Worst place to get a vehicle. Make sure you always check before you get anything done to your vehicle at this location. They are certified they say, but the job they did was horrible. I had an issue with another part and they fixed but had to remove some bolts and complete stripped the bolt on Pic1 and Pic 3 . I asked to get it replace so it wouldnt cause any issues later. They replace it with another bolt not even the original Pic2. It was much larger than the original bolt. They figured because I was a woman I would not check. Once they replaced it and I drove it out about 2 hours later it gave me a check engine light. I called them back and they said they new what was wrong the Oxygen sensor 2. As you can see on Pic4 they heated and hammered to get the original stud they broke out. Then then they wanted to charge me for the exhaust part they messed up. I spoke to the manager about it, his name was Tod. He was the worst person to speak to. He said that his so called technicians did not do it. Tod tried so hard to tell us it was something we caused. When you can see the horrible job they did. Women please make sure to check anything they do to your vehicles do not trust them. If I could return my the car I purchased I would. Dont buy anything from this place..

I had my 2006 Highlander towed here for repair when it wouldnt crank but would start the accessories. I was happy when they told me all I needed was a new battery and some scheduled coolant hoses replaced. Map was my point person and he was very helpful. I appreciated having my car handled by one single person instead of multiple people and having to explain each and every time I had a question. All I had to say to Map was, I have the Highlander and he knew exactly who I was and which was my car. It made things much simpler. Thank you.

Salesman friendly, courteous and knowledgeable; no unreasonable pressure. Willing to bargain, albeit reluctantly and not at first. However, in filling out finance paperwork, they ask for your consent to electronic filing. What they DO NOT tell you is that it costs $98.75. A little sneaky. Had I known, I would not have given my consent. Other than that, it was as good as buying a car can get.

I have used their service department for all of my oil changes and tire rotations.Appointments are easy to schedule. They take you on time and get you out quickly. Very organized and professional. Recently took it in for a fuel pump recall & regular scheduled oil change. Good place to buy and good service department.

Took car in for service on a Tuesday no issues with vehicle prior to bringing in was going out of town not that I needed service received oil change and fuel cleaning thinking since I’m traveling why not. Now it’s Monday and I’m returning to Georgia I hear knocking in my wheels all these lights coming on. Toyota autonation recommended all these things I need that I declined do to my family member being a certified master mechanic and me knowing my car has no issues because it’s well kept and I’ve never had a problem. I feel something fraudulent was done with my vehicle and I’m very unhappy about it. I usually only deal with (advisor) Map because I feel he’s an honest being however he wasn’t available when. I scheduled with him. I pray we make it home safely.

Today is Labor Day. On my way to work I got flat tire. I drove to the Autonation and found the service was closed. I never have the experience of change the spare tire. I went to the sales department and was looking for help. I was rejected by several people and finally Mr. Wade and Mr. Ralph came forward to help. They are very nice and completed the tire change quite skillfully. Thanks to them! It was big help for me.

My wife and I travelled two hours to check on a 2020 vehicle which AutoNation Toyota Mall of Georgia had. I had first called and requested they put a hold on the car which they did. The sales person was great and the finance individual was also nice and polite. Everything went relatively smooth. We traded in a car which had a small balance and left in our new 2020 vehicle. Within seven(7) days our balance was not paid off on the vehicle we traded in. I called and advised them a payment was due but they owned the car now. I was advised to write a check for the payment and I was sure to get it refunded. Seriously? Then at day eleven (11) I called and asked to speak with a manager. I left a voice mail and never had a returned call. Later that night I went on to their Facebook page and told this story. The balance of the loan was paid the very next morning. I cant complain about the workers on the front line. They were very professional. I am not sure who dropped the ball but it was not these guys. To leave off I will tell you it has been sixteen (16) days and I am still waiting for my new plates.

Experienced delayed customer service both on drop off & pick up. Shuffled around from 1 person to another. I had booked apt when someone contacted me by phone. I did not have advisors name. This should not matter, when I walk in, I should be helped. I thought new facility to enable better customer service, found it to be very off putting. Facility looks very good. People working seemed offended when asked to help. What should have taken less than 10 minutes, took 30 ea time. Wonder why your service dept needs business. Who has an extra hour to fool with you?

Run and run fast! This is the most unprofessional place Ive ever seen. The Spanish woman up front was rubbing all over a sales guy right in front of the customers. Two black sales (the fat one with short hair and tight pants) guys were verbally assaulting two older Asian customers, until the husband got so upset that he took his wife and walked out. They proceeded to chase them to try to still bully them into buying. The things they were saying were so rude and to make it worse, they pull the older black Finance guy over to cosign, and he was just as unprofessional. This place feels like a cheap soap opera inside. Auto Nation is hurting their business by offering a no haggle price. You cannot expect to get everything from the customer but you wont budge. I had cash on hand and was ready to buy, but the way the Black finance manager and his minions speak to people had me leave and go elsewhere.

