We have a squirrel coming into our home on the inside walls. The Ashland Pest Control Rep named Ryan indicated that squirrels are hard to catch because they come and go. Exactly what was happening at my house. And that sometimes they just move on. Anyway, He set a trap and after close to two weeks we were unsuccessful. Ryan was helpful in helping me determine where the squirrel is probably entering the house. Which Im going to close up. Ryans professionalism and concern for solving this issue was 5 stars. Hey I never used you guys before and you guys were closed I figured I’d leave you a good review in the process and hopefully you can answer my question so my wife and I moved into our new apartment and we have noticed some small bugs is this normal or come with living in the city I would not say our house is infested more like a few spiders here and there but what really creeped us out was a centipede so if you can email me or just comment back if it’s possible for you to get all the bugs out of my house even tho there might only be a small tiny amount like 1 centipede that would be cool id pay what ever it cost I would just like all the bugs gone it’s creeping my wife out and me too lol

When I called Ashland they were extremely helpful and generous with their time on the phone. When I decided to have an inspection done, it was scheduled quickly and done on time. I would call Ashland Pest Control again and recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

I am a pastor of a church in Buffalo. Late on Friday night we had a bat in our church auditorium. I called two places. Each told me they could come on Monday. Of course, this would not work for us, because we have church on Sunday. When I called Ashland, Ernie came in 30 minutes. He removed the bat in 10 minutes. What great service! He was also a very nice guy. I should have called Ashland first!

Knowledgeable and experienced great experience

Very disappointed - they did not cure a problem and now what $195 more to go back.I first called them as tenant was complaining that something was getting into apartment from garage downstairs. They came-out 2x and did not cure a problem 1st time or 2nd. looks like they wore targeting rats and that not a rat. The creature is back and is eating through walls and kitchen cabinets. Last time they said they would give a discount, but now they say it will not be honored because it been 6 month. I just talked to them weeks ago and they said they will place a discount for me in a computer if i call again and now they take that back. I called large pest control companies and they do inception for free. Why did i waist my money with there guys. They dont know what they are doing and charge way too much. Needles to say that last time they were out i had them do 2nd house on same property and they didnt do the other house- then they wanted me to pay full price for it again. NEVER GOING BACK
