We used Status for a wine tasting trip. Everything about the experience was amazing. Lori in the office was so helpful and patient. The limo arrived early and our incredible driver Mike took our wine and put it on ice and loaded everything in while we waited for everyone to arrive. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, respectful and helpful. He offered great suggestions on wineries and a place to stop for lunch. We are already thinking of booking a brewery tasting tour and will request him again. Thank you everyone at Status for such an amazing time!

Due to Covid-19 I did not need a limousine for my May wedding and due to the restrictions the limousine company was closed. I called the office and asked for my $300.00 deposit to be refunded back to me and they told me they dont do refunds and I have 18 months to use the $300.00. After explaining to Cindy that I would never use a limousine she told me I could gift it to someone else and refused to give me a refund. I asked to speak with the owner and she told me he would only tell me the same thing. She was extremely rude and nasty!! Bad business - dont use this company!! I am planning on suing them for my money back.

My husband and I reserved a limo for our wedding party on August 4, 2019. Our limo driver, Michael, was absolutely amazing! He was patient with us as we made a stop for photos prior to arriving to the venue, and talked with all of us through the stops. Very personable. If we are ever in the area and need a car service, I would not hesitate to hire this company again, and request for Michael. Highly recommend!

This is for wine tasting in Niagara county and Mike the tour driver. My wife and I were using Google to find some vineyards to visit in July this year when we bumped into Mike outside of a tasting room, waiting on his group. He was very friendly. As we discussed the kinds of wines we liked and the kind of touring we were doing, he offered some places we should visit. We enjoyed those places very much and felt like we should have left him a tip. Lacking that prospect, we came here for a review. Cheers!

I booked Status Limo for my 26th birthday. We went from Buffalo to Rochester and the entire experience was great. Our driver, Linwood, was beyond incredible for dealing with us 36 crazy kids. The bus seemed brand new. The sound system and lights/lasers were amazing. I will be using Status for all of my limo needs from now on!

My group of friends booked Status Limousine to drive us around for a wine tour and they were great! Our limo drivers name was Steve and he was so amazing! He knew all of the wineries, the best sellers at each place and the special things each place had to offer. He took us to a few surprise places which made it more fun. He was even kind enough to set up our lunch (sub tray) on a bunch of picnic tables while we went inside one of the wineries for a tasting. Plus he is a great photographer! He took a lot of good photos for our group! Thanks Steve!

Status Limousine provided excellent service for my wedding day. We could not have asked for a betetr driver than Mark. I felt incredibly safe and well taken care of in his care. He was on time and willing to do anything necessary, including carrying the back of my dress so it didnt get wet in the snow. How many guys would do that? We used Status for our wedding in August. Our driver was the sweetest man ever! He arrived early, helped me and all my girls get in and out of the limo with our dresses and stayed late. He was very attentive to the bride! Highly recommend!

I booked one of the Limousine Coaches for a wine tour and everything was Amazing!! Our driver Brent was so much FUN!! The Coach was beautiful and very clean!! The ladies in the office were so helpful and always happy when I called! I will definitely recommend Status Limousine to ALL my family and friends!!

My review is a bit different because I never ended up using the service. I had booked a limo for my wedding party a week out. Me being an idiot and not confirming with my fiance, she already had other plans. Cindy was wonderful. She took care of the original booking very quickly and I could tell over the phone she is a professional. Once I needed to cancel, she called back the next business day and left a detailed voicemail. Called me back again when I wanted to make sure and couldnt have been more sincere even though I was the one who cancelled. I will be using their service in the future because of the way I was treated.

What a fantastic company...I had the Excursion with Steve as our driver. 14, 8 AND 9 YR OLD GIRLS....The service was as professional as any I have seen. Accommodating, safe and efficient. Steve gives it a personal touch that had me tipping above whats normal..USE this company..you wont regret it!!!

Me and my crew rented on Feb 11 2017. Id give 6 stars if I could. From my initial call for quote to our driver dropping us off, I couldnt have asked for a higher level of customer service. I talked with Lori at the office, and our driver Linwood (a saint tfor dealing with us), both were top notch. If you ever get a Limo in Buffalo, get it from Status.