Despite the chaos caused by the main building renovations the service department still ran exceptionally smooth under the circumstances. The routine oil change and brake service was excellent with a very noticeable improvement in the cars operation performance. The service writer was great in applying my mail coupon and other discounts which helps a lot these days on a limited retirement income. I moved and live further away now, but I still come back here verses a closer Toyota Dealership because of the personal service, price, and kindness of the employees at AutoNation Toyota Mall of Georgia ! ! !

I had a great experience from the moment I called in inquiring about a vehicle that was in transit to over a month later when my vehicle finally made it to the dealership and I was able to purchase it. My salesperson, Curtis Smith, was very thorough in keeping in touch with me (we are from Florida) and letting me know weekly when my vehicle was expected to arrive. 100% recommend Curtis to anyone purchasing a car as he was completely transparent with us and a very easy going guy (never felt pressured). The process was smooth and without any hassle, totally recommend!

Here the sticker price is the price and they will not bulge not even by a quarter. They did a super rush detail job so the car was filthy when I got it. They also only gave me 1 car key. I didnt have a good experience dealing with this company. It felt like I was taken advantage of.

I have Toyota RAV4, recently,my car on the screen,says need to contact dealership, due to maintain required,so I contacted to Alan,who works service department,made a appointment with him.He is super nice and took care of my car needs .Which was oil change and my rear tire needs air,,Everything was good, always happy to receive good service,,Alan was good take of customers..I can tell,he he is..Whatever,my car needs, something, definitely need to contact him.

Went to test drive a rav4 hybrid with my mom here and it drove nice and everything, but the price had $1,000 worth of useless dealer add-ons. Paint sealant? apply it yourself for $20. I guess if you want to buy a car from here you should special order from Toyota and tell AutoNation Toyota to not add anything to it.

I went in this past weekend to trade in my convertible for something more family friendly since my husband and I are expecting in the next couple of months. I have bought new vehicles in the past from this dealership, one in 2010 and one in 2012, and had such a great experience with everyone there that I decided to go back again. The last vehicle I purchased in 2020 was from a different dealership in the area and lets say their customer service could learn several things from the team at Toyota Mall of GA. This time around at Toyota, I worked with Tyler Martin. My husband and I had came to the dealership to look around in March and that is when we met Tyler. We explained we were just looking that day but would be ready to trade in the next few months. Tyler talked with us, walked us around and even though we were not buying that day, he still made us feel like a priority and was never once pushy. This is why when we came back on Sunday, a couple of months later, that we asked for him. He was with another customer when we got there, but we were both happy to wait until he finished. I had planned on purchasing a used car but instead ended up leaving with a new one. Tyler was great from start to finish and remained patient with me as I was extremely indecisive and liked several different vehicles. In the end, I left with what I loved and have ZERO complaints about any of the process. I would strongly recommend that if you are looking for a car to ask for Tyler. I also worked with Anderson and Lorenzo in the finance department and have nothing but good things to say for them as well. They listened to what I wanted, and they made it happen and ultimately got me a better deal than I thought was possible with my trade and my APR. I purchased my Sienna van from Stone Mountain Toyota. I would always take it to a quick service station but it wasn’t until I took it to Mall of Georgia Toyota to have a recall performed. I was helped by a service advisor by the name of Shannon. She greeted me with a smile took my information and asked me what brings me in today. After talking to her about the recall. She informed me of what’s going to be performed and what the vehicle is needing moving forward. She never forced me to buy anything but inform me of the importance of everything. I didn’t get anything done that day outside of the recall. But it set the tone for the experience I could expect from Shannon and Mall of Georgia Toyota. From 36,000 miles two now I have 109,000 miles. Shannon has and will always be my service advisor. Dealerships always get the bad rip. But as long as there are service advisors like Shannon they can change the perception. Thanks again Shannon for another great service experience.

My family and I have used Auto Nation for previous purchases and loved the service, however today was not the case. We had a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Our sales associate did not provide us enough Information and a lot of miscommunication. Our experience got worse when meeting with “Gabriel” part of the finance department. Gabriel was very disrespectful and also used foul language when speaking to my father. Lorenzo, on the other hand was amazing. Lorenzo was very professional and was able to work with us. We ended up purchasing our vehicle- “OUR” sales associate didn’t assist us nor provide us with the keys to our vehicle. Karol assisted us with keys to our vehicle and was super sweet. Thank you Lorenzo and Karol for making our experience better.

Very large dealership with plenty of vehicles. The sales representative Aaron I had was very nice and a good rep. However, the Guy Bill who was assisting him was not being very transparent. He only used one way to break things down for me as far as payment. I stated to him that I didn’t understand and he continued to only break it down only one way.

Gabriel and Aaron were the best and helped me with my car. I will defiantly consider them for any future car purchases.
