We called Aaron Michael Services after we discovered my aunt Elsies foundation had taken on water over the years causing significant structural damage.This had created saggy floors throughout the entire front half of the house and front porch. We did not realize how bad it was until she showed us under the porch and I could see collapsing wood beams.We were referred to Aaron Michael Services from her neighbor who had similar problems.We scheduled an appointment with a gentleman who came and assessed our job. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and we loved how there was never a problem we showed him that he did not have a solution to.From the time they began the work until the day they finished they were precise, professional, and exactly what we needed.They fixed all structural issues, ran new electrical (after discovering old wiring), completely remodeled the front 2 rooms, porch, and bathroom.The modern, stylish look they gave every room was beyond belief. True care and love for their craft really showed through in all the work.We cannot thank Aaron Michael Services enough for saving aunt Elsies house and really caring about our project and our aunt as much as we do.Highly recommend this contractor.

Got Toms number from a friend. They ran a 400’ trench with electrical and water line and a 275’ drainage trench for me. He also laid a stone road of about 700’ for me as well down here at my cabin in Cuba New York.The price was right for how professional he and his operator were. They also knocked the job out in less time then they told me.He was on time and very very affordable.His site work was clean as I’ve ever seen, I thought it was going to be a mess for a few days, these guys cleaned up every night before they left like it was the end of the job! Very impressed with Toms work!Thanks Guys!

Called this place on a “whim” when our site guy backed out at the last minute. Needless to say, they cleared the lots for our sub development, in lockport, they also installed drainage and electrical. They installed the road, all in a fraction of the cost our site guy does it for! Both of their operators were complete animals, beautiful clean job they were in and out!Beautiful work, very professional ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ PRICE.We have already contracted them for a few more new builds we are doing and some drainage work.

Aaron Michael Services Sanded and refinished over 1000sqft of Old Hardwood Flooring in my Investment Property, came out even better then I expected. Fast Efficient very knowledgeable. He came Highly Recommended from a friend of mine at work. I want to say we thought the hardwood could not be saved, he not only saved it he blended any stains that did not sand out with the stain and it all flows fantastically!

Tom came out grave me a bid on about 3000sqft of hardwood flooring my wife wanted sanded.I had had 3 other guys give me quotes, Tom was $1500 cheaper then everybody $1000 cheaper then the lowest bid.He can in sanded our floors and the wife could not have been any happier!We had a very well stained area in the den, we used to keep our dog in there while the kids were growing up.The stain Tom Picked blended everything as if we never had a animal in the back.5 stars Price was excellent very informative young man!Thanks Guys

Very dissatisfied with the customer service . Aaron had his guys come up to my place and unfortunately my phone died, so I had to wait about 7-10 minutes for it to come on . My appointment was at 2pm and his guys came early around 1:50 and I got back in my place at 2 and they were already leaving and I called and was refused to be rescheduled even after giving a sincere apology . My suggestion for this company is to be more understanding and also give at least a 10 minutes grace period especially when Im spending a couple hundred dollars to get my door fixed . I’m not writing this out of anger I’m just warning that this is not a friendly company . (For you to disregard the experience I had with this company is unbelievably outrageous, a simple apology would do . I said Aaron sent his guys because no one gave me a name who was coming to repair so I assumed it was Aaron because of the companies name, this is actually my first review of a business on google and there’s no personal vendetta I truly feel that I was treated wrongly and that something needed to be said . I really hope this isn’t how you respond to all your dissatisfied customers, have good day and I appreciate the prayer God bless !

The work was so amazing I told him I would share. I own several properties that ranged from foundation issues to electrical issues. Total of 12 properties 4 complete rehabs.On time and reasonable money spent this got turned my trash into cash. Wonderful crew! He is my go to guy for any construction project I have.Highly recommend!!!!

Tom has done two bathrooms for us as well as re-built a bank of 125-yr-old stained glass windows. I am thoroughly convinced there is not a job he cant do at the highest levels.We have an 1890s victorian in downtown Buffalo and trying to get anyone to do good work on it over the 12 years weve lived in it has been exceedingly difficult. Multiple times we have had contractors come in, talk a big game, and then be thoroughly baffled by the houses myriad oddball quirks. Tom has approached each job in our home in way that helped us understand what we could do and how he could help us get there.When we first contacted him and he came out to quote, his attention to detail was staggering. I flippantly mentioned a type of lighting I had just read about that morning and he went and found those specific lights and included them in this insanely detailed quote (and later installed them, of course). He has been incredibly sharp about meeting our expectations and completely patient in explaining himself and what he does. Sometimes you need a very smart contractor who doesnt have tunnel vision and can be a creative problem solver. Tom is certainly that.He is punctual beyond any expectation I have ever had for a contractor, manages his time and schedule exceedingly well and has always communicated project timelines better than any other contractor I have ever worked with. He was very clean and very respectful about caring for our home.Tom is one of the true workers and you will not be disappointed if you hire him for whatever job you may need.

After many failed attempts to find a decent contractor. I got this guys number from a friend of mine in Allentown. Wow was I impressed, I live in a brand new home in Clearence (Built 2016)and my wife is picky who we bring into our home. We wanted to add some accent walls in our Foyer, Half Bath, Our Family room, and another wall on the first floor.My wife had already purchased the stainless steel mosaic tiles, and after spending roughly $26.00 a sheet with over 500sqft of wall space we wanted tiled we were looking for more than just any guy or company who installs tile.Wow!! Impressed is an understatement, Aaron Michael Services, came out to my home gave me the quote and we talked a while, my wife gave him the visionary of what was to be done, these guys knocked it out of the park!!!!
