My mother purchased her car here new. It’s a 2017 sonata. Within the first year the paint started to peel. They claimed it was normal road wear and would not honor warranty. 4 years later and this is now what the car looks like despite it’s always been garaged. We will not purchase from them again as they do not stand behind their product. If you google it you will see that this was a widespread issue for this year and model that Hyundai refuses to warranty. To add insult to injury they want us to pay $3,800 to repair and are not willing to help with cost. If anything they inflated the price drastically as we got a second price for $1,800 from another body shop. Buyer beware!

We just purchased a Toyota 4runner for our 16 year old from Jodi Grutadaurio at AutoNation Hyundai. I have to say that it was one of THE BEST car buying experiences we have ever had. Typically I dread going to a dealership and hate the car buying process, but this experience was very different. We live in Florida and I found the vehicle listing online. I reached out about it communicated via phone and text with Jodi. She was super responsive and helpful sending me additional photos of the car and the carfax report. I was blown away that we had the entire transaction almost completed via text by the time we arrived at the dealership in Buford. The car was immaculate and exactly as represented in the listing. The buying process was super easy and thankfully very low-pressure. Jodi even went to the trouble to put balloons on the car to surprise my son when we arrived. I would highly recommend AutoNation. I just bought a new car from them and I was very happy with the process. Louis is the best sales person I have ever met. I got an initial quote online. There were no games and no pressure tactics. I got a decent value for my trade-in and Louis went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Even after delivery, he followed up to check if everything was fine. I will definitely go to them for my next car and definitely work with Louis.
Dropped off a Hyundai for service and I was impressed on my service writer Mike Hendrix! He checked my car in and I was in and out very fast! He was very courteous and I would recommend him if you want to ask for him by name. The Dealership service area was clean and looked organized. They have a nice waiting area and the service area is right there in front of you and you can actually look inside and see the technicians working on cars.
I took my 2013 Sonata to AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia for service. The service department was very professional, the customer service was outstanding, and the repairs were completed quickly. Excellent experience for the second time with the service department. When I pulled in for my appointment, there were at least a dozen cars ahead of me and I was afraid I would be in for a long wait. I was checked in promptly and all of my concerns with the car were noted and addressed. I was in and out in a little over an hour and a half. Great service and thorough, attentive service reps!
We first went to the same dealer my wife got her Hyundai from a few years ago. They basically told us If you dont buy it, someone else will. Hard sell. So, we went to AN in Buford. Louis (sales) and Robert (finance) were excellent guys to work with on our recent purchase. Louis found the exact car we wanted - model, trim, package, and colors - while we waited, with huge savings over the other dealer. Lous a fantastic conversationalist as well. Lou and Robert walked us through one of the most painless sales ever. We cant recommend them high enough!

Our service rep Aimee was wonderful. She was very attentive and communicated with us throughout the entire process. We had actually taken our SUV to AutoNation first but was told by the warranty people that we had to take it to our original dealership Rick Case even though RC told us we could take it anywhere. RC wanted us to start the entire process over again and couldnt get us in for another two weeks, They lost the keys for a day and never communicated with us at all. I called 30 times and either no one ever answered or or the automated system just hung up on me. We got so frustrated we asked them to drop the claim and got special permission to go back to AutoNation. The service rep at RC never even spoke to us beyond asking our last name. He just said well bring you car around and walked away. We called Amiee and she got us in the same day and got everything taken care of. We are so grateful for her kindness. She even gave our son a toy to take home. I would highly recommend AutoNation and if you ever need service, ask for Amiee.

I own my second Hyundai. I try to service it at the dealership every time it is needed. I trust the technicians know their work. It is pricier than other places, but I like to have the warranty of a job well done or done over if not. Other car dealerships are tempting now, but I will stick to Hyundai. A reliable car that has been with me for years.
I had 5,000 star service. My family has only one car so Brittany picking up my car was amazingly helpful. The car is driving fantastically and Ben was amazing. He let me know what was happening with the service and clarified the exact issues with me. The car was ready earlier than I expected and the price was genuinely fair for the repairs.Honestly, the best dealership service ever.Thank you.
I had to have my car towed to Hyundai secondary to a damaged hose leaking oil to my turbo. Hyundai was already a week backed up with work but still diagnosed my car and replaced the hose within 24 hours. All of the service professionals are very professional, efficient, and informative. I would recommend any service or repair with Hyundai Mall of GA.
Now have bought two cars there. Car buying is never enjoyable but they make it as painless as possible. Didnt pressure us at all and did great followup the week after purchase. Even the finance manager was kind and low pressure! Hope they are still around 10 years from now when we buy our next new car!

