Prices are way too high for cheap quality. My nails started chipping 2 days afterwards. Dirty nail file used..and yes kids do run around the place as they yry to work. The lady who did my nails was very nice, but I paid for a nice mani & pedi, not a nice tech. Never going back and not sure how they still legally open.

I been going here for 5 years with my mother, I would never be going back the guy that does nails disrespected me and my mother, because she said she didn’t like how he painted/ did her nails, then he responded well you chose the color like what that had to do with the way he did her nails. was going back & fourth he raised his voice at us and I don’t tolerate disrespect especially when it comes to my mother . The females that work there always been respectful I’m highly disappointed when we always respected their shop

Feeling so upset of the way me and my daughter was treated in this Nail shop. After coming there for 5 years this man jumped up got loud and started yelling because i told him i didnt like the way he did my nails. Being upset i started yelling back. For a man to get that angry in front of people because he rushed doing my nails wrong has serious issues. I will NEVER GO BACK to that Nail Shop AGAIN !!! My nails looks horrible. The paint is horrible and nails are All different sizes than other hand because he rushes. And has the nerve to say to me you picked the color. Now what does that have to do with you doing my nails Properly. This Man is so disrespectful, but i must say the women in there has always showed kindness and respect to their customers.

I get my eyebrows done here, and everyone does an amazing job at shaping them and cleaning them up. I’m always in and out in like 5 mins!

A customer asked for the nail tech to even her nails out. He became belligerent and cut her nails off on one hand. I immediately left.

My daughter was so excited about getting her nails. They were quick, next day after I spent 45 dollars nails started coming off. Never ever going back there.

Went there with my friend to do our nails. There was a costumer ahead of us. The guy did a horrible job on her nails and then proceeded to argue with the customer about how she choose the color yet the shape was inconsistent. My friend and I walked out of there.

Super nice people and adorable kids but very poor and cheap quality. I went in today for a full jell set and the guy cut almost every single one of my fingers; I had to deal with my fingers burning like crazy the whole time. Then the girl who painted my nails did a very sloppy job, I could of painted my nails myself and done a better job! The atmosphere was unprofessional as they bring their two little girls to work, one which had a screaming temper tantrum. Overall, just a bad experience and I will most definitely not be going back.

Horrible overly price and bad attitudes not enough staff

I will never be taking my business here again! I had a horrible experience my nails looked terrible and rushed! The polish was lumpy and lines were crooked! I was charged $50 for nails that should of been free or taken off! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Good location, affordable prices. Could be cleaner the floors look a bit dirty, but it is wintertime. I was politely rushed out while still drying. They close at 8pm I was given notice to leave at 7:25pm when the whole family was at the door ready to leave.

Kens is one of the only places open later near me. I called before I went in to make sure they had time for a full set. I showed a picture and it wasn’t what I got. I’m not new to nails and he told me that he did a good job and the reason my nails are lumpy is because I got regular polish and not gel. 3 different people touched my nails and way too many costs of an already chunky polish were applied to it. My chrome looks terrible but better than the original color- that was silver compared to the gold.. and mind you I asked if they could do the look before I got it done. 2 stars is only because he offered to “touch them up” Monday...

Walked in the place seemed very dirty, wanted to get a pedicure with my two friends waited about 45 mins to get started, the water was freezing cold, they also had their two daughters running around and riding a scooter. The guy did my eyebrows and left them extremely thin trying to make them “even” even though before I got them done I had a full eyebrow that just needed a clean up. Never going back

Only went for 2 fixes, price was good and they got me in fast but he definitely rushed thru -sloppy job then basically kicked me out saying he had to get to the hospital. I was still drying. It was 7:28 and They close at 8.

Please don’t ever go there if you’re spending actual money. Good for a cheap experience! My nails always break and my GEL polish chips within the first few days. When i went back they still tried to charge me to take it off!! The polish comes off way too easily! Not worth it! Instead go to Sweety Nails on Bailey Ave!

This place is deplorable. It should be shut down immediately. The 2 women that work there had a toddler running around without supervision. The baby played in the garbage and put nail polish bottles in her mouth. I moved a picture because I wanted to take it off the wall to look at the nail designs, and bugs scurried behind it!! The fish tank is a cloudy mess with nothing it except fish, no stones no filter. They locked us in, which I think is against some fire code. The carpet hasnt been vacuumed since who knows when Absolutely disgusting place, itbshould be shut down. If I could give negative stars I would

Used to go to Kens for years. Quality went totally down. Acrylic nails or gel dont last longer than a week. Prices are very cheap but you get what you pay for. Place needs serious update
