I called in an order I wanted to place with them since theyre a local place I was going to give them the business instead of online but this has been the worst experience ever!! I called in what I wanted and talked to the lady on the phone and she said that she would have to run it by her boss which was fine. I waited a week, two weeks. Nothing. Then I called back and they said oh Im sorry Ill get that to you tonight never got it. So I called again a few days later thinking they may have been running behind a little bit. I demanded to talk to the manager because it was ridiculous at this point. How long does it take to write up a quote? I cant see them being that busy it takes two weeks to write a quote. Either way he didnt justify anything for me and I took my business to Insty-Prints and they got me a quote the same day and had my order ready within the week.

Working with owner Joe and his staff is an absolute pleasure. We ordered some business cards that were newly designed. The quality of the cards were fantastic and they produced them faster then Ive ever gotten from other places in the past. His team did a fantastic job, highly recommended.

I have used Joe and his team at Buffalo Design and Printing on multiple occasions. I have had business cards, pens and a pull up banner all from Buffalo Design and Printing. They are always super responsive and very knowledgeable on what products would be best. I used to print my products online but by switching to a local printer I get to see and feel the products before ordering them while supporting a local family owned business. In most cases I even get better pricing than I would online and for the few times it might cost a little more its 110% worth it for the amazing customer service I receive.

The team at Buffalo Design and Printing is excellent!! I ordered four 1×10 signs to be used on an outdoor pop-up tent for advertising. The staff noticed that the color scheme on the font was different from our logo (a mistake on my end due to computer screen colors). Upon my request, they fixed it and promptly moved it into production. I have since ordered labels for sauce bottles and business cards with a scratch off circle to reveal a prize (talk about a feature to set your cards apart from the pack)!! Each time the communication was professional, always thanking me for my order, and the end products came out better than expected. I will continue to utilize the services of Buffalo Design and Printing for all of my printing needs.

I contacted Inky Fingers, which has now merged with Buffalo Design and Printing, about a month ago. I requested a proof of a color print on cardstock, which would ultimately be a wedding invitation. I’ve worked with Inky in the past and never had an issue. But after the merge, I was rudely told that only a black and white proof could be made. I didn’t bother doing business with this company that doesn’t care to show off their quality (questionable, right?). Instead I worked with Minuteman Press. They had a color proof waiting for me within minutes of emailing them. I immediately decided to work with them instead for their professionalism, promptness, and amazing quality.

I came In to inquire about signs and business cards for my new business we are opening in the area. I was met by the owner who was not a very professional guy at all. He was very rude and very pushy. The office is very unprofessional . Once I saw a little bit of the pricing I started to leave. Needless to say there are much better printers and way better options then this operation. This business is either failing or just poorly managed. Either way check out the choices on the Internet, 75% cheaper then this guy and way better quality with 2 day turnaround time. 1 star for sure and please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this business.

BD&P have been our supplier for years & years. Wouldnt ever think of changing - even if some one else would undercut their prices. You cant put a price on the reliability aspect - great pricing is a bonus. Joe and his team are super nice, helpful and supportive. We have put them under pressure - not noticing how low, sometimes out of our order forms and write up tickets - and they have always come through for us, Niagara Awards. We are super thankful for Buffalo Design & Printing!!! and on a personal note, I have done some last minute crazy ideas for events and they have even come through on the same day!! One word to describe BD&P would be AWESOME!!I