I bought my first car here and it wasnt a pleasant experience. The car had a hardware problem when I purchased the car and the dealer said that they will fix it and deliver the car next day. Also, he didnt explain or even mention about protection plan that was charged to me. On the next day, the dealer said he couldnt find a driver to deliver my car and he asked me to come to the dealership again to pick up my car. The overall experience wasnt pleasant and smooth at all.
I am not happy about the change of tone from the staff member that was helping me. Through email and text the experience was pleasant. Once I was there in person they dismissed my words. I brought my dad for support but they addressed him the entire time instead of me. I was was the one there to purchase. Sorry Edin that bringing in your friend to talk to my dad didn’t go your way. Negative stars if I could.

Upon arriving 10-15 minutes early for my recent oil change appointment, we encountered a line to enter the service department. Not sure what happened, but no one came over to advise of the situation, check us in or anything. After about 15 minutes, my husband approached a service advisor who advised that it would take about 4 hours to get our service done. We did not have that kind of time. He was then told that if we returned the next morning, our appointment would be honored without the long wait. The promise was honored, and I am grateful for that. Unfortunately, it took two round trips (we dont live in or near the area), extra mileage, time and fuel to get what we had an appointment for and no concessions were offered.

Took my 2020 Hyundai sonata in for my first warranty oil change. Ben Petit was my advisor. He was super professional and courteous the entire process. When my oil change was finished, he told me that there was a recall on my car and they went ahead and fixed it for me, AND also did a system software update on it to! I had no idea about either of those! I’m glad Ben was able to take care of everything for me in a professional and timely manner. I highly recommend Ben for all of your car needs!

Great service!I went to the Genesis in Duluth first and had horrible experience so decided to try the closest dealership. Dylan changed my perspective on my customer service experience. He took the time to understand my concerns and definitely addressed each one. Plus he respected my sleep time by not calling me 730am when my car was ready. Dylan is my new service tech going forward. Thank you!Now when buying a car through them the finance team is horrible. I would never buy from this location.
I received excellent service from my Automobile Salesperson, Willie and Peter in finance. Both Willie and Peter were very professional and attentive. However, the General Manager, Aid sent me a “How was your visit at AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia?” email, which I replied to and he never responded. I informed him how they needed a receptionist because I waited in the showroom until Willie walked by. Mind you, the dealership was not busy. I also informed him that I did not like being forced to pay for the $500+ car care protection, which is a waste of money. I traded in a 2016 Jeep which was in mint condition inside. I don’t have pets, I don’t have grandchildren, and my husband and children are OCD like me; and the bottom line is, anyone can purchase Scotchgard and only spend $20.00 to protect the interior of a car. At the end of the day, Willie was the only reason why I purchased the car there.
I would recommend Hyundai AutoNation Buford to anyone in need of new/used vehicle. Due to an accident, I was forced to purchase a vehicle unexpectedly and untimely. However, despite having less than stellar credit at the moment, I was still able to leave the dealership with the vehicle that “I wanted”. I must take the time to acknowledge Peter, one of the Finance Managers at Auto Nation-Buford for his diligence and professionalism in securing my approval; it is evident that he takes pride in his work. I would most definitely purchase a vehicle from AutoNation Buford again because of Peter; plus, I truly love my vehicle!
I like the car and liked the sales person, Eddy. But my overall experience with dealership was not good. After negotiating a price over the phone, the dealership informed me that the agreed to price did not include dealer add-ons. I left and shopped around. Ultimately their price was competitive. We re-negotiated and agreed to an all in price. Once I arrived to the dealership to pay cash, it took 2 hours. At an hour and forty minutes, I was told they couldnt accept a personal check even though I told them when I walked in that I was paying by check. We ultimately got it worked out where they loaned me the car over the weekend and I returned to the dealership on Monday with cashiers check. But the process was extremely time consuming and frustrating. I asked to speak to the senior manager during the process. Whether the employees choose not to contact him or whether he chose not to see me, I cant answer. As I was leaving, I asked again and met with him. He basically said the check policy was AutoNations and there was nothing he could do. When pressed on the 2 hours to complete the purchase of the car for cash after negotiations were complete, he stated that was industry standard. Ultimately I was disappointed and frustrated with the experience.
Hyundai Mall of Georgia was very helpful and super nice! If you go on a weekend it may be best to have an appointment! Once Someone stopped to help me the experience was great and they did what they could to help me get my dream car! I did have to wait around for a bit before anyone helped me but like I said once I got in great! They even fed me because I was there for a while! At the end of the day I left with my dream car and I LOVE it! Thank you so much guys!

Had an oil change appointment for over a week. Got repeated reminders. However, 9 a.m. appointment for a simple oil change lasted almost three hours. Terribly tiny waiting area with little option for social distancing. No updates on delay. Frustrating and disappointing.
Jody did such an amazing job working with us on our new Palisade. She made sure we were up to date on when it was coming. I really enjoyed working with her. This is the 2nd car we bought from AutoNation Hyundai and will def be sending our family and friends there way.

