of the owners to dispute any of this mistreatment. So....And the first manager would break into units and tell the occupants they were robbed. So no I would NEVER RENT from them again.Crooks all of them...

How does this place have such high ratings? I guess my only complaint is that within the first year of renting a unit they RAISED THE PRICE on me not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES!!! I joined the military and needed a place to keep my stuff until i got out of training and could move it to my next living area, couldn’t even see that they raised the price the first two times cause I had no to limited internet access (my fault I guess). Anyway, fine for short term storage, good units, but be prepared for PRICE HIKES.

Clean, neat, secure. Its hard pulling out of the place sometimes as traffic can be crazy on the bend where the entrance is located. Id say thats the only negative about this place. Been renting storage here for six months and Ive been happy this far.

Their prices keep going up and we havent even been there a year yet. Actually the prices went up twice already. They get you in with a bait price and then Jack you very quickly. They claim the facilities are Climate controlled however my sir mometer in my unit was at 82ﾟ with 62% humidity. I have antiques that are being moved out of the facility as we speak. Do not use this storage facility.

Store manager was super friendly and extremely helpful. Compared to a Public Storage (off of pleasant hill), this storage facility is clean and feels safe. The set up of the climate controlled units is also excellent. It feels like the person who designed this facility kept the people who would be moving stuff in and out in mind (i.e. magnetic doors that release, restrooms, dollies available in the buildings, etc.)
