This is my fourth visit to Milan, and after just 4 appointments I have seen a reduction on hair growth in the area. I have been a regular waxer for years. In my opinion, laser is MUCH less painful than waxing and very quick compared to a waxing appointment - I am usually in and out in 15 mins for my Brazilian area. The service is more affordable if you consider how much it costs to get waxed (for years) and the hair keeps coming back. With laser, each treatment means some hair will never come back and the Milan packages give you some security that if you ever need a touchup you can get one and wont have to pay for additional treatments.Milan is very clean, beautifully decorated, the staff are professional and knowledgeable. I really like that they keep a chart and notes on every visit so they know how I have been doing and if any areas require special care. I recommend!

I adore Milan, and this location! I started laser hair removal because of horrible ingrowns, and I’ve noticed such a difference I could cry. The original consult was kind and comfortable and they were great about suggesting but not “pushing” services. Every time I come in, the facility is clean and welcoming. The fact that nurses work here is such a boon! I feel taken care of and comfortable. Laser hair removal is an investment but one I will never, ever regret thanks to Milan.

Love the fact that they do not try to up sale you by talking you into getting other areas treated (like some other places) and the fact that they only focus on laser hair removal was a huge plus in my book.Came back for my 1st treatment for face and neck on 9/12/20 with Roxy. Everyone (from Anna at the front desk to Bailey in the room) is so nice and makes you feel so comfortable going to a place that naturally makes everyone feel a little awkward. I also really appreciate that everyone who uses the laser is required to be a Registered Nurse since they are performing something that alters your body/skin. Ive been going to Milan Lazer for 6 months now and everything is going as expected. I am pleased with the service and results. Being a person of color I was concerned about how the treatment might affect my skin. So far so good. I would highly recommend this service to friends and family because of the cleanliness and professional that Ive witnessed in these 6 months. I use to get hair bumps on my neck to my relief that problem was solved fairly quickly. The areas I choose were full face, front and back of neck and full chest.

I got a really amazing lifetime package for a Brazilian and my underarms at Milan. I had my first treatment today and I was terrified at the thought of the potential pain. The young lady on the telephone was very reassuring and she even remembered when I got there that she talked to me on the phone about being nervous and comforted me again when I arrived. Roxy, my nurse, was amazing! She was so patient and accommodating. Finally, the best part - it was basically pain free! The laser they use blasts a cold shot of air with the laser and 99% of the time of feels simply like a shot of cold air. I’m actually really looking forward to my next treatment. 10/10 recommend! Milan has interest free financing through Ally Financial which make the cost even more affordable.The staff are friendly, empowering and treat you with respect, they also are very truthful about anything you ask and are very, very accommodating with the scheduling. The nurse I was assigned to, Roxy was very through about after care, how the laser feels and she talked me through the whole procedure that I didnt even notice the pain!At the end of it all, I was very satisfied to the point where I tried to leave a tip, however, I was told the nurses do not accept them. Cant wait until my next treatment and to see results :)

8/19/20: I went in for my consultation 2 weeks ago and I must say that it was very informative (~30mins). They do follow health protocol- temperature checks, hand sanitizer at the front desk & staff do wear masks! Its not my first time getting laser, so I knew what to expect.Today was my first treatment (total ~7-10 sessions). Super duper excited! Sadly, I wasnt able to get one area treated. However, she did provide me with reasons as to why she wouldnt suggest it. I love that! Honesty!!! Make sure to get your spf 50+ to protect your skin.Im looking forward to my other sessions and hoping I get the results I want. If this is smthg youre considering, book that consultation. They do offer payment plans! Laser feels like a rubber band snapping on your skin- its tolerable. I guess it depends on your pain tolerance & area. I hope this review helps and be on lookout for my next one! I would definitely post about it :)

We went into filling out some paper work and paying for my very first session. Then schedules me for my first laser appointment next week. The consultation lasted an hour; Lynn was very friendly, helpful and was understanding of my concerns/reservations. I received a follow up inquiry via text roughly a week later which I chose not to respond to immediately - and I was pleased they did not harass me in any way. A week after that I decided to purchase, and texted them to arrange a time to stop back in. I was able to set up an appointment via text for the same day and was pleased when I came in to finalize payment that Lynn had also set time aside for me to start treatment that same day if I was ready to! They had all the necessary supplies for me prepare for treatment on site (wash and shave). Overall, there was a nasty sting with treatment but it subsided quickly as Kayla moved along. The area was red, bumpy, and slightly swollen after treatment but resembles a mild sunburn now a day later.
