Walked in with some inherited watches. They took the time to explain to me how to operate them as well as changed 2 batteries and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. When I needed a watchband replaced, I searched in Google and found Hands On Watch & Clock Repair. What a great find! The proprietor had a great selection of watchbands. The price was reasonable, and the repair was done quickly with a friendly smile. I also appreciated that the proprietor came outside and helped my elderly father get up and down the 2 steps to the store. I highly recommend Hands On Watch & Clock Repair!

I brought two watches there for batteries replacement. It took only 10 minutes or so. The fee was so reasonable (I think he can raise the fee) and the shop owner is friendly and professional.I highly recommend this place.

Just took 4 watches in for a battery fix. An additional watch in to have a new band replaced. As well as an adjustment on a Milanese bracelet. Jim was very quick and great to work with. His prices are reasonable and very fair. I was very impressed with the overall experience. He had multiple people come over while I was there for repairs. He is busy and able to multitask with extreme efficiency. I could not praise him enough, fantastic work and nice guy! Go to him!

Very Informative and Great Customer Service

Has to be the GREATEST Clock/Watch repair shop in the Buffalo area. Just stopped by about an hour before close, with 4 watches who all needed batteries and one needing a link removed and another repaired. All four done within 5 minutes of handing them to the gentleman and explaining what needed to be done outside of batteries. And all for under $20.... I will be returning soon to make a purchase, simply as a want to support such a wonderful business!

Initially I went to this place based on reviews others had posted. I brought 6 watches to the gentleman who was working today and he was able to replace all of the batteries for a MORE than reasonable price. I also left, with him, a watch to have some extra work done to it and I have no doubt when I pick it up next wednesday it’ll be like new. He also gave me insight into a watch I initially thought was broken. I had taken that watch to other stores and they all offered to take a look for a price. This man takes one quick glance at my “broken” watch and tells me it’s automatic and runs itself down at the end of everyday. Meaning I have just have to give it a wind up every morning. It took me 5 YEARS to hear that from somebody in the business. Support local business owners and visit this place. 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up!