Kerry Han checked under the hood, tires, etc. Then we went for a test drive. Hyundai needed to drain the coolant, drain the power steering and a set of new tires. He is polite, very professional and eager to do a good job for the Customer and Hyundai. I have had my Santa Fe serviced there for more than 11 years. Dedicated Service Technicians like Kerry are why we have all our maintenance done there.
I purchased a Used 2018 Chevrolet Silverado from Hyundai MOG on 09/04/2021 for a pretty decent price, despite the inflated market. The purchasing process was pretty typical. We waited a bit for finance, but they were busy selling cars that day. My issue has been since we purchased the car. The sales woman reached out to us by email, text, and phone call (which I missed and she left a voicemail). After week one, we are having mechanical issues with the truck. I called and left a message and emailed our sales woman back and not heard anything from her. I called the dealership and left messages, which were not returned. I finally called the service department and scheduled an appt, which was 2 weeks out from the date I called. I asked for an earlier appt and was told that was their earliest. One week has passed and the issue is getting worse, we now think it may be the transmission. They gave us a 90 day warranty on the vehicle, so hopefully they will correct the issue no matter what it is. Needless to say, their post purchase communication could use some improvement and I will be calling management today.
The man I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was even able to find that the work done on my car was covered by a warranty so I didnt have to pay anything! Excellent visit all around.
The female service rep was 5 stars. This is solely about the actual service.It honestly should never take 4 and a half hours to get an oil change and an alignment when you have an appointment. My appointment was at 730 am and I did not leave till noon.

I got an oil change and inspection because I recently purchased my car from another seller, and Eric from their team helped me out. He recommended that I get an alignment for my car because I was at the mileage to do so, which I politely refused, but he was helpful throughout and full of conversation topics to pique my interests. I was BLESSED to have Aimee help me. I went in to get a simple windshield wiper replacement and ended up being told my two front tires had little to no life left in them. Of course I wasn’t prepared to spend that type of money replacing them, so Aimee walked me through a step by step loan program that would allow me to pay over time. I left there very happy and satisfied with the help I received. She’s definitely a new favorite of mine!
There was only one Service Advisor with vehicles lined up out of the building. I had to approach another employee who said he didnt start work for another ten minutes but would write a ticket for me. A second advisor appeared from the service area just before we left. So far the repair for wind noise seems done, well know better on our next trip. This is the third time this vehicle has been worked on for this.
It was an awesome experience. The personnel is very kind. I highly recommend Jean Eddy, he is very patient, kind, and he will not rush you out on making the decision to buy a car. He will take good care of you and make sure you are happy. He speaks many languages so itll be easy for anybody to communicate with him.
Quick visit to remove wheel locks from 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Somehow the key was lost I was able to arrive and be serviced within 35 minutes . While I was there, service adviser noticed 2nd ABS recall needed to be addressed Which it was the saving me a additional trip ( Dealer is 45 minutes from my house . After a few weeks of waiting for parts to correct a possible fire hazard recall Genesis G80 (006G), I was reminded 4 times by AutoNation management to be sure to meet 7:00 am appointment 7/28. At appointment, stated I was at facility for recall and did they have time for 18,000 mile service. Advisor stated of course. After 2.5 hours, I was informed car was ready and that I would have to schedule an appointment to have recall 006G accomplished WHEN PARTS WERE AVAILABLE. Senior advisor told me management schedules appointments without checking parts availability. In 3 years of servicing my G80, this is the first wrinkle I have encountered with A/N Hyundai at Georgia Mall.

STAY AWAY!! They made what could have been a great experience into a very bad one. Suspicious activity and deceptive practice. They miscalculate my state tax despise the fact that they put the correct TAVT rate on the contract. Beats me how you do that. I ended up having to pay $1352 out of pocket when it came time to get my plate. When I called them to talk to a manager or the finance department, I was given the run around for 2 weeks. They will promised to call me back, which they never did. When I finally insisted and refused to be transfer or to leave ANOTHER message, I talked to someone in the finance department who refused to accept responsibility for their mistakes. They even tried to make it seem as if it was my fault for their miscalculation. I believe that they misrepresented the vehicle price because I had told them my price limit and if it went over that price I would not buy it from them. I would not trust them when it comes to doing business AT ALL. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Despite the long wait times, which is understandable during the pandemic, he made sure he checked on how I was doing during my wait and also kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. He is also very thorough and provides great care options for your vehicle according to your vehicles status and needs. I am truly grateful for the trustworthy service that I continue to receive with this dealership and my service advisors. They take really good care of my vehicle.

My service rep was friendly and courteous and--even though it was really crowded--I was in and out pretty quick! They have TV and wifi and snacks and drinks. A pleasant waiting atmosphere :)
Worst ever. Three hours for a quick lube. Told to do afternoon appointment when not busy. Vehicle done and it sat for 20 minutes because I watched the technician. Had to get representative to pull out my car. Never again.

ASK FOR IVAN!! After searching for a Jeep all day and nearly 10 different dealerships, this dealership was my last stop, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Definitely give this place a stop if your looking for a new or used vehicle, and I’m telling you to talk to Ivan. He makes the car buying so much easier and is genuinely a nice guy. If I’m ever in the market again, hopefully not anytime soon, this will be my first stop!
