I’ve never had better customer service at any other car insurance place before. They really know how to talk to their customers and helped me understand when I was confused without making me feel silly, they are always willing to explain anything multiple times and truly go above and beyond! I will always recommend them

I have been using State Farm (Gene Arrants office specifically) for about 12 years now and have never been happier with an insurance company. The level of service is incredible, Gene and his staff have gone above and beyond to help me with all of my insurance needs. I have called them in a panic more than once with insurance questions and issues, and they have always taken the time to answer my questions and elevate my concerns. Every time I come into the office, Tammie, Cailyn, Christian and Lori are all so friendly. There are very knowledgeable and their customer service is excellent.
