I cannot say enough great things about Key Video! They went above and beyond to make our day special. We had a bit of a different request for our wedding video and they made our vision come true! We want a documentary style wedding (much like the show The Office) and Ben and Mike worked with us every step of the way to understand what we wanted. Interviews, cut aways, the whole nine yards. And wow our video is amazing! It was funny in the right parts and serious where it needed to be. Our family cannot stop talking about how great it turned out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Wow...just wow.I had initially contacted Ben to ask a few questions about some old home movies I had found, mostly to see if 1. Key Video did this type of digital transfer, and 2. If the tapes were in good enough shape to be transferred in the first place. Ben was incredibly helpful in telling me what to look for to see if they may be salvageable. I dropped off a tape approximately an hour later to be worked on, and received an update later that day.I had briefly explained to Ben that these tapes were all that my family had left (aside from photos) of my late grandparents, who we had unfortunately lost far too early, both in their 50s, back 21 and 19 years ago. When my mother went through her divorce from my father, my grandparents had stepped in to help raise me, and were the one solid constant in my life. Losing the two of them, and only two years apart from each other, has been, and probably always will be the hardest blow our family has been dealt.When I picked up my USB/DVD that following business day, I honestly couldnt stop shaking on my way home. Later that night, while FaceTiming my mom in Virginia, we were able to relive Christmas 1997...and for the first time in 21 years, we were able to hear my grandfathers voice and see him being his goofy self that we remembered so fondly, while he tried his hardest to sing MMMBop with his 4-year old granddaughter. I have since been on the hunt for additional tapes to bring back to Key Video, to be able to preserve these incredibly precious memories, each time being shocked at the incredibly quick turnaround times.Thank you Ben, for the work you have done for our family (so far). As everyone experiencing a Covid wedding knows, it was a chaotic ride. Michael and Ben the day so special for us! We had an intimate ceremony with our closest family and friends and they captured every great moment to always remember what was such a crazy time in such a great way! Highly recommended!

Its the best day of your life, so hire the best. I searched for a videographer and kept finding a movie montage of the bride spinning in the grass while the vows played over the scene mixed with 2 seconds of vow footage. When I asked for straight up wedding footage I was met with puzzled looks. Until I met Mike at Key Video. My wedding video captured every moment of our day, IN ORDER OF HOW IT HAPPENED, and I didnt have to do any corny spins in the grass! I got perfect quality sound, beautiful color, and Videographers that blended in with the day and we actually forgot they were filming. After our ceremony, the priest introduced us as Mr. and Mrs, the organ started, I looked at my husband and said its just like the movies! and thanks to Key Video we captured that moment (and many more) on film!
