I had a summer internship here in my Undergrad and would warn those who are offered a position not to take it. When I began the internship, we had about 22 salesmen and 4 interns on staff; by the end of the summer 5 total staff remained including me (the only intern left). Management was crude, disrespectful and set sale standards that were mostly unobtainable. Most staff left because they were not paid correctly for the work they had provided due to the reality that there are many loop-holes in this companys business model. At the end of my work there, I was offered a letter of recommendation that was never prepared on my behalf despite reoccurring offers and promises to do so. The decision to work here is yours - but if you do, you will probably experience shock and frustration when you try to perform at this cluster of an organization. My suggestion: exercise self-respect and work elsewhere.
I went in for an interview with this company, and I was a little shocked at the owners behavior. Not that he wasnt polite, but that he conducted the interview all by himself, answering my questions before I had a chance to ask them, talking about how I would be promoted within weeks of coming on, and pitching the services his company was contracted to sell in their stores even as I sat there. I spoke very little and asked maybe two questions, and at the end of the interview he said that I had the sort of managerial poise he was looking for. I already knew I had it, but how the owner could tell as much when I barely got a word in edgewise is beyond me.Also, just a word to the ownership and employees - it is against Googles terms of service for current or past employees of a company to leave reviews on a business listing. It doesnt help contest some of the poor reports people have about how you do business if you so blatantly ignore rules here, where most people are sure to look you up.
Naturally, when you apply for a job, you do your due diligence and research the company. After looking at the website and not being really clear on what they do, I decided to read the reviews. ALL of the reviews are obviously staged except the few calling them out on the shortcomings of their presentation. I still decided that I should give them a chance to personally show me what their business is about through an interview I was contacted to schedule. I got there 10 minutes early and waited A WHOLE HOUR. The receptionist at the building then came to tell me that she just went back to the office to drop off mail and no one was in there. She apologized profusely, but I got crickets from the company. No one reached out to say something had come up, and ZERO remorse was shown. It is important to remember that when you are interview for a position, being impressed does not just go one way. You as a potential employee has to be somewhat impressed by the business as well. Needless to say, I count my blessings that they showed how little respect they have for my time before I even started there. Dodged a bullet.

Wonderful polices to fit anyones needs and skillful agents to help match you to the perfect police for your needs!!!?
Professional, enthusiastic business where it is a team that continues to expand, advance, and encourage! Great career choice for success!
One of the best business decisions I have made. The company has a very lucrative management training program, aggressive promotion structure and outstanding leadership. A great place to make a career!
My main issue with NYMMG Inc is not that it is a Multi-Level Marketing scheme, or that 90% of its Google reviews are fake, its their brand identity. Look, Ill respect the hustle, the work never stops, as the CEO Terrance Agostinis fiancee says. However, for a company that is trying to come off as a marketing firm, the branding and online presence is abysmal. All the social media posts are the same regardless of platform, which goes against online marketing 101. All the messages are canned and dry, which doesnt help to bring in clients. However, I can forgive all that. I can forgive everything: the pyramid scheme, the fake reviews, the bad online presence, the dryer than dust materials, even the spammy, fishing (borderline phishing) recruitment style. I can forgive it all, if the logo wasnt of NEW YORK CITY!!! YOU ARE BASED IN BUFFALO, NOT MANHATTAN!!!!! Have some Buffalo Pride, some Buffalove, Terrance. This is the 716, not the 212. If you want a skyline in your logo use ours. You want some tall buildings? City Hall, Seneca One, the Electric Tower! You want a bridge? The Peace Bridge! You can keep the name the same, just have some pride in your city. Please, Terrance, you have the power, change the logo!
This is such an amazing environment to be in! There are so many skills that I’m learning here, also a very comfortable learning environment. I love it here!
The team has been welcoming. I am so excited to being a new career here! I have been through training and just promoted. I cant wait to start helping others do the same.
Was here for an interview. Beautiful place. Wonderful people.
If my opinion has any validity, due to me being so new to this company, then I believe this company is the opposite of a dead end job; consequently I have faith that anybody who has great people skills and management skills in this company will have a significant advantage in finding more opportunities in the near future as a result.
I have been working here for a while. The support and trainingwith this group is par to none. I worked In health insurance before this and the atmosphere as well as the products are spectacular.