Status Limousine is second to none! We purchased the dinner package for two at Russells with limousine transportation, for my grandparents 90th & 87th birthdays. From start to finish, Laurie and Cindy were excellent in coordinating an excellent evening. They even accommodated some special requests. This was a special gift for our aging grandparents, and this was a way to allow them their independence for the evening. Status Limousine really came through and made the evening so special for them. I received a call from my grandmother after they were brought home. She was raving about the about how nice and courteous the driver Mike was. She said he had attended to their needs and even assisted my grandfather, as he does not walk very well. Keep up the excellent service, youve earned a repeat customer! Thanks Again!

Wow! These guys are AMAZING!! They really know how to take their business to the next level. I cant recommend a better limo company in the buffalo area. Mike and Cindy go out of their way to make sure their limos are ready to go (no stereo problems or AC problems) and the chauffeurs are treating their clients like rock stars. Stop using Uber and give these guys a call for a true black car experience.

We used Status Limo for both my bachelorette party and for our wedding day. They did a really great job, and were very professional! The limos were clean, arrived on time, and they got us where we wanted to go quick and easy.My only complaint would be that we had a limo with an ipod hookup, but they didnt have the cable included so we couldnt hook up our ipods, and the radio on the bus wasnt good.That being said everything else was great, they were punctual and professional, and I was very happy with their services. Michael and Carlos were both great limo drivers!

We decided on Status Limousine after finding them at a bridal show and winning money off during a game. My husband and I went and picked out a specific limo, a large white stretch Escalade with all the bells and whistles on the inside. Everything was great. Our limo driver, Bill was amazing, texted me when he was at the hotel, waited for me and girls to finish getting ready, drove us to the church after he showed us how to use everything inside, and helped to load everything up. We made it with more than enough time and he sat and joked with us while we waited to calm our nerves. Everything was going perfectly....After the ceremony we come out to find that the limo had broken down in front of the church. We couldnt go anywhere and it also forced the wedding after ours to have to park their limo in a side parking lot because we were taking up the normal parking spot for one. Bill had already called for a replacement and thankfully they had one, and it was similar to the one that we had. We ended up waiting over an hour, which screwed up our timeline of getting photos at canal side and we didnt make it to our cocktail hour onetime like we had planned. We got there with only minutes left.When the limo finally arrived it wasnt white like we had requested, and it was smaller than the one we had paid for. We had picked out the original limo because it had space in the back to throw everything, in this U-shaped seat, because we had more than enough room for everyone in the main part of the limo. In this new limo we had to not only pack everything into a similar back, but we also had to have people sit back there because we didnt have enough room. The sound system did not work right and took us forever to get music playing. And the air conditioning did not work and it was a warm June day (June 10) ! We tried not to let any of this ruin our day, including when we were waiting for the limo.When we were on our Honeymoon, I called to request some sort of a refund, like I had been informed I should get, and the person I spoke to on the phone was very rude. We spent almost $2,000 on this limo, paying for extra hours mind you, and after arguing with her she said they would only give us $300 back. Which was almost what we paid for the extra hours! I asked to speak to a manager and she put me on the phone with the owner. He was even more rude than the girl I had been speaking to! He told me The groom didnt seem to upset and told me you had only been waiting maybe 10 minutes... I had to inform him that no the groom did NOT say that, as I have him right here. The owner then proceeded to tell me that because we hadnt made a big deal about it and didnt seem to upset, he didnt see why $300 wasnt more than enough! He said if we wanted he would give us a wine tour, which we declined, e wanted our money back!After arguing some more I finally relented and said I would accept the $300 because it was all they would give me. They told me to come by after the honeymoon, which I would be on for another 2 weeks, and I told him no I wanted to be refunded over the phone. That was another hassle but they did do that for me.Finally after all of that, he had the audacity to tell me if you ever need a limo again feel free to call us up and we will definitely hook you up next time...... And before hanging up I asked him why he couldnt just hook us up now by giving us a proper refund!So horrible and unprofessional to work with, would not recommend them to anyone, only good thing was our driver!
